scumbaqg-Clapper Hears Barr's '
Chilling' Footsteps
by Daniel John Sobieski
americanthinker.com } ~ They really counted on scumbag/liar-Hillary winning, didn't they?  Former director of National Intelligence scumbag-James Clapper is in panic mode... realizing that the so-called "intelligence community" he supervised under President scumbag/liar-nObama is about to be revealed by Atty. Gen. William Barr and U.S. atty. John Durham as a weaponized arm of the scumbag/liar-Clinton campaign, with indictments to follow. The man who lied to Congress about spying on the American people was shocked back in April to hear Barr testify before Congress that yes, he thought the Trump campaign had been spied upon by his political opponents.  As Breitbart reported: Well, I thought it was most stunning and scary. I was amazed at that and rather disappointed that the attorney general would say such a thing. The term "spying" has all kinds of negative connotations, and I have to believe he chose that term deliberately. And I think it's incredible that if he has concerns, he would have easily on his first day on the job, after his confirmation, asked his own IG, the Inspector General of the Department of Justice, for a briefing on his preliminary, in the course of his investigation, that is, the IG's investigation, whether there was any wrongdoing by the FBI. I think it would have been far more appropriate for him to just defer to that investigation rather than postulating, apparently with no evidence. He just has a feeling that there was spying against the campaign. Barr has more than that, it would seem, and has sent chills up scumbag-Clapper's spine that he and Durham are dead serious about checking out the real reasons for the Intelligence Community's "assessment" that Russia wanted Trump to win and was meddling in the election to achieve that result. According to a Wall Street Journal report:  Former Director of National Intelligence scumbag-James Clapper says The Wall Street Journal report that Attorney General William Barr appears to be investigating a high-confidence finding of the US intelligence community assessment of the 2016 election sends a "chilling message to the intelligence community." Close scrutiny of the Intelligence Community's actions should send chills up scumbag-Clapper's spine. In the search for the answer as to how the whole Mueller collusion probe and spying on Team Trump originated, one does not have to look far. One needs only to revisit the interview Deep State conspirator and perjurer scumbag-James Clapper gave with CNN's Anderson Cooper. He points his finger directly at Barack Hussein scumbag/liar-nObama as leader of the coup against Donald Trump...   https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2019/06/clapper_hears_barr...

Trump Announces ‘Hard Hitting’
New Sanctions on Iran
by Jack Crowe
nationalreview.com } ~ President Trump announced Monday that he will impose additional economic sanctions on Iran in response to recent acts of aggression... that have sharply escalated tensions between the two nations in recent weeks. “We will continue to increase pressure on Tehran,” Trump said in the Oval Office before signing an executive order imposing the new sanctions. “Never can Iran have a nuclear weapon.” The executive order, which expands upon existing sanctions that have effectively deprived Iran of oil-export revenue, freezes the assets of officials serving at the highest levels of the Iranian government, including those assets held by the country’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Khomeini. Addressing reporters from the White House briefing room after the executive order was signed, Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin dismissed the suggestion that the latest round of sanctions was “symbolic,” pointing out that order will effectively “lock up tens of billions of dollars” previously held by the most influential people in Iranian government. The latest round of sanctions come after the Pentagon announced Thursday that an Iranian surface-to-air missile had downed a U.S. military-surveillance drone flying above the Strait of Hormuz, a major waterway through which one-third of the world’s oil supply flows. In response, Trump ordered a missile strike against a number of Iranian radar facilities, but reversed himself Thursday evening minutes before the strike was to be carried out after concluding that the resulting 150 casualties would represent a “disproportionate response” to the downing of an unmanned drone. During the Monday Oval Office signing ceremony, Trump touted the “restraint” displayed by his administration but warned that he may not show such restraint going forward if Iran continues to behave aggressively...

Roll Out Those Lazy, Hazy,
SNOWY Days of Summer
by Brian C. Joondeph
americanthinker.com } ~ Nat King Cole recorded “Those Lazy Hazy Crazy Days of Summer” way back in 1963. In “Those days of soda and pretzels and beer,” summers were hot, and the only thing frosty was the beer. Not so much this summer... The summer solstice passed a few days ago, the longest day of the year with the most sunshine. Only a couple of weeks before July 4th, thoughts are on hitting the beach or pool, with the only worry being about whether sunscreen is going to save your life or kill you. But not this year. Portions of Colorado are under “a winter weather advisory this weekend” as reported by the Denver Post, with “snowfall expected in the mountains.” Wait a minute, it’s officially summer, isn’t it? This is not just a few snow flurries. “Snowfall of 2-6 inches is expected this weekend for altitudes about 9,000 feet, and slush could accumulate along mountain passes. Some road closures have been issued due to adverse weather conditions.” Such a forecast is common in January, but not in late June. Steamboat had almost two feet of snow, as reported by CBS News. CNN chimed in, noting, “The last time the city saw snow this late was on June 17, 1928.” Almost a century ago. In Estes Park, Colorado, “Snow forced officials to briefly close Trail Ridge Road on the first day of summer.” This was after a late opening, “Crews try to open the popular road by Memorial Day weekend, but late spring snow kept the road closed until June 5 this year.”...

