Obama Orders Launched Fast and Furious In 2009!

Did ATF provide weapons to Mexican drug cartels that were subsequently used to kill one of our own?

Is Obama an accessory to the deaths of Americans and Mexicans or is Eric Holder blackmailing the White House? Will justice be served or will Eric Holder disappear? Evidence clearly shows knowledge of the program and cover up with obstruction of investigation. This video is dated March 2009 in a Press Conference, memo from July & Oct 2010 indicated problems with weapons walking. December 2010 Brian Terry is killed. Senator Grassley sent a memo to Eric Holder in April 2011. Only to have the Eric Holder lie to Congress in May 2011 about his knowledge of this program. Why isn't Obama holding the Justice Department accountable? Either Eric Holder is incompetent, guilty of obstruction of justice or Obama is an accomplice to this monumental crime. Obama and his minions must go now!!!

The Wall Street Protest is proof that we can gather in Critical Mass when necessary.Try to imagine how fast our nation could gain a Super Critical Mass if we are threatened even more.We could give a new meaning to the United States. It would be more like States United.Even the Illegals would have to listen to us,the people, and not their friends in DC,and Chicago

Washington over several years has become riddled with subversives. Of course Obama gave his blessing to Holder. This is very obvious as the two are joined at the hip. This administration is fast-tracking our nation towards socialism. If people can't see this they have evidently been living in a cave. The fast and furious debaucle is but one of many (and I stress  MANY) brain dead decisions made by this adminisration. Dang man! A six year old could have predicted the outcome. I agree that this passle of near-nothings in Washington have further damaged our country and should be voted out as soon as possible. As a side note- most state and local governments are also suffering from a severe case of dumba--.

The Judiciary committee has the power to end Holder, if they  want him to just go away.

Cornyn wants Holder to return to Congress to clear up “Fast and Furious” confusion

Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, wants Attorney General Eric Holder to appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee to clarify, under oath, when he found out about the botched gun-tracking operation known as “Fast and Furious.”

Holder had told the House Judiciary Committee in May that he didn’t learn about Fast and Furious until a few weeks before. Memos sent to the committee last week show Holder was briefed on the operation as early as July 2010.

“It’s looking more and more like the typical Washington scenario where people get caught doing bad things, but actually the cover-up ends up being worse than the original offense,” Cornyn, who sits on the Senate Judiciary Committee, said on a conference call with reporters.

Also today the new acting director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, which ran the operation out of Phoenix, said he was reassigning 11 of his officials in an attempt to remake the agency.

ATF Acting Director B. Todd Jones told reporters the reshuffling will help the agency focus on its “core missions of violent crime and public safety” and bring about “a certain level of accountability” in the wake of the controversy.

“We’re going to hit the reset button,” said Jones, the successor to Kenneth Melson, who resigned in late August as acting director.

The multiagency operation was meant to take down Mexican drug cartels by letting straw purchases buy guns illegally and tracing the weapons across the border to cartel higher-ups. But about 1,400 guns were lost, and two were later found at the scene of the murder of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

Jones also acknowledged the existence of another ATF operation that allowed illegally bought guns to make their way into Mexico – a practice called “gunwalking.” The operation, known as “Wide Receiver,” was run during the George W. Bush administration, starting in 2006 and ending sometime in 2007, according to Jones.

Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, indicated he wasn’t satisfied with the reassignments.

“Instead of continually reassigning ATF management, Attorney General Holder should come clean on all alleged gun-walking operations,” Cornyn said in an emailed statement.

Jones said he would be “surprised” if any other gunwalking operations existed. The agency now has a “heightened awareness” over whether operations involving gunwalking are “appropriate,” he said.

The DOJ’s inspector general is investigating “Fast and Furious.” More staff changes at ATF could occur depending on what the IG investigation finds, Jones said.

Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, and Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, have been investigating Fast and Furious for months to determine how far knowledge of the program went up in the Justice Department, as well as who authorized it.

Rep. Lamar Smith, R-San Antonio, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, yesterday asked President Obama to appoint a special lawyer to investigate whether Holder misled Congress on what he knew about “Fast and Furious.”

White House spokesman Jay Carney rebuffed Smith’s request today, defending Holder’s testimony to Congress as “consistent and truthful.”

“I think it’s a biannual call for a special counsel by this particular congressman,” Carney said at a news briefing. “Once every six months we hear something similar.”

