Investigation: Anti- ICE “Never Again Action” 

Not The Spontaneous Grassroots 

Group It Claims To Be

{ legalinsurrection.com } ~ Over the past several months, Never Again Action (NAA), a purportedly spontaneous grassroots Jewish group, has burst into the public eye by staging and videotaping protests at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and other government facilities across the country... But, as a joint investigation by the Legal Insurrection Foundation and the Washington Free Beacon has revealed, NAA is not what it purports to be. NAA is a repackaging of the same activists who organize with far-left, anti-Israel groups such as IfNotNow (INN),  American Muslims for Palestine (AMP), Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP), and CodePink. There is every reason to believe that these obsessive anti-Israel activists have a hidden agenda: to insert themselves at the forefront of the immigration issue to hijack the movement and turn it against Israel, as has been done repeatedly since the Ferguson riots in 2014. NAA is not just astroturf, it’s a deception. Launched in late June 2019, Never Again Action claims to be a large grassroots network that spontaneously arose in response to perceived parallels between the humanitarian crisis on the U.S.-Mexico border and the Nazi Holocaust against the Jewish people. Indeed, the phrase “Never Again” has its origin and most common usage in preventing another Holocaust. That analogy is a core tenet of Never Again Action’s philosophy; the group’s focus on the Holocaust seems to have been at least partially inspired by Rep. commie-Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s June 18, 2019 tweet and video  comparing U.S.-Mexico border detention centers concentration camps. But in the wake of the controversy, a group of Jews calling themselves Never Again Action emerged—standing in support of commie-Ocasio-Cortez and proclaiming their Jewish-values-inspired outrage at the border “concentration camps.”...

San Francisco Declares NRA a 

'Domestic Terrorist Organization'

{ cnsnews.com } ~ San Francisco, the "sanctuary city" for illegal aliens -- now crowded with homeless people camping and defecating on sidewalks -- has just declared the National Rifle Association a "domestic terrorist organization."... The resolution, which the Board of Supervisors passed unanimously Tuesday, urges the rest of the country to "do the same." The resolution accuses the NRA of mustering "its considerable wealth and organizational strength to promote gun ownership and incite gun owners to acts of violence." It accuses the NRA of spreading "propaganda" aimed at deceiving the public about the "dangers of gun violence"; it says NRA leaders promote "extremist positions, in defiance of the views of a majority of its membership and the public, and undermine the general welfare"; and it says NRA "advocacy" has armed terrorists. "All countries have violent and hateful people, but only in America do we give them ready access to assault weapons and large-capacity magazines thanks, in large part, to the National Rifle Association’s influence," the resolution says. The National Rifle Association's lobbying arm says it is "committed to preserving the right of all law-abiding individuals to purchase, possess and use firearms for legitimate purposes as guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution." The NRA promotes training, safety and education for law-abiding gun owners, and far from inciting acts of violence, it strongly condemns such acts... SFan Board of Supervisors are going nuts and are stupid to think NRA is a terrorist organization.

Is Governed By Almighty God

{ americanthinker.com } ~  The Left in American life today, with its emphasis on socialist and communist values, is essentially denying the validity of Judeo-Christian values which have been defended successfully for centuries by blood, sweat, and tears... The Left emphasizes needs rather than rights, equality over liberty, state ownership over private property, a woman’s right to choose death over life, gender fluidity over the eternal reality of a two gender system based on creation of both men and women in the image of God (Genesis 1:27), and world government over national identities. To the Left, the moral values held dear for 3500 years and central in Western consciousness are, at the very least, in need of being modified and updated.  For many of these bitter actors wearing masks of outrage at the mention of just about every traditional view, Judeo-Christian morality should be overturned altogether. Talk to those on the Left. Look at their humorless pomposity for what it is. Listen to commie-Bernie Sanders’ half-talk, half-bark presentations. Or listen to the well-groomed lowlife-Kamala Harris who has a serious expression on her face, yet the words have no gravitas. Has she been prosecuting criminals in California for years? She says nothing that suggests any serious commitment or wisdom gleaned. If there is one word for the Leftocrat candidates, I think it should be: "vacuous." How else could it be if one supports issues that reject in a fundamental way Judeo-Christian moral values? Look at the scowling expressions, and presentations of endless speech trial balloons instead of logical, detailed programs for societal growth and betterment. They sound like pages out of the writings of the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, who told us in his classic work Thus Spake Zarathustra and other writings that God is dead, and that we are moving into a transvaluation of values where what we hitherto considered good would be evil, and evil good. According to delirious Friedrich, we are evolving towards a new type of human -- the Ubermensch -- who will express this new anti-morality morality, this reversal of priorities.  Humans will be in relation to the Ubermensch as the animal kingdom now is to the human. One of my colleagues said to me ten years ago that “It’s time for a more Nietzschean outlook.” Perhaps he considered himself to be one of the Ubermenschen who was just ahead of his time? Who knows? Nietzsche went into a catatonic state for the last 10 years of his life, marked by occasional outbursts. Federal Judge Orders White House 

