nObama Greets Clock Bomb Kid at White House
It almost didn't happen. On Monday, the White House announced that Barack nObama might not have time to meet with Ahmed Mohamed, the 14-year-old Texan who was arrested for making a clock that resembled a bomb. "I don't believe that the president will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with Ahmed Mohamed," nObama spokesman Josh Earnest said ahead of the meeting. Ahmed was invited to attend Astronomy Night at the White House Oct. 19 along with several hundred other guests. It might have been political cover to mitigate the chief executive's invitation after the news first broke about the incident at MacArthur High School. "Cool clock, Ahmed. Want to bring it to the White House?" nObama tweeted Sept. 16. "We should inspire more kids like you to like science. It's what makes America great." That was before Ahmed got a tableful of Microsoft products and met with Omar al-Bashir, the president of Sudan who is wanted by the international criminal court for genocide. The kid and his father knew what they were doing from the beginning — not making a clock but a scene to prove "Islamophobia." Indeed, Ahmed said, "I’m pretty sure if I was a Caucasian male I wouldn’t have got arrested. ... Pretty sure I would’ve been awarded the smartest kid in class if I was a Caucasian male."
Ahmed's father is politically active and ran for office in Sudan a number of times, and the photo-op with Bashir was Ahmed's 15 minutes of fame. The optics of an nObama-Ahmed visit didn't look as good for nObama, though he did personally greet the boy Monday night. But Ahmed didn't bring the clock. Pity, because it would have been very, very interesting if the Secret Service didn't let it pass through security.  -The Patriot Post

 Clinton Does Drug Companies
Hilly Clinton recently declared a war on drug prices. At a forum in Iowa, she said that asking people to pay thousands of dollars for pills they need to stay alive is not how the market is supposed to work and is instead a sign of "bad actors making a fortune off of people's misfortune." Her prescription is bad actors in Washington dictating prices.
She has, however, tapped into populist sentiment. A recent Kaiser Family Foundation poll showed that more than 70% of Americans think drug costs are unreasonable and want limitations on what drug companies can charge for medicines that treat serious illnesses.
Real events feed this sort of thinking. Turing Pharmaceuticals, for example, has come under fire for a dramatic hike in the price of Daraprim, which has been used for decades to treat toxoplasmosis and more recently to treat AIDS and cancer. Turing purchased a quantity of the drug along with marketing rights, and hiked the price to $750 per tablet from $13.50. Such a steep increase appears to defy reason — and to make Clinton’s case — although the economic factors involved in the price hike are not discussed when Turing is getting run through the ringer.
Clinton concludes that high prices are routinely due to price gouging, as appears to be the case with the Turing price hike. That is the populist’s first response. But Clinton either lacks understanding of how businesses work, and in particular the realities of developing needed pharmaceutical products, or she uses this emotional response to her benefit, or perhaps both.   -The Patriot Post

 Ryan's Conditions for Speaker Run
Paul Ryan said Tuesday he's willing to take a shot at being House speaker, but only under certain conditions. “If I can truly be a unifying figure, then I will gladly serve,” Ryan said. “I’ll be happy to stay where I am at the Ways and Means Committee.” Not only are other Republicans drafting Ryan to run for speaker, but he has repeatedly insisted he doesn't want the job. “This is not a job I’ve ever wanted,” he told reporters after a meeting with Republicans, yet he “came to the conclusion that this is a very dire moment.” That position as the reluctant warrior likely means he'll be able to secure at least some of the concessions he seeks.
First, Ryan aims to delegate some of the traditional traveling and fundraising duties of the speaker to someone else. backstabber-John Boehner spends about 200 days on the road every year. But Ryan has a young family back home in Wisconsin, and he isn't going to sacrifice them on the altar of politics. (Would that more men were willing to be husbands and fathers first.)
Second, and far more significant, Ryan wants unity among Republicans — support from the Republican Study Committee, the Freedom Caucus, the moderate Tuesday Group, and so on. Members have until Friday to decide whether they're willing to put aside their quarrels and rally behind him, or whether he should leave the job nobody wants to someone else.
Republican unity has been particularly hard to come by over the last few years, as most agree on what to oppose but not how to oppose it. Those intraparty fights often resulted in self-inflicted defeats, and, eventually, frustration boiled over and conservatives forced backstabber-Boehner's resignation. We believe that's a good thing, but Republicans need someone around whom they can rally. Ryan could very well be that guy.  -The Patriot Post

