Since 1960, federal civil rights law has required state and local election officials to "retain and preserve" records relating to elections involving federal officeholders for 22 months after ballots are cast.
That would seem to be a good thing as Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger embarks on an investigation into whether third-party liberal activists in 2020 illegally gathered and delivered absentee ballots for voters — a practice known as harvesting that is outlawed in the Peach State.
But some of Georgia's largest counties tell Just the News that they no longer possess evidence that could be helpful to probing the harvesting allegations: video camera surveillance footage that monitored the drop boxes installed around Georgia to help voters cast ballots during the pandemic.
Election officials in several counties say the reason they discarded the footage is that the emergency rules issued by the State Elections Board said they only needed to keep the footage for 30 days after the election.
"We took direction from the Secretary of State and State Election Board, assuming they were not implementing a Rule contrary to law," said the Cobb County elections office, which acknowledged it deleted its video footage from 2020. "Drop boxes were established under an emergency order from the Governor."
Fulton County, home to Atlanta and the state's largest voting metropolis, said it too has long since deleted the files.

I received a 2020 mail-in ballot which I did not request - TX - I cut it up into small pieces, put parts in 2 small ziplock bags and mailed one to TX Sec of State and one to Harris County Clerk with a note that I refuse to let a liberal politician decide how I was going to vote.
One more time for the record... THE PROBLEM IS NOT A LACK OF SOLUTIONS. The problem is a lack of effective leadership. The patriot's reform movement doesn't have the leadership willing to muster and resource the actions needed to bring the current government to heal.
Our current leaders are aware of what must be done… they simply refuse to go there. The current cabal of conservative leaders are devious malefactors, whose only purpose is to sustain their power and influence over the government and economy. They have demonstrated no real desire to drain the swamp, as they feed off the swamp. They know what must be done but refuse to organize and resource the actions needed to return Constitutional Government to the Republic. They are part of the problem, not the solution.
Effectively the Patriot movement currently lacks leaders… with the commitment to resource, organize, and coordinate the political action needed to produce real and lasting government reform. Our current leadership, in government and civil society, is lost in a quagmire of corruption. They no longer display the will to properly govern or serve the interests of our Constitution and its Republic.
Until our movement has fully committed leadership it will flounder… We need leaders that are willing and capable of executing the Constitutional solutions to our nation’s problems. Our cause continues to be FRUSTRATED by half measures and failure. We suffer from a clear lack of effective and committed leadership. Our movement lacks the leaders, organization, resources, and force of will necessary to take on and drain the swamp. Excuses and unfulfilled promises must be replaced with effective action from dedicated leadership. We need a leader with a ‘Bull in the China Closet’ attitude, to helm our ship of state, or we will most certainly run aground and flounder in the breakers of a Marxist tide.

Properly utilized, hard copy paper ballots should deter fraud due to difficult manipulation for undetected abuse. The fraud ballot retention has a liability in audits then, for fraudsters.
It is a small wonder hard copy bulky fraud ballots are preferred to be quickly disposed, justified in that they do not seem to weather time well and are expediently disposed of for that pretext.
So it seems, that current election fraud methodology employs digital manipulation of brief, subtle after hours manipulation during normal election events. Mass manufactured paper mail-ins are used to substantiate the close results as needed, and are disposed of A.S.A.P. to leave no tracks. But clarification of election irregularities is absolutely not the actual main thrust for this scheme of record keeping of hard copy.

How many votes did Biden actually get? The impossibility of a Biden win is mathematically trivial for a 5th grader to understand. Dominion voting machines, for whatever reason allocated .74 votes for every Trump vote, 1.26 for every Biden vote, which adds up to the 2 stated at the Arizona inquiry. Why not equal? Dominion refuses to answer that. This is an old system glitch that always keep every past dictator in power and totally fools the voting public.
5 AM Nov 3rd, CNN reported an estimated 158 million registered voters in U.S. In a high turnout election going back 200 years the turnout has never been over 65%. For this discussion we will use 75% to be generous. Multiplying CNN’s registered 158 million voters by 75%, computes to an estimated 118.5 million possible voters….max!
10 PM Nov 3rd, CNN reported Trump got 74 million votes. Let that sink in for a moment. 118.5 minus 74 leaves 44.5 million possible votes for Biden. Aside from all the other improbable’s, Trump already won by 30 million votes according to CNN! After many stops & starts, when the counting finally ended, Biden reportedly got 80 million votes. 80 million plus 74 million votes for Trump equals a 154 million voter turnout out of a possible 158 million voters stated by CNN, (93%, not 75%) IMPOSSIBLE!
Now, go one step further. Reverse the algorithm to get the true vote count. Divide 74 by .74 (allocated by Dominion) gives the true Trump vote at 100 million out of the estimated 158 million. How many are remaining for Biden? 118.5 minus 100 is 18.5 million votes, NOT 80 MILLION!
So, do Patriots believe the outcome? NOT A CHANCE! This is an insurrection and being our military watched and recorded all of it, they have the Constitutional duty to fix it. BTW, Trump has very high support in our military even though Obama scrubbed thousands of Conservative officers from the higher ranks, (now Biden is doing the same thing). Both Congress and our Courts joined The Deep State and embraced the massive fraud against the American voters!

This is what happened in Minnesota, I watched it all. At 11:00 election night, Trump was ahead by 280,000 votes here in Minnesota. The next morning he was behind by 200,000 votes, even though the tabulating facility’s was “closed” over night. Sometime around 3:00 in the morning we had a massive ballot dump. This happened in every state that I know of, not just the swing states. BTW, these Mail-in ballots had their circle marks completely blacked out by computer, not by hand. And the majority were never folded meaning they were never in envelopes, and they were ALL for Biden!

My wife & I received 3 sets of absentee ballots even though we never requested them, we threw them away and voted with our feet.A good friend of ours in an adjoining town, got 2 sets even though his wife died in 2017, he also threw them away. If we got fraudulent absentee ballots, so did A LOT OF other PEOPLE!
Bottom line, absentee ballots were a big part of how Biden stoled the Presidency.

The outcome of this investigation should be obvious... The State Legislature is Republican Controlled and has DONE ZERO... nada, nothing to reign in the election fraud... suggesting that any, any, investigation is DOA... will produce no real indictments. One witness to the Election Fraud (ballot stuffing) will do little to charge and convict anyone of Election Fraud other than the witness... who confessed to election fraud.
What should be happening is the legislature IMPEACHING the Governor, Secretary of State, and Attorney General... that would send an unmistakable signal that those who engaged in the Election Fraud will be headed for prison... all of them, including Judges. Without the GOP commitment in the Legislature to IMPEACH these individuals nothing... will be accomplished... and the 2022 election cycle will be a repeat of the 2020 elections cycle.
How will they get away with it? Easy. They'll just get a paid, compromised judge, someone like Chief Justice Roberts, to say that the stuffed ballots were a tax.
