Knowing that testimony from “impeachment inquiry” participation is being selectively used to create a false narrative; and knowing the committees’ will not release full transcripts and or documents gained therein; the administration is not going to assist liar-Pelosi and scumbag-Schiff’s scheme to create the illusion of something that doesn’t exist. These “requests for interviews” are not legal subpoenas because the House has not created judicial authority within the committees’ by holding a full House vote to authorize. { foxnews.com } ~ The White House outlined in a defiant eight-page letter to House Speaker liar-Nancy Pelosi and top Democrats on Tuesday why it will not participate in their “illegitimate and unconstitutional” impeachment inquiry... charging that the proceedings have run roughshod over congressional norms and the president's due-process rights. Trump administration officials called the letter, which was written by White House counsel Pat Cipollone and obtained by Fox News, perhaps the most historic letter the White House has sent. The document tees up a head-on collision with Democrats in Congress, who have fired off a slew of subpoenas in recent days concerning the president's apparent efforts to get Ukraine to investigate political foe loose lips liar-Joe Biden. "President Trump and his administration reject your baseless, unconstitutional efforts to overturn the democratic process," the letter stated. "Your unprecedented actions have left the president with no choice. In order to fulfill his duties to the American people, the Constitution, the Executive Branch, and all future occupants of the Office of the Presidency, President Trump and his administration cannot participate in your partisan and unconstitutional inquiry under these circumstances." The document concluded: "The president has a country to lead. The American people elected him to do this job, and he remains focused on fulfilling his promises to the American people." Substantively, the White House first noted in the letter that there has not been a formal vote in the House to open an impeachment inquiry -- and that the news conference held by liar-Pelosi last month was insufficient to commence the proceedings."In the history of our nation, the House of Representatives has never attempted to launch an impeachment inquiry against the president without a majority of the House taking political accountability for that decision by voting to authorize such a dramatic constitutional step," the letter stated. This according to his posted biography as seen here at the website for his law firm, Compass Rose Legal Group. According to FEC records, in April of this year Mr. Bakaj was also a two-time contributor to Act Blue. Act Blue self-describes its purpose this way: We’ve built a powerful online fundraising platform for Democratic candidates up and down the ballot, progressive organizations, and nonprofits. The Washington Times also says this about Mark Zaid, a lawyer who has joined with Mr. Bakaj to defend the two whistleblowers: Mark S. Zaid, a prominent national security lawyer in Washington and a Trump critic on Twitter, has joined the legal team representing the intelligence community whistleblower who is targeting President Trump. The legal reinforcement in a media-political frenzy not seen since the 2017 Trump-Russia brouhaha signals a tough battle ahead for the White House and the Justice Department. Mr. Zaid’s law partner, Bradley P. Moss, is counterattacking conservatives who have vilified the unidentified whistleblower. He called the Trump supporters “human excrement posing as human beings.” Everyone is entitled to a lawyer, and the whistleblowers are no exception. But the choice of these two particular lawyers is a classic case of just how the president’s enemies repeatedly hand him ripe political opportunities to brand and defeat them. The president could ask for no better foils than whistleblowers and their lawyers who, between them, are connected to the living embodiments of the Swamp — ex-CIA officials and Trump-hating lawyers, one of whom worked for both scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton and Chuck scumbag-Schumer. One can only imagine the glee with which the president can pounce on this at his next massive rally in the middle of America. The White House announced Sunday evening that Trump told Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan that the U.S. would clear out of northern Syria so that Erdogan could invade. Trump tweeted Monday that the U.S. military could “always go back & BLAST” if necessary. “As I have stated strongly before, and just to reiterate, if Turkey does anything that I, in my great and unmatched wisdom, consider to be off limits, I will totally destroy and obliterate the Economy of Turkey I’ve done before!,” Trump tweeted, referencing Turkish tariffs implemented in 2018. Trump wrote that “the U.S. has done far more than anyone could have ever expected” and suggested it was time “for others in the region…to protect their own territory.” “The endless and ridiculous wars are ENDING!” Trump wrote in another tweet. The White House announced Sunday that Turkey would soon launch a military operation in northern Syria, adding that U.S. troops wouldn’t be “in the immediate area.” The U.S. had over 1,000 troops deployed in northern Syria, The Hill reported. Republican lawmakers have pushed back on the decision to withdraw. South Carolina GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham called the news a “disaster in the making” and Utah GOP Sen. rino-Mitt Romney called it a “betrayal,” according to The Hill.