The Only Half-Decent Democrat Candidate Drops Out
Presidential candidate Jim Webb has left the Democrat primary race, and maybe the Democrat Party. On Tuesday, Webb stood before a group of reporters with his wife at his side and said he is dropping out of the Democrat primary because his views are opposed to the "nominating base" of the party that really should be renamed the Party of Marx. Now, he's mulling running for the White House as an independent candidate. The Democrat Party "is filled with millions of dedicated, hardworking Americans, but its hierarchy is not comfortable with many of the policies that I have laid forth," Webb said. "And quite frankly, I'm not comfortable with many of theirs."
Webb has what other Democrat candidates lack: Character and the integrity not to play identity politics. When asked during last week's Democrat debate who was their greatest enemy, the rest of the candidates named some fellow Americans with whom they disagreed; Webb, who was awarded the Silver Star, two Bronze Stars and two Purple Hearts for his service in Vietnam, said his was the foreign combatant who threw a grenade at him.
Ever since Webb announced his candidacy amidst the tumult of the Independence Day weekend, his campaign has struggled with polling numbers of about 1%. Webb attributes this to the atmosphere created by the Democrat elite, who are more willing to embrace socialists than decorated veterans, who chase lobbyists for the green industry rather than listen to the voices in "West Baltimore and the Appalachian mountains." Indeed, Ronald Reagan's former Navy secretary could borrow his old boss's famous line: "I didn't leave the Democratic Party; the party left me.   -The Patriot Post

House approves bill gutting nObamaCare, cutting Planned Parenthood
{foxnews.com} ~ The Republican-controlled House approved legislation Friday that would undo parts of nObamaCare and block federal funding to Planned Parenthood... though it faces turbulence in the Senate, and a certain veto from President nObama should it reach his desk. The bill passed 240-189. Though Republicans have gone after the Affordable Care Act before, as well as Planned Parenthood, this bill is unique in that it uses a parliamentary tactic to make it easier to pass the Senate. Republicans wrapped the bill in a procedure that would shield it from a Senate filibuster -- meaning it will need only 51 votes to pass that chamber, as opposed to 60.        http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2015/10/23/house-approves-bill-gutt...

Iranian Pres Welcomes Khamenei's Conditional of Nuclear Deal
{Mark Tapson} ~ Iran's President Hassan Rouhani today welcomed "conditional approval" of nObama/hanoi-Kerry's disastrous nuclear agreement by the country's top authority, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, according to Reuters... Yesterday Khamenei approved agreement between Iran, the United States and five other major powers aimed at curbing Tehran's nuclear work in exchange for removing sanctions. In a letter to Khamenei, Rouhani said his government will fully implement the agreement while observing the leader's guidance and considerations. Khamenei said the implementation of the agreement should be "tightly controlled and monitored" because of "ambiguities" in it.        http://www.truthrevolt.org/news/iranian-president-welcomes-khamenei...

No criminal charges for Lerner, others in IRS scandal
{foxnews.com} ~ The Justice Department announced Friday afternoon that it will not bring criminal charges against Lois Lerner or any other IRS official involved in the targeting of Tea Party groups, in a decision Republicans ripped as a "free pass."... In a letter to leaders of the House Judiciary Committee, the department said the investigation into the controversy will be closed -- and while they found "mismanagement, poor judgment and institutional inertia," they found "no evidence that would support a criminal prosecution." "What occurred is disquieting and may necessitate corrective action -- but it does not warrant criminal prosecution," Assistant Attorney General Peter J. Kadzik wrote. Republicans, who themselves have investigated the IRS scandal for years, fumed over Friday's DOJ decision.

Fragile Democrat’s Bill To Ban Term “Illegal Alien” – Too...
Leave it to the sissified “son” of the domineering racist control freak who founded the hate group La Raza to come up with a bill called the “Correcting Hurtful and Alienating Names in Government Expression Act.”... When this Spanish speaker isn’t preoccupied dispensing modifications to our English Language or using it to write bills like his “Kick My Feet And Cry Because You Hurt My Feelings Act” or whatever it is, he might want to try to man up, maybe grow a pair of what he’s heard about on those Telemundo novellas.        http://rickwells.us/archives/21161

