They were brash enough to openly steal several elections, to organize and pull off a fake insurrection on January 6th, and they continue to rig the electoral processes with impunity and the aide of the RNC/GOP. The Democrats undoubtedly feel secure regarding any criminal conduct Bannon's trial may reveal... In all practicality, the Marxists control the DOJ, FBI, and much of the Judiciary... they effectively have impunity from the penalty of the law. I will be very surprised to see a single indictment come out of any discovery or trial that discloses further Democrat lawlessness.