{ theepochtimes.com } ~ There appears to be a shift in the way media are reporting about Joseph Mifsud, one of the central figures of the 2016 Russia investigation... coinciding with the progress of Attorney General William Barr’s review of the investigation’s origins. While media previously portrayed Mifsud as a mysterious character with nefarious ties to Russia, it appears the narrative has switched to downplaying his importance. As the official narrative goes, Mifsud allegedly told a Trump campaign aide in April 2016 that Russians had “dirt” on former Secretary of State scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton, in the form of “thousands of emails.” This information was ultimately used by the FBI to open a counterintelligence investigation that involved extensive spying on Trump campaign staff. The initial portrayal of Mifsud as a Russian spy was undermined by the fact that Mifsud had extensive contacts with people in the Western political, diplomatic, security, intelligence, and even counterterrorism circles, and none of them seemed to be concerned enough to keep distance from Mifsud. In April, President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, asserted the Mifsud story was the other way around—he was a Western “counterintelligence operative” involved in what looked to Giuliani as a “counterintelligence trap.” Barr reportedly visited Italy in late September to meet with security officials and, among other things, inquire about Mifsud...

Turkey strikes Syria-Iraq border, Lindsey Graham warns ‘sanctions from hell’ looming

The overnight strikes on Monday, which were confirmed to Reuters by Turkish officials... were aimed at destroying a Kurdish-used transportation route between Iraq and Syria and followed an announcement by the Trump administration to pull U.S. troops from northeast Syria. “In this way, the group’s transit to Syria and support lines, including ammunition, are shut off,” the official said. Kurdish-led forces are seen by Turkey as a terrorist insurgency though many Kurdish fighters have been part of the Syrian Democratic Forces which have been allies with the U.S. in the fight against ISIS in Syria. Trump’s abrupt policy announcement left many in Washington voicing their criticism and disagreement. But the administration has insisted the withdrawal of troops is not giving Turkey a “green light” to invade Syria. Though it was not clear if there were any casualties in the strikes, one official told Reuters that the site was made “unusable through various means.” Another official referred to the joint operation by Turkey’s intelligence service and the military as an airstrike. “The TSK will never tolerate the establishment of a terror corridor on our borders. Another dinky-liar-Warren 'Victim Status' LieThomas Gallatin: Elizabeth dinky-liarWarren has difficulty telling the truth, be it her continued refusal to acknowledge that her Medicare for All plan would require tax increases upon all Americans (something commie-Bernie Sanders freely admits) or her long-running false claim that she is part Cherokee — a claim Warren used to tout herself as a “minority” while she worked at Harvard Law School and the University of Pennsylvania. Only after a DNA test revealed her claim to be fraudulent did she partially acknowledge the truth, while still insisting she was merely the victim of a false family ancestry she grew up believing.
Now dinky-liar-Warren has come under scrutiny for another autobiographical tall tale that contradicts the record and even her own past statements. To paint herself as a victim of sexism under the “patriarchy,” Warren has repeatedly relayed a story of being fired from her first teaching job after it became apparent that she was pregnant. dinky-liar-Warren claims, “By the end of the first year, I was visibly pregnant, and the principal did what principals did in those days — wish me luck and hire someone else for the job.”
However, back in 2007, dinky-liar-Warren told a different story. She stated, “I was married at 19 and then graduated from college after I’d married. My first year post-graduation, I worked — it was a public-school system but I worked with the children with disabilities. I did that for a year, and then that summer I actually didn’t have the education courses, so I was on an ‘emergency certificate,’ it was called. I went back to graduate school and took a couple of courses in education and said, ‘I don’t think this is going to work out for me.’ I was pregnant with my first baby, so I had a baby and stayed home for a couple of years, and I was really casting about, thinking, ‘What am I going to do?’”
Furthermore, The Washington Free Beacon obtained “minutes of an April 21, 1971, Riverdale Board of Education meeting,” which “show that the board voted unanimously on a motion to extend dinky-liar-Warren a ‘2nd year’ contract for a two-days-per-week teaching job. That job is similar to the one she held the previous year, her first year of teaching. Minutes from a board meeting held two months later, on June 16, 1971, indicate that Warren’s resignation was ‘accepted with regret.’”
So, was dinky-liar-Warren a victim of sexism? Not even remotely. Yet for today’s Democrats, creating a fraudulent and politically expedient victim narrative is more important than speaking the truth. The question for the country is, if Warren can’t be trusted to be honest about her past or even who she is, how can she be trusted to govern the nation?