Feds have 900 active investigations of Islamic State operatives in U.S.
{Robert Spencer} ~ “Because the pace of the investigations has varied in the last several months, Comey said it was still unclear whether the bureau had the necessary resources to meet the demand... Comey referred to a particularly taxing period in mid-summer when federal authorities expressed public concern about the prospect of an attack around the July Fourth holiday. ‘If that becomes the new normal … That would be hard to keep up,’ the director said…” The Islamic State is trying to make that the new normal. Their goal is to overwhelm law enforcement with so many jihad plots, so many jihad attacks, that the feds will not be able to keep up, and the system will collapse. The fact that it is the nObama FBI’s official policy to ignore and deny the motivating ideology of the jihadis also makes them harder to track, as the feds are clueless about their values, priorities, and how their core beliefs have impact upon the choices they make.       http://www.jihadwatch.org/2015/10/fbi-top-dog-comey-feds-have-900-a...

 ‘Ready for Hilly’ Mega-Donor Indicted
{Alana Goodman} ~ The San Antonio Express-News reported Wednesday that a federal grand jury in Mississippi has indicted Mikal Watts, a Texas attorney who has been accused of using false identities to inflate the number of clients he was representing in the class action lawsuit against BP... Watts raised more than $100,000 for the pro-Clinton super PAC Ready for Hilly in 2013. He has also hosted high-dollar fundraisers for President nObama. The indictment comes several months after a top Republican lawmaker questioned whether the nObama administration was slow-walking the case for political reasons. The Secret Service, which investigates identity theft and counterfeiting, initially raided Watts’s office in 2013.        http://freebeacon.com/politics/ready-for-hillary-mega-donor-indicted/

 Another Benghazi Smoking Gun
{judicialwatch.org} ~ Yesterday, I had the honor of attending part of Benghazi Select Committee hearing featuring Hilly Clinton. Joining me was Judicial Watch attorney Ramona Cotca, one of the key JW attorneys litigating the federal open records lawsuits that forced both the creation of the Select Committee and the disclosure of Hilly Clinton’s illicit email system...  As the Washington Post pointed out in a not-too-friendly piece, this hearing would not have happened but for Judicial Watch: The hearings were hit and miss for truth and I can’t possibly catalog all the lies and evasions of Mrs. Clinton yesterday.  It was good to see Mrs. Clinton questioned on documents uncovered for the American people long ago by Judicial Watch.  AND I can tell you the liberal Big Media is lying when it says that Hillary Clinton escaped unscathed.  How can that be when the Committee finally released an email showing that Hillary Clinton knew on the night of the attack that it was a terrorist hit and had nothing to do with a video?  Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) detailed the devastating facts (transcript via RealClearPolitics):        http://www.judicialwatch.org/press-room/weekly-updates/another-beng...

The Palestinian Jihad: Lies, Lies and More Lies
{Bassam Tawil} ~ Palestinian leaders in the West Bank and Gaza Strip are calling it a "peaceful popular resistance." They are referring, of course, to the latest wave of stabbings, shootings and vehicular attacks against the Jews in Israel... In the view of our leaders -- and, unfortunately, many in the international community -- this is a "peaceful popular resistance," an uprising, or an "intifada," like two previous uprisings we had in 1987 and 2000. What is happening these days in the Palestinian territories and Israel, however, is anything but a "peaceful popular resistance." First, we are not seeing anything "popular." We are not seeing, as before, thousands of Palestinians participating in the violence or protests. These attacks are not protests launched by villagers, residents of refugee camps and members of professional unions in the Palestinian territories.

The Largest Drug Tunnels Between U.S. and Mexico Found in Calif
{theblaze.com} ~ Authorities seized 12 tons of marijuana and arrested 22 people after discovering one of the longest cross-border tunnels between the U.S. and Mexico, officials said Thursday... The passage connecting warehouses in San Diego and Tijuana, Mexico, was about 2,400 feet long and 30 feet deep. It was lit, ventilated and equipped with a rail system – hallmarks of the most sophisticated tunnels found along the border. Near-simultaneous police stings on Wednesday resulted in six arrests in San Diego and 16 in Mexico. Authorities recovered two tons of marijuana in the U.S. and 10 tons in Mexico.

