The Biden administration has refused a Washington, DC district court judge's request to halt disciplinary actions against federal employees who are not vaccinated against COVID-19.
The employees in question are suing the administration because they argue not allowing for religious exemptions to the vaccine rule would cause 'irreparable harm' to 'hundreds of thousands' of people.
'If Defendants are not enjoined from enforcing the Vaccine Mandates, hundreds of thousands of federal workers and military personnel will be forcibly removed from our government and Armed Forces, thrusting our nation into a state more vulnerable than the United States has experienced in a quarter of a millennium,' the lawsuit, obtained by Fox, read.
Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly issued an order on Thursday asking the White House to commit to not firing or taking action against the 20 plaintiffs named in the suit.
She asked Biden officials to agree that 'none of the civilian employee plaintiffs will be subject to discipline while his or her request for a religious exception is pending' and also that 'active duty military plaintiffs, whose religious exception requests have been denied, will not be disciplined or separated during the pendency of their appeals.'

The judge didn't request anything, judges order things! Cn the judge now hold him and the AG in contempt??? Can they be arrested and jailed?????

I agree and hate to say it but in some ways hope they refuse and expect it, so we can clean this mess up once and for all. It's has gone on way too long and when you can no longer trust the voting process it's past time to clean it up!

I guess they believe it was only request so I coulid be ignored. But they would ignore it even if it was a judicial ruling. Can this administration get anymore lawless? I shouldn't ask that - because they will! It's what they do!
The Dumb Regime is playing right into the Judge's hands. Judge CK-K gave them the opportunity to suspend action against "the plaintiffs" -- which means the specific 20 plaintiffs. By refusing they give the Judge an excuse to issue an Injunction covering the whole country. Smart Judge. Dumb Regime.
This assault on military readiness is just part of a general purge of the Federal Bureaucracy. The Red Regime wants to fire as many independent thinkers as possible. Purging hundreds of thousands of Vaccine Refusers gets rid of people who might not follow orders in the future when they turn from attacking Informed Consent and Health Freedom to attacking, say, the First Amendment... or the Second Amendment.
This will not end well.
It is time to clean house once and for all!!!
