It is not what we can say, it is what the President must do... and right now it appears he is getting bad advice regarding his authority to "...take Care the that the law be faithfully executed..." It is the President who is specifically charged with executing the law ... by whatever lawful means HE DECIDES ARE NECESSARY.
Frankly, with the Globalists and Progressives running the DOJ, FBI, CIA, DHS, most of the federal law enforcement agencies, and the Federal Courts... Martial Law is necessary as the rest of the BUMs are corrupt beyond repair... AG Barr says he can not find any election fraud, the FBI and DOJ have engaged in massive criminal conduct and cover-up. They have obstructed justice and continue to flaunt their duty to indict senior members of the Government, former and present members. They are unwilling to properly enforce the laws and are in fact OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE.
Therefore, it is time to declare a National Emergency and Martial Law... round up the criminals, indict and try them in military tribunals for all of their crimes.... send a clear message that corruption and anti-American conduct will no longer be tolerated in either Political Party.... both Parties have serious internal problems that ignore the law and that must stop... now.

Pres. Trump had best pay attention as the Biden group may well declare martial law and send him and his whole family to prison...
