When a US government sets itself above the Constitution. When those elected and entrusted by the people willfully and un-constitutionally elevate their positions above the law. When a president declares his disdain for the Constitution and resorts to executive powers which only exist within the confines of his own mind. This is TREASON! When government brings to bare the forces at its disposal to subdue the governed by laws it excuses itself from compliance of there is Treason and Tyranny. Those elected to such a government commit nothing less than "high crimes and misdemeanors" by which they expose themselves to arrest and trial by the people. There is no doubt whatsoever that the government of the 113th Congress, the President elect 2008, the current Supreme Court and the current administration are guilty al all the above violations of the U S Constitution as well as a large number of statute laws of every state in our Republic. It is time they answered for their criminal behavior, their lies, treason and defiance of the United States Constitution!

Obama is the only one in Washington who doesn't worry me...he is a puppet. I don't believe the man makes any decisions at all. He is nothing more than someone the left sends out for speeches and is required to render his signature on a piece of paper from time to time. That is why he is always on vacation, golfing or throwing some party and inviting all the minions. "Take a vacation Barry, we will call you when we need you."
The man lives in a teleprompter, never knowing what he is about to say. The speech where the term 'TeaBagger' first came out is the best example of this. When he first said it he chuckled, paused to compose himself, and then carried on reading. He didn't know what was coming and never does.
The power is all behind the scene by design. The politicians get blamed and thrown out and the powerbrokers build up another one to take his/hers place. Just follow the rules, do what you are told and we promise you a bright future.
The biggest threat to America is the media. They are the ones responsible for everything unconstitutional happening in the country. They are the ones that allow this to happen and don't say a word. They are the ones that turn a blind eye while the puppet politicians have their strings pulled. They are the ones that intentionally keep the majority of the American people uninformed and they are the ones leading the charge against ones who don't play along (conservatives). They do this because they get a 'sensation up their leg' when invited to White House dinners. They think they are special when invited to pinky-party events even though they are just being used as a propaganda wing.
The media is guilty of treason, dereliction of duty and many other crimes. Until they are held accountable for their actions, the majority of people will continue to be lead from one puppet to the next until the end game is reached...total dismantling of the United States Constitution and replaced with Socialist Demi-Gods.

Amen on that! I'm with you all the way. However, these congressional hearings are barely amounting to a harmless dog & pony show. The real investigations, with some actual criminal accountability is when a 'special prosecutor' officially enters the fray. How much evidence needs to be gathered from these so-called bi-partisan committees?
I'm hearing that the news media is showing little interest. Is that where we are now as a nation? The corrupt news media must show significant interest before any justice is administered? That's outrageous!
Just how many mass signed, yet ignored petitions, futile polls, unanswered Hill robo-messages, server crashing emails, or human rallies will it take before our reps legally address all the unconstitutional laws and business strangling regulations? It's a mess that is totally out of control.
Sadly, ....here we have a golden opportunity to deliver a long awaited trouncing at the polls in 2014. Yet we have established Republicans who remain content to sit on their hands, thinking they can coast, by capitalizing on the Øbamacare debacle. So, what's their actual plan? In hoping to retain their seats, they're plotting to smear the small handful of Conservative Republicans that could actually place this country on the path of prosperity. This is the status of our potential leadership asked to save the nation?