nObama Now Pushing for Massive School Enrollment for Illegals
{Tim Brown} ~ nObama’s unconstitutional Department of Education has now put forth a call to schools across America and are pushing for them to acquire as many illegal aliens as possible and declare them to be students... What’s even more unlawful than indoctrinating illegal aliens at taxpayer expense? The DOE is claiming that it is part of law to do so. A new 56-page resource guide titled Supporting Undocumented Youth states, “The Department hopes that educators, schools, and campuses will, as they see fit, draw upon the tips and examples in this Guide to better support undocumented youth and, ultimately, move us closer to the promise of college and career readiness for all.” Noticeably missing is any reference to actual immigration law, but then when you are already an unconstitutional agency, what does that matter, right? Here’s what the guide attempts to put forward as laws requiring education of illegal aliens:

Why Benghazi Still Makes a Difference
John Bolton
.
.
{boltonpac.com} ~ Only in Perry Mason stories does the real culprit break down in open court. After Hilly Clinton’s now-immortal Capitol Hill outburst about investigations into the deadly 2012 terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya—“What difference, at this point, does it make?”—the former secretary of state and Democratic candidate for president is unlikely to offer any such spontaneity when she testifies Thursday before the House Select Committee on Benghazi.
.
Nonetheless, the committee’s work is utterly serious, its preparations extensive (and extensively stonewalled by Mrs. Clinton’s team) and its mission vital to our fight against still-metastasizing Islamist terrorism. Much is at stake. The hearing’s focus must be on the key policy and leadership implications of the mistakes made before, during and after the murders of Amb. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans on Sept. 11 three years ago.
.
Before the attack, there was ample warning that the U.S. consulate in Benghazi wasn’t secure, with terrorist threats in the area multiplying. Even the International Red Cross had pulled out of Benghazi. After a string of requests from the U.S. Embassy in Tripoli for more security, in mid-August came a joint Embassy-CIA recommendation to move the State Department’s people into the CIA’s Benghazi compound. The State Department in Washington was invariably unresponsive, even though, as Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey later testified, the rising terrorist threat in Libya was well known.
.
Given her self-proclaimed central role in deposing dictator Moammar Gadhafi, why was Mrs. Clinton so detached from the deteriorating situation in Libya? She has so far dodged the issue, pawning off such “technical” matters on her subordinates. Working in the State Department in 1990 when Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait, I saw firsthand how Secretary of State James Baker dived into every detail of safeguarding U.S. diplomats stranded in Kuwait City. If earlier secretaries of state have been perfectly prepared to get their fingernails dirty in operational details when those under their responsibility were threatened, why wasn’t Mrs. Clinton?
.
Libya was no backwater for Mrs. Clinton. It was one of President nObama’s highest foreign-policy priorities, touted by the administration as evidence of successfully “leading from behind,” averting a Gadhafi bloodbath through “humanitarian intervention,” and with democracy and stability to follow. So acknowledging that precisely the opposite was happening, and appropriately increasing security in Libya, would demonstrate failure. That was politically unacceptable.
.
As the crisis unfolded that day in Benghazi, with violence also erupting in Tunis, Cairo and potentially elsewhere, Mrs. Clinton disappeared. Instead of staying at her desk, “on the bridge” of the State Department’s seventh floor, Mrs. Clinton literally left the building. Why?
.
Imagine the effect on morale when, with colleagues in Libya in mortal peril, State Department personnel learned that their leader had gone home for the evening. There is no evidence that Mrs. Clinton or President nObama did anything other than passively monitor events. Instead, Mrs. Clinton should have been continuously demanding assistance for her beleaguered diplomats: hectoring, pleading, whatever it took.
.
On Thursday, the House committee should ask Mrs. Clinton not about military operations that might have been launched on Sept. 11 to save American personnel in Benghazi, but about her supposed leadership at the State Department that fateful day.
.
Mrs. Clinton protests that she was still fully connected from home. But she reportedly spoke exactly once, at 10 p.m., with the president when he called her to discuss the State Department news release that first floated the fantasy that Muslim outrage over a blasphemous video about Muhammad sparked the attack. Incredibly, Mrs. Clinton never spoke at all to Defense Secretary Leon Panetta or Joint Chiefs Chairman Dempsey, according to their congressional testimony.
.
Was Mrs. Clinton using her private email server while her State Department desk stood vacant? If so, where are those emails? With Americans in peril across the Middle East, were others listening to Mrs. Clinton communicating from home rather than from fully secure facilities at the State Department?
.
And who did concoct the Muhammad video explanation? State Department and CIA personnel on the ground in Tripoli and Benghazi all knew in real time that a terrorist attack was under way. There was no fog of war in Libya, as Mrs. Clinton has contended. The fog was all in Washington, an ideological and political fog protecting the last two months of President nObama’s re-election campaign, and reflecting his unworldly view that the global terrorist threat was receding.
.
After the attacks, America’s response was pathetic: arresting one person, Libyan militia leader Ahmed Abu Khattala. Following limited intelligence-community questioning, he has received full due-process criminal protections. He remains in a federal jail facility in Virginia; no trial date has been set pending resolution of numerous defense efforts to have the charges dismissed.
.
This is no response at all, as terrorists, their state sponsors and America’s international adversaries all understand. The American people have a right to know the following: What was Mrs. Clinton’s role in formulating the U.S. response to the Benghazi attack? Did she ever advocate retaliation for the coldblooded killing of four Americans?
.
Policy, leadership and management failures at the administration’s highest levels brought us both Benghazi and the continuing fecklessness of, in effect, granting impunity to all but one of the terrorist attackers who killed American citizens, including a U.S. ambassador. Politics has no place in the committee hearing on Thursday, save for a question that many Americans may be asking: Is this how we want our country led?

