  Exactly... it all hinges on VP Pence ... the PA legislature's resolution finding fraud helps but it failed to go far enough... too, de-certify the electors for Biden. PA's electors are currently legally assigned to Biden... Pence can change all that if he will?

The Federal Prosecutor needs to be indicted, stripped of his law license, and jailed for a long long time... he engaged in what appears to be deliberate OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, Misprions of a felony, accessory to several criminal acts by covering up the fraud... and on and on.

It is not good enough to allow him to resign... he should have been arrested and led out of his office in handcuffs like the perp he appears to be... we must not allow these pettifoggers to escape the hands of Lady Justice. This man needs to be the first of many US Attorneys and leaders in the DOJ, FBI, and DHS among other law enforcement agencies who have abused their offices and covered up crimes... obstruction of justice and accessory to felonies after the fact.
