Jerry mentioned paying $10.00 cash to some illegal aliens for day work. This is really closer to $16.00 an hour before taxes. If he were an employer, and had to pay both halves of social security tax, unemployment compensation tax, workman's compensation, and general liability insurance, it would have cost him over $20.00 an hour for unskilled labor! The scheming bastards in Washington know this! We will soon look like cuba, where front doors are hanging off their hinges because of the government injecting itself into everyone's affairs. The lower class will become huge, as poverty spreads upwards. E-verify does not work; employers and employees have been getting around these types of regulations for years.

Prior to the 1992 motor voter law, a person could use there drivers license as proof of citizenship to get into Mexico or anywhere in the Caribbean. Thank you Bill Clinton. There has been over twenty years since then and a few GOP administrations. No repair. Allowing bad legislation to stand is tacit approval. The GOP is as dirty as the demoncraps.

Meanwhile, the republican (small R) non- representatives are afraid to make waves about all of this illegal voting!

I worked for 10 years at a Catholic Cemetery in Tucson, and there were several non citizens with green cards who worked there and bragged that they voted.  I told them it was against the law, and one of them said, "Oh no, I live here for a long time, and I always vote."  Again, I told him it was illegal for non citizens to vote and asked him if he wanted to become a citizen.  He said "No, my family is in Mexico."  While working there his name changed at least once.  Now, I ask you, what's wrong with this picture?  Are we stupid or what?

On several occasions I've had Mexicans stop by and ask me if I needed any work done.  I've gotten so I tell them they need to bring their green card and give me their social security number and speak English if they want to work for me.  I will not feed the system.  Anyone for amnesty is just plain stupid.

Our only hope to save our country is for at least 40 states to join the Confederation of States Project, so that we can add Amendments to our Constitution that will stop the corruption that is prevalent all over the country political process. If you haven't heard about this project, read Article V of the Constitution to see how the Founding Fathers gave the people a way to take the power away from Federal Politicians. Google the term, or go to Mark Levin's website. His book "The Liberty Amendments" tell us how to use the Constitution to save the country. If every patriot joined this movement, and then kept contacting their State's legislature to demand they join the movement, we might be able to survive as "the Shining City on the Hill."  About 6 weeks ago ~ 100 state politicians met at Valley Forge, George Washington's home to discuss the possibilities. Levin lists about 20 possible Amendments, and I could add several others, including replacing the IRS with Fair Tax, a limit of two term limits for every politician from school boards to the Presidency, and getting rid of the FED, EPA, all the Green projects, and duplicative federal agencies that try to take over State agencies. We could enforce independent energy resources, including the Keystone Pipe Line, restart the Iranian sanctions, quit the UN and kick them out of our country. Then we need to form a bi-partisan agency to investigate every current encumbent politician and make sure that they are honest patriots and are working for the people instead of their careers.  Please follow through on this research and join the fight. The Feds have no way to stop the States, because it is in Article V of our Constitution!!

When I was going to move from Santa Clara, California to Lodi, California I called the Dept. of Employment to see if they had a bulletin board whereby Americans who have some temporary work could put their bulletin board for a one day job unloading my storage facility I rented & load it into the truck, however, I was told they do not have any bulletin boards for Day Workers who could at least work one full day to earn some extra money.

So... finally, not being able to hire any American workers I was forced to go to Home Depot on Lafayette Street to hire a couple of Mexican workers of the several who hang-out there for day jobs.

It was hard to find anyone who would work for $10.00 per hour; they all wanted at least $15.00 per hour. Luckily for me (because I am was then 75 years old & could no longer do the heavy work that I needed done moving Cal-King mattresses, beds, large heavy cabinets, appliances, other furniture and boxes, but I went to another side of this parking lot & found a couple of guys whom I hired for $10.00 per hour & they were good workers & I ended up paying them $65.00 each for their work, though one of them asked me if I was going to give them a tip. I couldn't believe it, they certainly couldn't get $10.00 per hour for furniture moving in Mexico. I realize  it is more expensive to live here, but... from what I've heard they will rent a place & then have several guys sharing the rent so even though they sleep in very crowded conditions they end up paying very little for rent, or if they have a family then they'll get other families to move in also with them to cut their rental costs.

I'd much rather have hired Americans out of work, or American college students to do this work, BUT... it appears that our own state employment agency makes it hard for out-of-work Americans to avail themselves  of such work.

Why are there so many non-Americans working on so many construction sites anymore? The same ting for American Roofers & American-Japanese Gardeners are hard to find anymore either.

In fast-food restaurants you will find practically all of the employees are Spanish-speaking people...

E-Verify MUST Become The Law of the Land!

Our schools must have an E-Verify program also for ALL students so no one can complain about "Profiling."

There must be an E-Verify program for Voters also to Prove they are American Citizens Natural Born, or Naturalized American Citizens.

All politicians who have non-American Citizens working for them must also use the E-Verify system for ALL of their employees, at work AND in their own homes!

Jerry Rodrigues... American FIRST!!!

This is why Voter ID has to be enforced in all elections, and this is why Obama has been elected twice. Why do you think Eric Holder is fighting Voter ID laws in Texas and all over the U.S.?

Stop with America. By calling us, America, depreciates the value. We are the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. AMERICA to me is an open border, and an indoctrinated word that supports open borders.. Old Glory, is not America.

We know nothing will be done. I think it is time to stop accommodating.

Florida Sheriff — “I Will Not Enforce Assault Weapons Ban, Neither Will Most Sheriffs”

Dennis Lemma, who is the Sheriff in Central Florida’s Seminole County, told a group of 2nd Amendment activists recently that he would not enforce an assault weapons ban that could soon become Florida law if the “Ban Assault Weapons Now” amendment passes in the Sunshine State.

According to News965, the ban has the following specifications.

The amendment proposed in the state legislature would ban possession of assault weapons, which are defined as “semiautomatic rifles and shotguns capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition at once, either in fixed or detachable magazine, or any other ammunition feeding device.”

Lemma, an ardent supporter of the 2nd Amendment and a first term sheriff who is running for re-election, said this about whether or not he would enforce such a law.

“It’s not only that I wouldn’t, the majority of sheriffs across the state would not do it,” Lemma said in the video. It’s up to the sheriffs what they are willing to enforce.”