Israel’s Dimona nuclear reactor isn’t
Chernobyl, but does have vulnerabilities
by Judah Ari Gross
timesofisrael.com } ~ The hit television miniseries “Chernobyl” has reminded the world of the ever-present specter of a nuclear catastrophe made possible by the deadly combination of negligence, ignorance and incompetence... On April 26, 1986, one of the four nuclear reactors at Chernobyl suffered a catastrophic power surge during a spectacularly mismanaged safety test. The resulting explosion and fire sent plumes of radioactive isotopes throughout the area, since the power plant lacked a containment structure. Contamination spread through large parts of the Soviet Union and Europe. Estimates put the long-term death toll at anywhere from 4,000 to over 93,000; the 1,000 sq. mile exclusion zone around the reactor remains one of the world’s most radioactively contaminated areas. The Chernobyl disaster is one of two nuclear incidents to receive a level 7 designation on the International Nuclear Event Scale, indicating a major accident with widespread ramifications. The second was the earthquake-sparked 2011 Fukushima nuclear reactor disaster in Japan. The effects of the reactor explosion are still seen and felt today, inside the exclusion zone and far beyond, with a still unfolding impact on people, wildlife and plants. Notably, hundreds of thousands of so-called liquidators risked their lives and long-term health to contain the radiation after the explosion, including some 1,500 who live in Israel and are woefully neglected by the government. Could such a catastrophe occur in Israel’s own nuclear reactor, the Shimon Peres Negev Nuclear Research Center outside Dimona, in the south of the country? In a rocket strike on the facility — which Iran, Hezbollah, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Hamas  and  Syria have each threatened or attempted to carry out — would large swaths of the Jewish state become contaminated with radioactive material? Or what about in a large earthquake along the Syrian-African rift, which is expected at some point in the coming years?...

Muslims Try To Practice Sharia Law In Alabama, Instantly Get Leveled By Angry Locals!
by Tori McNabb
redrightvideos.com } ~ I truly do not think any American cares about legal immigration in the country. After all, we all came from somewhere, right?... When a person immigrants to this country it is because they want to be here. They want to be an American and they are assimilating to our culture and way of life.  However, a lot of these Mulsim refugees come into this country want to change what we are and implement Sharia Law. These misguided individuals just received a smackdown like no other and they are pissed. One Alabama lawyer has drafted an amendment that would protect its citizens from Muslims using Sharia Law as a defense in court. Jews News has more on this story. “I put in about three years of work on it,” claims Eric Johnston, the Birmingham attorney who drafted the amendment. “We were just trying to do something legal, not political.” The amendment passed by 72 percent to 28 percent, after being sponsored by State Senator Gerald Allen. Johnston claims that the amendment has a wider application than banning Sharia law. He also maintains that the bill does not undermine the religious rights of Muslims, but simply prevents lawyers from using the religious law as a selling point in court cases...  https://redrightvideos.com/8705-2/

Deportation Raids Delayed 'At the
Request of Democrats'
Nate Jackson:  “At the request of Democrats, I have delayed the Illegal Immigration Removal Process (Deportation) for two weeks to see if the Democrats and Republicans can get together and work out a solution to the Asylum and Loophole problems at the Southern Border. If not, Deportations start!” President Donald Trump announced via his favorite platform over the weekend.

Last week, Trump declared he would ramp up ICE raids to catch and deport illegal aliens. Predictably, Democrats went apoplectic, ranging from decrying border “concentration camps” to House Speaker liar-Nancy Pulosi declaring deportation “an act of utter malice and bigotry.”

So what’s the real reason for Trump’s delay? Two possibilities have been suggested: First, Acting ICE Director Mark Morgan says the leaked raid details may have endangered the lives of Border Patrol agents. Second, liar-Pulosi reportedly telephoned the president to beg for a delay. More likely, she offered him emergency border funding.

