Geraldo Attacks O'Reilly over Contentious Obama Interview: You 'Minimized' the President!

Geraldo Rivera took on Bill O'Reilly Friday night over whether O'Reilly was disrespectful to President Obama in their big Super Bowl interview. Rivera gave O'Reilly some benefit of the doubt, but other than that thought O'Reilly was a bit too confrontational and didn't give Obama the kind of respect a president normally deserves.

Rivera argued it was less like an interview and more like a meeting of the minds with the "President of Most of the White Guys of America" (O'Reilly) against the president of the rest of the country, and told O'Reilly that it was out of line for him to refer to Obama as a "community organizer."

He said it was "unsettling to watch," and the president deserves "all the respect and dignity" of the office. O'Reilly fired back that his job is not to please, it's to "get information" and ask "the tough questions," and believed that he gave enough deference and respect to the office of the presidency.

Rivera concluded that the larger point O'Reilly made about inner-city families was "obscured" by how he "minimized" the president.

Geraldo Rivera hasn't got on thing right. He started out opening Al Capone's safe only to find it empty. Sense then he has crusaded for the wrong side of every mess he can stick his nose in. Haiti, Catrina, Women, more women, and a host of issues on poverty, both here and abroad. His clam to fame is his ability to attract women and short people.

Correction on the Hawaii State Law...I hit the wrong key.   Google Hawaii State Law 338-17.8

There is more than enough circumstantial evidence against Barack Obama, even while his full time three legal teams use the courts to hide his past, to prosecute him for Conspiracy.  Everything related to daylighting his birth NOT in Hawaii has been sealed.  Even with a Court Order to allow the inspection of Obama's birth records at the Hawaii DOH, the Democrat permeated Hawaii DOH refuses to allow any inspection of Obama's files!  Why?   I hope that eventually all who are connected with this conspiracy to hide Obama's true background are prosecuted and thrown into prison!  I believe that the charge of Subversion can also be proved.  If nothing else, Obama has continually violated his oath of office to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.  He demonstrates that almost weekly, yet the worthless politicians allow him to get away with it?  Is there a complicity going on here, or is it just stupidity?  I should point out that Hawaii Territorial Law 57, and the upgraded Hawaii State Law  339-17.8 allow for someone NOT born in Hawaii to be issued a Hawaii Birth Certificate.  I believe that what is hidden in Obama's Hawaii DOH file is a form applying that exemption because he wasn't born there.  All the parents have to do is prove that they lived in Hawaii for the year prior to the child's birth to be issued a Hawaii Birth Certificate.  It won't be similar to the fake birth certificate shown as his original, because only a hospital in Hawaii can issue such a true birth certificate.  There is no hospital in Hawaii with any record of Obama being born there, contrary to all of the manufactured stories (lies) coming from the Obama handlers.  The Obama handlers even got pro-active and sent a letter to the Kapiolani Hospital (where I was born) congradulating them for being the birthplace of Barack Obama.  The hospital proudly posted that framed letter at the entrance to the hospital.  Investigators said, "Prove it."  Shortly, the letter came down without fanfare, but the propagandists keep using the original posting of that letter on the wall as "proof" that Obama was born there.  The BS'ing from the left never surprises me.

W -You are factually correct and there are several dozen of "0's" enablers who deserve the exact same treatment.

I agree that Obama has committed many acts of treason and conspiracy. But I do not agree that he should go toprison. The charge of treason should carry the death penalty. We have already lost several Trillion dollars because of this cretin, maggot. Why should we spend another dime keeping him alive in prison ? He does not deserve any kind of leniency.

One does not earn respect of an office but one can loose it and anyone with knowledge of what Obama has did in his time as President should know he deserves no respect from Americans! He should be charged with treason with several counts and sent to prison as those with the facts surely know!

Rivera is simply another retarded liberal, who suffers his mental derangement publicly!

Horrible: Democrats Set The Constitution On Fire With Fraudulent Impeachment

House Democrats unveiled two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump on Tuesday morning after an investigation that violated fundamental provisions of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The investigation of the president began with the complaint of a so-called “whistleblower” who turned out to be a rogue Central Intelligence Agency employee, protected by a lawyer who had called for a “coup” against Trump in early 2017.

Democrats first demanded that the “whistleblower” be allowed to testify. But after House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) was found to have lied about his committee’s contact with the “whistleblower,” and after details of the “whistleblower’s” bias began to leak, Democrats reversed course. In violation of the President Trump’s Sixth Amendment right to confront his accuser, Democrats refused to allow the “whistleblower” to testify. They argue the president’s procedural rights, even if they existed, would not apply until he was tried in the Senate — but they also invented a fraudulent “right to anonymity” that, they hope, might conceal the whistleblower even then.

Schiff began the “impeachment inquiry” in secret, behind the closed doors of the Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) in the basement of the U.S. Capitol, even though none of the testimony was deemed classified. Few members of Congress were allowed access. Schiff allowed selective bits of testimony to leak to friendly media, while withholding transcripts of testimony.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), having allowed the secret process to unfold, legitimized it with a party-line vote authorizing the inquiry. The House resolution denied President Trump the procedural rights enjoyed by Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, and denied the minority party the traditional right to object to witnesses called by the majority.

Rather than the House Judiciary Committee, which traditionally handles impeachment, Pelosi also deputized the House Intelligence Committee to conduct fact-finding; the Judiciary Committee was turned into a rubber stamp. Schiff held a few public hearings, but often failed to release transcripts containing exculpatory evidence until after they had passed.

In the course of the Intelligence Committee’s investigation, Schiff quietly spied on the telephone records of his Republican counterpart, Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA). He also snooped on the phone records of a journalist, John Solomon; and on the phone records of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, acting as President Trump’s personal lawyer.

Schiff’s eavesdropping violated both the First Amendment right to press freedom and the Sixth Amendment right to counsel. Yet he proceeded undeterred by constitutional rights, publishing the phone logs in his committee’s report without warning, confirmation, or explanation, alleging that Nunes and the others were part of a conspiracy to assist the president’s allegedly impeachable conduct. When Republicans on the Judiciary Committee asked the Intelligence Committee’s majority counsel, Daniel Goldman, to explain the phone logs, he refused to answer,

Ironically, Schiff had done exactly what Democrats accuse Trump of doing: abused his power to dig up dirt on political opponents, then obstructed a congressional investigation into his party’s and his committee’s misconduct.

Democrats’ articles of impeachment include one for the dubious charge of “abuse of power,” which is not mentioned in the Constitution; and one for “obstruction of Congress,” which in this case is an abuse of power in itself.

Alexander Hamilton, writing about impeachment in Federalist 65, warned that “there will always be the greatest danger that the decision will be regulated more by the comparative strength of parties, than by the real demonstrations of innocence or guilt.” Democrats have fulfilled Hamilton’s worst fears.

The Trump impeachment will soon replace the 1868 impeachment of President Andrew Johnson — which the House Judiciary Committee staff actually cited as a positive precedent — as the worst in American history.

In service of their “coup,” Democrats have trampled the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The Republic has never been in greater danger.

You don't get to interrupt me