YIKES!!! Chelsea Clinton Emphatically States A Person With A Beard And A Penis Can ‘Absolutely’ Identify As A Woman

  • The one issue Hillary and Chelsea don’t appear to agree on entirely is transgender self-identification
  • In an interview with The Sunday Times, journalist Decca Aitkenhead asked the Clintons about transgender self-identification
  • Chelsea Clinton replied ‘yes’ emphatically when asked if someone with a beard and penis can ever be a woman
  • ‘It’s going to take a lot more time and effort to understand what it means to be defining yourself differently,’ Hillary said
  • Aitkenhead said Hillary became ‘uneasy’ when the question was asked while Chelsea shot a ‘furious stare’ at the journalist as her mother answered
  • Hillary added: ‘It’s a very big generational discussion, because this is not something I grew up with or ever saw’

(Daily Mail) – It may appear Hillary and Chelsea Clinton always see eye-to-eye, but in a recent interview one topic cracked the facade of the like-minded mother-daughter power duo.

The one issue Hillary and Chelsea don’t appear to agree on entirely is transgender self-identification.

In an interview with The Sunday Times, journalist Decca Aitkenhead asked the Clintons if someone with a beard and a penis can ever be a woman, to which Chelsea replied emphatically, ‘Yes.’

However, as Aitkenhead describes it, Hillary looked ‘uneasy’, and blamed generational gaps for being less accepting.

‘Errr. I’m just learning about this,’ Hillary responded. ‘It’s a very big generational discussion, because this is not something I grew up with or ever saw. It’s going to take a lot more time and effort to understand what it means to be defining yourself differently.’

The Clintons sat sown with Aitkenhead to promote the book they co-authored, The Book of Gutsy Women: Favorite Stories of Courage and Resilience.

The book features Danica Roem, the first trans woman elected to a U.S. state legislature.

According Aitkenhead’s account, she tells Hillary during the interview that many British feminists of Hillary’s generation have a problem with the idea that a ‘lesbian who doesn’t want to sleep with someone who has a penis is transphobic.’

Hillary nods in agreement, while Chelsea ‘stiffens and stares at me’, according to Aitkenhead.

The journalist then adds that many women of Hillary’s generation are uncomfortable with biological males sharing women’s bathrooms.

‘I would say that, absolutely,’ Hillary nods firmly. ‘Absolutely. Yes.’

That’s when Chelsea begins shooting a ‘furious stare’ at Aitkenhead, who points it out to her.

‘I’m a terrible actor’, Chelsea laughs.

Chelsea then says she is thrilled with the National Health Service’s decision to assign patients to single-sex wards according to the gender they identify as, instead of their biological make up.

‘How can you treat someone if you don’t recognize who they feel and know in their core they are?’ Chelsea says.

‘And I strongly support children being able to play on the sports teams that match their own gender identity,’ she adds. ‘I think we need to be doing everything we can to support kids in being whoever they know themselves to be and discovering who they are.’

At this point Hillary looks conflicted.

‘I think you’ve got to be sensitive to how difficult this is,’ Hillary says. ‘There are women who’d say [to a trans woman], ”You know what, you’ve never had the kind of life experiences that I’ve had. So I respect who you are, but don’t tell me you’re the same as me.” I hear that conversation all the time.’

Despite the clear tension in the room, the pair say they don’t argue about this topic.

But according to Aitkenhead, ‘I get the impression they don’t like to present anything less than a united front to the world.’
