President Trump Closes in on White House Counsel Replacement
by Jim E
{ } ~ President Trump is reportedly close to making the most important hire of his entire presidency... It’s not overstating it to say that this pick could determine the course of Trump’s entire tenure in office. He could very well prevent the President from being deposed by a blood-thirsty deep state, eager to sink its jaws into the flesh of a born outsider. Back in August, we reported that current White House Counsel Don McGahn will leave his current position sometime this fall. Trump Confirms That White House Counsel Don McGahn Will Step Down This Fall. It’s widely expected that he will depart following both the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, and the midterms elections, which are increasingly drawing the attention of the President and entire West Wing staff. It’s also rumored that McGahn could lend his efforts to Trump’s 2020 re-election bid. McGahn’s departure comes at a crucial time, and not just because the dummycrats-Democrats seemed poised to make big gains in Congress. The probe into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia is picking up steam. Just this morning, we learned that former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort may reach a plea deal with dirty cop-Robert Mueller, the special counsel heading up the investigation. The next White House counsel will be leading the efforts to protect the President from any legal liability stemming from the probe. This makes it, in a manner of speaking, an existential guardian to the 45th presidency. President Trump is leaning toward Emmet Flood as the next White House counsel, but West Wing officials have urged Mr. Trump not to rush the pick, according to people familiar with the matter...
Jim Jordan Discusses The FBI “Media Leak Strategy”
Under Director Comey and Deputy Director McCabe
by sundance
{ } ~ Representative Jim Jordan, member of the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees, appears on Fox News to discuss revelations... about how the FBI used the media to support their investigative purposes.  In essence this “Media Leak Strategy” issue lies at the heart of the controversy behind the redacted “Sources and Methods” the FBI continues to hide. The “sources and methods” within the FBI investigative material now classified reflects intentional leaks by the FBI to media, and journalists writing articles to bolster the investigation which were then cited as supportive material to continue the investigation. Frustratingly, what no-one seems to mention -during these debates- is how the Inspector General has already outlined the FBI ‘media leak strategy’ when he published his report on FBI conduct. There are two chapters of the IG report dedicated to outlining how grossly negligent FBI officials were collaborating with the media...
dirty cop-Mueller Investigators Don't Have Jack!
{ } ~ Rush Limbaugh Tuesday challenged someone, anyone, to tell him what President Trump is being investigated for by the team of mostly dummycrats-Democrats in special counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller’s tax-paid office... “There isn’t anybody willing to be paid enough to lie about it,” he said. “The best they’ve got is Bob Woodward and Omarosa whatever her name is. “They don’t have jack! “But stop and think. We don’t even. … There isn’t even an answer to a simple question: What is Trump being investigated for? Don’t tell me, ‘He’s being investigated for colluding with Russia,’ because he’s not. They’re hoping to find evidence of that, but they haven’t been able to because it didn’t happen! There is no crime Donald Trump is alleged to have committed here!” The talk-radio icon explained: “The more this goes on, the more we lose sight of the real abomination that all of this is. This entire investigation that dirty cop-Mueller is conducting is bogus. It is predicated on nothing but a made-up allegation for which no evidence has ever been found or cited, and therefore the investigation should never have begun! If you ask me, we’re now two years into this investigation with dirty cop-Mueller’s phase of it at a year and a half or close to it — 16 months, something like that. “It is simply unacceptable. It ought not be tolerated that a 16-month investigation that itself is the result of the scumbag/liar-nObama DOJ and FBI planting evidence and creating false claims about people… We don’t know what this about! What crimes is Donald Trump under investigation for committing? Can somebody tell me? What is the crime Trump’s being investigated for committing? There isn’t one, folks. There is no crime that has been mentioned as the reason for any of this investigation, even that which preceded dirty cop-Mueller starting.” He said the investigation has no basis in law, no evidence, and dirty cop-Mueller isn’t even running a criminal investigation...
Federal judge: California gun control goes too far
{ } ~ California long has had some of the toughest gun restrictions in the nation. A few years ago, the state even regulated the color for toy guns... It’s constantly in court defending its latest moves, which in one recent legislative session totaled 12 new laws. But Tuesday it lost a battle over a section of the California Penal Code that prohibited the display of handguns or handgun placards that may be seen from outside a store. The Second Amendment Foundation and others challenged the infringement of various constitutional rights, and a federal district court agreed.  Plaintiffs in the case were Tracy Rifle and Pistol (TRAP), Ten Percent Firearms, Sacramento Black Rifle Inc., PRK Arms. SAF was joined in supporting the case by the Calguns Foundation and California Association of Federal Firearms Licensees...
Michigan Lieutenant Governor Candidate Legitimizes Hamas
{ } ~ Old tweets show Michigan Lieutenant Governor candidate Garlin Gilchrist legitimizes Hamas while demonstrating... shockingly tone-deaf vulgarity toward sensitive geopolitical issues. Michigan dummycrats-Democratic Gubernatorial candidate Gretchen Whitmer chose Garlin Gilchrist II to be her running mate. Gilchrist, a self-described “nonprofit leader”* and “political organizer,” who has never held public office before, recently ran a failed campaign to serve as Detroit City Clerk. Recently, Gilchrist has been coming under fire over past Twitter posts in which he calls the terror group Hamas a “legitimately elected party” and criticizes those who support Israel. Whitmer has also come under scrutiny for her views on Israel after reports highlighted that during a town hall event, Whitmer avoided taking a stance on the Boycott, Divest, and Sanctions (BDS) Movement that seeks to destroy Israel and has ties to terrorism. Following these controversies, the Whitmer campaign posted that both Whitmer and Gilchrist hold “firm opposition” to BDS and express their “unwavering support for Israel.”  The message continues by describing the controversies as a “baseless attacks” by Republicans.  However, the tweets by Gilchrist prove that the campaign message of “unwavering support” is simply a lie... Gilchrist is a traitor to America.
dummycrats-Dem Swamp Antics, Theatrics, and Malevolence
by Robin Smith:  “First Trump was crazy, then he was Hitler, then he was racist, now he’s just a big meanie. Yep, a jerk.” Greg Gutfield, the Fox News host who combines conservative analysis and comedy, laid this progression out Saturday night in one of his show’s segments that featured criticisms and narratives that span President Donald Trump’s 20-month tenure in office. Coming from the absolutely emotionally incontinent dummycrats-Democrats and from the Corporate Celebrity Media, otherwise known as the mainstream media (MSM), these parroted insults are exchanged and echoed when Trump is winning.

