Not even close... the allies in WW-2 had superior numbers, better equipment and loads of advanced munitions, armor artillery, naval vessels, aircraft, and all the logistics needed to pursue war... the Patriot's arms are nowhere near parity with modern armies and the nuclear powers of today.