To Restore Brian Karem's Hard Pass

{ townhall.com } ~ A federal judge on Tuesday ordered the Trump Administration to restore the press pass of Brian Karem, Playboy's Senior White House reporter... "Karem has shown that even the temporary suspension of his pass inflicts irreparable harm on his First Amendment rights," U.S. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras wrote. The decision to revoke Karem's hard pass began at the beginning of August when Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham informed the Playboy reporter that a "preliminary decision" had been made in regards to his press access. The decision came after Karem got into a verbal altercation with Sebastian Gorka in the Rose Garden. At the time, Karem was upset because President Donald Trump wasn't taking questions during a presser following his social media summit. He made a remark about those people being “prone to demonic possession.” That's when Gorka became upset. Green Tyranny and the Tragedy 

of the Eco-Commons

{ americanthinker.com } ~ "The tragedy of the commons" is a phrase that describes the societal loss of resources through individual selfishness... In agrarian cultures, sheep, cows or other animals were often maintained in a "commons" where individual farm families would use large shared areas to pasture animals collectively. This worked well, unless an individual farmer exceeded the carrying capacity of the common to increase his personal wealth -- and if all the farmers did that, the common would be destroyed. This model is useful to examine modern environmental policy efforts, where the tragedy of the commons is seen in our oceans, air, soil -- and global warming. An intriguing parallel to this "common" land or water concept is the "House of Commons" in democracy: the legislative body where individuals collect to craft societal rules. This is where the modern world seeks to prevent individuals from destroying the whole: this is where humanity is most abjectly failing. A legislative body, too, must not be despoiled, overtaxed or squandered. Around our nation, Americans are concluding that individuals have crept into their governing commons, like sheep thieves, to appropriate "common" resources for individual or interest-group enrichment. And nowhere is this more evident than the so-called carbon tax. Neither state nor federal government has a track record of protecting Americans from carcinogenic chemicals, yet now many strive to employ these entities to regulate the much more ambitious and ubiquitous substance known as "carbon." In the name of saving the planet, and with no interest in the mathematical restraints of money supply or economics, these self-proclaimed warriors are marching on America's commons legislative bodies to appropriate their own personal harvest at the expense of others. This is easily illustrated in Vermont, where the progressive experimentation has been unstaunched because of a supermajority in both houses of state government. As they rush to fix the carbon balance, one is reminded of Thomas Sowell's "The Quest For Cosmic Justice" -- with each effort, inequities are created which reveal the folly of seeking government-imposed solutions instead of civil calls for collective personal responsibility...

Hollywood Leftists Blacklist Conservatives

Harold Hutchison:  If you want a look at just how bad the situation has become regarding freedom of speech, just look at the former stars of the NBC show “Will and Grace,” Eric McCormack and Debra Messing. Over the holiday weekend, both urged the prepublication of attendees to a Donald Trump fundraiser.

Why would they want that? Well, McCormack made it clear it wasn’t to praise these folks for involvement in the process of governing our country by supporting a political candidate they felt would represent them. This is something that has, until recently, been accepted as the right of every single American. McCormack made it clear that the intention of his request was “so the rest of us can be clear about who we don’t wanna work with.”

To put it bluntly, McCormack wanted to know who supported a politician he opposed so that he could use his power and influence to ruin their professional lives at the very least. This is nothing short of a revival of the tactics of Joseph McCarthy. The big difference between McCarthy and the McCormack/Messing combination is the target selection.

Former Secretary of Defense James Mattis stated recently that America’s tribalism is what worries him most. Well, we’re seeing the symptoms, and while Messing and McCormack are two of the more prominent, we have noted this pattern before — both private efforts and efforts by the state of New York under the scumbag-Andrew Cuomo-Letitia James regime.

To compound the problem of tribalism is the fact that there is a clear double standard being applied. If you back the NRA, you are painted as a child-killing domestic terrorist who believes in white supremacy. Efforts to ruin your life through blacklisting are practically celebrated by the Leftmedia. But suppose a Second Amendment supporter in office tried to utilize the same tactics that Cuomo is using on the NRA. We’d never hear the end of how America faces a grave threat to “democracy.”

We noted the same double standards in effect with some recent actions by Rep. Joaquin Castro last week. Doxing Trump supporters? It was practically a non-event that got little, if any, mention — much less condemnation — from mainstream media outlets. This was an action by a sitting congressman, someone who wields no small amount of influence in DC, including with regulatory agencies.

Similarly, when Federal Election Commission chairwoman Ellen Weintraub slammed President Trump for making claims about voter fraud in New Hampshire, we couldn’t help but notice her silence regarding Stacey Abrams’s 10 months of unsubstantiated claims of vote suppression in Georgia. By the way, Weintraub applied her double standard while being responsible for the enforcement of campaign-finance laws.

This also comes as scumbag-James Comey again skates despite another damning report on his behavior from the Justice Department’s inspector general. This is in addition to the other issues that emerged from Spygate — questions Americans deserve the answers to, not to mention the need for accountability.

The frustrating thing is the fact that the double standards that could destroy any confidence in the Rule of Law are perpetrated not just by the legal system but by the studious lack of comment from the Leftmedia. While America can survive when Americans have deep divisions, it cannot survive if legal and moral double standards exist. And if free speech is successfully quashed — whether by Hollywood, academia, or Big Tech — our republic is in serious danger.  ~The Patriot Post