Most recently, both the Senate confirmation hearings of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, Bob Woodward’s book, and the “anonymous” opinion published by The New York Times are current examples of this collective meltdown that manifests itself in political theater mixed with behavior that in most other arenas of business would be career-ending.
Simply put, all this bad behavior validates the existence of a “deep state” that is best kept alive, relevant, and powerful when it oversees and cultivates the status quo of all things controlled by a heavy-handed centralized government bureaucracy. That bureaucracy never fully meets its stated goals and is, therefore, always needed.
Within the last week, the August jobs numbers showed 201,000 jobs were added to the nation’s growing economy with wages increasing by 2.9%. Both reflect a more productive and prepared workforce seeing their paychecks increase from earnings, not just the historic tax cuts. But the cry from Trump’s haters remains the same: #Resist!
Last week, the Trump administration announced the size of the Environmental Protection Agency is now about the size it was in employee numbers when President Ronald Reagan was in office, as a net 1,200 jobs have been eliminated and redundant programs ended. What? Cutting government spending? Again, what do we hear from the anti-Trump gaggle? One 34-year government veteran declared in a Washington Post article that the “regime” is nothing more than “termites, gnawing at the foundation” of the beloved EPA.
Then you have the three-ring circus of the Kavanaugh hearings. Those began with the well-choreographed interruptions from senators, phony attempted handshakes, and audience protesters (more than 200 protesters were arrested). In the second ring was the soaring rhetoric of scumbag-Cory Booker (D-Spartacus), who abandoned his Senate committee role to play the part of the legendary escaped slave/gladiator who led an uprising against the Roman Republic. Spartacus declared that he was releasing confidential material that would expose the dangers of Kavanaugh’s racism. But his moment of supposed fireworks proved to be a dud of embarrassing “histrionics.
In the circus’s third ring was the sleight-of-hand act that most didn’t see, because, well, there was nothing to see. Mexican-Jewish Republican operative and former Kavanaugh clerk Zina Bash was shown sitting behind the nominee during the proceedings, and she had the audacity to make an “okay” sign with her hand. Leftists supposedly even caught her mouthing the word “okay.” Cue the cries of — we kid you not — racism and white supremacy.
While we laugh in our incredulity, this last week was a terrific display of the wonderful policy victories that have resulted in conservative governance benefitting Americans and our great nation. Wages are up, unemployment is at historic lows across all demographics, our federal workforce is being right-sized to cease its overregulation and unnecessary competition with the private sector, and the Supreme Court is about to have a justice confirmed who actually carries and references a well-worn Constitution in his deliberations as judge. Clearly, these outcomes must be #Resisted because of some series of offenses manufactured by the Left and the unelected deep state fearing its existential demise.
All while this embarrassment was on display in the Senate Judiciary Committee, the New York Times published an anonymous opinion piece supposedly written by an individual who works within the Trump administration. Yet this person is a self-declared member of the #Resistance of “like-minded colleagues” who have banded together and “vowed to thwart parts of his agenda and his worst inclinations.”
This virtue-signaling bureaucrat somewhere in the span of thousands of government workers who easily fit the definition of a “senior Trump official,” is telling Americans, Not only did you blow it by not electing liar-Hillary Clinton and voting this complete political novice into office who has the audacity to keep his campaign promises and implement conservative policy, but the entire election must now be delegitimized and undermined by this committed group of the deep state to protect the status quo of Big Government.
Whether they be dummycrats-Democrats (nowdummycrats-Democratic Socialists), disgruntled establishment GOPers, or the Leftmedia propaganda machine, these are all members of a group devoted to the empowerment of government for its own sake, and their status within that elitist group whose commitment is to the bureaucracy, not the citizenry. The vivid behavior of this assembly validates the deep state while its members chortle and sniff at the unwashed masses of Americans whose confidence has returned in their jobs, the economy, security, and national pride.
Get ready, deep state. This will really offend you. Trump’s only doing what Reagan promised in his first Inaugural Address: “We are a nation that has a government — not the other way around. And this makes us special among the nations of the Earth. Our government has no power except that granted it by the people. It is time to check and reverse the growth of government, which shows signs of having grown beyond the consent of the governed. It is my intention to curb the size and influence of the federal establishment and to demand recognition of the distinction between the powers granted to the federal government and those reserved to the states or to the people. All of us need to be reminded that the federal government did not create the states; the states created the federal government.”