Smith took issue with the accuracy of Carney’s comments; the Texan said in a statement that he has issued three such requests in four years: “There seems to be an epidemic of administration off

There are some Washington legislators who are not going to let this go away that easily ! ! !

John Cornyn says Obama is “only person left with any confidence” in Eric Holder

Texas Sen. John Cornyn criticized President Obama’s defense of Eric Holder today, saying the president may be “the only person left with any confidence” in the embattled U.S. attorney general whom Republicans accuse of lying to Congress.

“It is difficult to believe that after memos were sent to his office, ATF officials briefed Congress on Fast and Furious and it was reported in the media, Mr. Holder still didn’t have knowledge of it, as he claims, for several months,” Cornyn, a San Antonio Republican, said in an emailed statement.

Obama said today he has “complete confidence in Attorney General Holder in how he handles his office.” Republicans, including Texas Reps. Lamar Smith and Ted Poe, are calling for an investigation into Holder over whether he lied about when he found about the gun-tracking operation dubbed “Fast and Furious.

Holder had told a congressional panel in May he found out about the operation a few weeks before. But recently released memos show Holder was briefed on Fast and Furious in July 2010, leading the White House to come to the attorney general’s defense.

Rep. Smith, R-San Antonio, asked Obama earlier this week to appoint a special counsel to investigate whether Holder misled Congress under oath. White House spokesman Jay Carney yesterday rebuffed that request, saying Holder’s testimony to Congress was “consistent and truthful.”

Cornyn also reiterated his desire expressed yesterday for Holder to come before the Senate Judiciary Committee to clear up when he found out about the operation. A multiagency effort run from the Phoenix office of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Fast and Furious was aimed at allowing straw purchasers to buy guns illegally and following the weapons back to Mexican drug cartel kingpins.

Roughly 1,400 guns went missing in the operation, and two were found at the scene of the murder of U.S. Border

There is no doubt in my mind that Holder had approval from the WH on Fast & Furious. Obama will probably get away with this and Holder may take the fall. If he does, he will move on to a well paid job the rest of his life, dedication and loyality at this level do not come cheap. Chicago and the party will go to any length to protect their own. Thow in the real power of those who got him into the position to be elected and hope for the best in saving America.  Our Senate & Congress are both worthless in something likle this.  It's up to the people  once again.

The remedy for removal of Obama from POTUS is rescission of his election, in each State, based upon the fraud he committed in obtaining a place on each States ballot.  The Birth Certificate he displayed, and/or the Affidavit of Eligibility he submitted, was produced through fraud and/or forgery.  There is no question that the Birth Certificate and/or the Certificate of Eligibility he submitted was based upon fraud and/or forgery.  His election is a nullity, an application to the appropriate Court for rescission of the results of his election in each political entity would be null and void.

Holder and his felonius forgerer Boss, Obama, both should be removed in handcuffs.  Obama obtained access to the Ballot via a forged document, his Birth Certificate, which nullifies his election.  He knowlingly campaigned under a false and fraudulent pretense of satisfying the Constitutional requirement of being a Natural Born Citizen. The forged, fraudulent Birth Certificate that be ultimately produced is in fact a poorly manufactured document.  There still is no evidence that he qualifies as any type of U.S. Citizen.  Holder was complicit in that monumental fraud on the People of the United States.  The evidence of the foregoing is massive and it's easily available to anyone who can read.  Why is there no outrage over this disastrous fraud and insult to the American People and to our Constitution???

Florida Sheriff — “I Will Not Enforce Assault Weapons Ban, Neither Will Most Sheriffs”

Dennis Lemma, who is the Sheriff in Central Florida’s Seminole County, told a group of 2nd Amendment activists recently that he would not enforce an assault weapons ban that could soon become Florida law if the “Ban Assault Weapons Now” amendment passes in the Sunshine State.

According to News965, the ban has the following specifications.

The amendment proposed in the state legislature would ban possession of assault weapons, which are defined as “semiautomatic rifles and shotguns capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition at once, either in fixed or detachable magazine, or any other ammunition feeding device.”

Lemma, an ardent supporter of the 2nd Amendment and a first term sheriff who is running for re-election, said this about whether or not he would enforce such a law.

“It’s not only that I wouldn’t, the majority of sheriffs across the state would not do it,” Lemma said in the video. It’s up to the sheriffs what they are willing to enforce.”
