But when the money is gone it is in Swiss banks in names of individuals of the communist leaderships.......and in the case of the Soviets......they left like thieves in the middle of the night. Large convoys of trucks and equipment snaked through the country in the dark toward the Ukrain border, but not until after they made sure the bases they occupied for decades were all redioactive!