YUP: President Trump Signs Great And Beautiful Trump Border Wall During Tour In San Diego

Embedded video

President Donald Trump visited the San Diego border on Wednesday to show off a newly constructed portion of the wall after a fundraising trip in California.

“It’s an amazing project,” Trump said, pointing to the 30-foot high barrier constructed with steel and concrete, noting that it also went six feet underground.

“If you think you’re going to cut it with a blow torch, that doesn’t work, because you hit the concrete, and then if you think you’re going to go through the concrete, that doesn’t work because we have very powerful rebar inside,” Trump said.

The president traveled via motorcade after a fundraiser to Otay Mesa, a community outside San Diego on the United States -Mexico border to review the latest constructed physical barrier.

He pointed out the new wall structure to the press, which was 24 miles of primary and secondary wall at the border.

“We have it covered underground, we have it covered overground,” Trump said.

The president was joined by acting Department of Homeland security Kevin McAllen and several other border security officials.

He said that over 44,000 bollard panels had been set up for the wall, which was then filled with concrete and rebar.

Trump admitted that he envisioned a solid concrete wall when he campaigned for president, but he was told by border officials that they preferred a wall constructed by concrete-filled bollards so they could see through it.

“It’s hardened concrete, very powerful concrete,” Trump said, pointing to the structure.

He added that the steel wall was designed to retain heat, making it harder to climb, plus having an anti-climbing system at the top.

“You can fry an egg on that wall,” he said. The president also acknowledged to reporters that he wanted the wall to be painted black and have spikes but said it was cheaper to let it remain naturally rust-colored.

“We can paint it later,” he said.

The president discussed his growing understanding of border barriers, noting that the Southern border would not need much more than 500 miles of wall to secure the border. He cited the existence of natural mountain and river barriers that prevented criminals from crossing. He did not rule out building additional barriers in the future but said it would depend on whether it was needed.

One border patrol agent spoke about the importance of the border wall to all of the agents, thanking the president for pushing forward on construction.

Trump said he met with Border Patrol prior to constructing the wall, picking the most effective structures to protect the border.

One border security official scoffed at the idea that the wall was a “vanity” project for the president.

“There’s a false narrative out there that this wall is the president’s vanity wall,” he said. “I’m here to tell you right now that that is false.”

He thanked Trump for listening to border patrol agents during the planning and construction process.

“You listened to the agents and you gave them exactly what they asked for,” he said.

One official with Trump confirmed that the structure was funded with regular Congressional appropriations in the FY 2017 and FY 2018 and that that the new wall replaced an inferior structure.

Trump said that he still considered the situation on the border a national emergency, but as more wall went up he could withdraw military forces.

“I hope you’re impressed,” he told reporters as he took questions about the project.

One worker told Trump of a tradition of workers signing the wall if they worked on the wall.

“I’ll sign it,” Trump said, and went to the wall and signed the steel barrier with a marker before encouraging other officials present to do the same.
