Human Rights Council is "a grave embarrassment" and that the U.N.-linked International Criminal Court "has no jurisdiction." Trump largely kept to his script during remarks to the U.N. General Assembly, emphasizing U.S. independence from international bodies, and articulating a vision of "principled realism" and national sovereignty. "We will never surrender America's sovereignty to an unelected, unaccountable global bureaucracy," Trump said in his second address to the General Assembly in New York. Trump defended the U.S. decision to pull out of the U.N. Human Rights Council in June, and lashed into the ICC, which his national security adviser John Bolton declared earlier this month was powerless to investigate alleged U.S. war crimes in Afghanistan. "The United States will provide no support and recognition to the International Criminal Court," Trump said. "As far as America is concerned, the ICC has no jurisdiction, no legitimacy, and no authority. The ICC claims near-universal jurisdiction over the citizens of every country, violating all principles of justice, fairness, and due process." "America is governed by Americans. We reject the ideology of globalism, and we embrace the doctrine of patriotism around the world," he said. "Responsible nations must defend against threats to sovereignty."...

{ thehill.com } ~ Rep. scumbag-Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, said Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein should not step down from his post... voluntarily following reports he was going to be fired or resign Monday morning. The news of Rosenstein’s potential departure from the Department of Justice comes in the wake of a recent New York Times report alleging he discussed wearing wires to secretly record President  Trump and debated invoking the 25th Amendment with top cabinet officials. Rosenstein denied the report, calling it "inaccurate and factually incorrect.” scumbag-Schiff, the top Democrat on the panel that had been conducting the lower chamber’s now-concluded Russia investigation, argued Rosenstein’s departure could compromise special counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller’s independent probe into Russia's election interference. “Under no circumstances should Rod Rosenstein resign,” scumbag-Schiff tweeted Monday. “This would place the dirty cop-Mueller investigation in even greater jeopardy. Rosenstein should continue to do his job, protect the independence of the DOJ, and if the President intends to obstruct justice, force Trump to fire him.”... Yet scumbag-Schiff doesn't mention no collusion has been found after two years.

Two videos were posted by “Smash Racism DC” and they show a large group of protesters chanting “We believe survivors” in reference to sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh at Sen. Cruz and his wife, Heidi Cruz. One video shows a protester confronting Sen. Cruz and his wife as they entered the restaurant. Sen. Cruz tells the woman “God bless you” before attempting to take a seat at a table. After the protesters surround the table, Sen. Cruz tells Mrs. Cruz, “Let’s go ahead and go” and puts on his jacket to leave... These leftist people are real sick.

{ jpost.com } ~ Germany's Federal Government Commissioner for Jewish Life in Germany and the Fight against Anti-Semitism, Dr. Felix Klein, denounced the Bank for Social Economy in his strongest statement to date... because the bank has not distanced itself from its antisemitic support of the boycott Israel campaign. Klein told The Jerusalem Post last week that "whoever actively supports antisemitic organizations such as BDS [Boycott, Divestment,Sanctions] contributes to the further strengthening of antisemitism and Israel hatred." The Cologne-based Bank for Social Economy (Bank für Sozialwirtschaft) provides an account to the hardcore German-based BDS group Jewish Voice for a Just Peace in the Middle East. "The Bank for Social Economy should unambiguously distance itself from every form of antisemitism," said Klein, adding "I consider the business relationship between the Bank for Social Economy and Jewish Voice for a Just Peace in the Middle East for problematic and condemn it." Klein said "the closures of the accounts by Keren Hayesod and the Magnus-Hirschfeld-Foundation are strong messages. The bank sector also has an obligation to not maintain business relations with antisemites and their supporters."  In August, the pro-Israel fundraising organization Keren Hayesod pulled the plug on its account with Bank for Social Economy because the CEO Harald Schmitz's defense of its business with the BDS group Jewish Voice.  The LGBT organization Magnus Hirschfeld Foundation terminated its account with the Bank for Social Economy in April to protest the bank's pro-BDS activity. Germany's financial sector has experienced a series of bank account closures due to BDS support. The Deutsche Bank, Postbank, DAB in Munich, and Commerzbank have shut down BDS accounts since 2016. The US online payment service PayPal shut down in September an account for the German BDS organization International Alliance...