We’d also offer a third option: Democrats have not only stubbornly refused to offer any plan for addressing the border crisis, they have actively invited the invasion and blocked Trump’s every effort to address it. Trump is calling their bluff, and he’s doing so just in time for the gaggle of 382 Democrat presidential candidates to take the debate stage later this week. Trump has promised to live tweet the debates, and we don’t doubt he’ll enjoy highlighting their lack of an immigration plan. He knows all too well that the Democrats’ only agenda is to obstruct him, so he’s letting them sweat for two weeks while he waits. Every time he can demonstrate that Democrats are blocking needed action at the border, it will help him politically.

In the meantime, regular deportations will continue, as will the flood of illegals crossing the southern border.  ~The Patriot Post

Breaking — West Virginia Lawmakers Invite Persecuted Pro-Second Amendment Counties In Virginia To Join Their State

West Virginia lawmakers introduced legislation to invite persecuted pro Second Amendment Counties to join their state.

The West Virginia Senate adopted a resolution to remind Virginia residents from Frederick County that they have a standing invite — from 1862 — to become part of West Virginia.

West Virginia freedom fighters broke away from Virginia Democrat slave owners during the Civil War.

This week West Virginia has once again invited persecuted Virginia pro 2-A counties to come join their state.

Sounds like a winning plan!

Resolution 8 reads as follows:

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 8

(By Delegates Howell, Summers, Shott, Householder, C. Martin, Hott, Graves, Cadle, Barnhart, J. Jeffries, Maynard, Phillips, Foster, Hamrick, Steele, D. Jeffries, Wilson, Waxman, Bartlett, Paynter, Linville, Sypolt, Bibby, Hill, Ellington, Higginbotham, J. Kelly, Mandt, Pack, Dean and P. Martin)

[Introduced January 14, 2020]

Providing for an election to be had, pending approval of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and a majority of qualified citizens voting upon the proposition prior to August 1, 2020, for the admission of certain counties and independent cities of the Commonwealth of Virginia to be admitted to the State of West Virginia as constituent counties, under the provisions of Article VI, Section 11 of the Constitution of West Virginia

Whereas, The Legislature of West Virginia finds that in 1863, due to longstanding perceived attitudes of neglect for the interests of the citizens of Western Virginia, and a studied failure to address the differences which had grown between the counties of Western Virginia and the government at Richmond, the Commonwealth of Virginia was irretrievably divided, and the new State of West Virginia was formed; and

Whereas, Such division occurred as the Trans-Allegheny portions of Virginia perceived that they suffered under an inequitable measure of taxation by which they bore a disproportionate share of the tax burden; and

Whereas, That this perception was further compounded by the effects of a scheme of representation by which Trans-Allegheny Virginia was not allowed to have its proper and equitable share of representation in the government at Richmond; and

Whereas, That this arrangement arguably resulted in the tax dollars of Trans-Allegheny Virginia being used to enrich the Tidewater through internal improvements which did not benefit the people of Western Virginia, while the people of the Trans-Allegheny had little to no say in how their tax dollars were allocated; and

Whereas, Though this course led to an irreconcilable division, and the subsequent formation of West Virginia, yet, the longstanding peaceful cooperation between this State and the Commonwealth of Virginia is a sign that such separation, undertaken even under the most challenging and onerous of circumstances, can, with the passage of time, yield lasting results which are beneficial to both sides; and

Whereas, In the intervening years, the same neglect for the interests of many of the remaining counties of the Commonwealth of Virginia has allegedly been evidenced by the government at Richmond; and

Whereas, Particularly, many citizens of the Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont contend that an inequitable measure of taxation exists by which they bear a disproportionate share of the present tax burden of the Commonwealth; and

Whereas, The people of the Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont also believe that, currently, a scheme of representation exists by which the citizens of Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont do not have a proper share of representation in the government at Richmond; and, consequently

Whereas, The people of the Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont believe that their tax dollars are used to enrich the Tidewater and Northern Virginia through internal improvements which do not benefit the people of these other parts of Virginia, while the people of these other parts of Virginia have little to no say in how their tax dollars are allocated; and

Whereas, In recent days, these tensions have been compounded by a perception of contempt on the part of the government at Richmond for the differences in certain fundamental political and societal principles which prevail between the varied counties and cities of that Commonwealth; and

Whereas, In the latest, and most evident, in this string of grievances, the government at Richmond now seeks to place intolerable restraints upon the rights guaranteed under the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution to the citizens of that Commonwealth; and

Whereas, The Legislative body of West Virginia believes that this latest action defies the wise counsel which has come down to us in the august words of our common Virginia Founders: as the government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of that tribune of liberty, Patrick Henry-who stated to the Virginia Ratifying Convention in 1788 that “The great object is that every man be armed. Everyone who is able might have a gun”; and

Whereas, The government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of a Signer of the Declaration and premier advocate of American independence, Richard Henry Lee-who stated in The Federal Farmer that “To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms”; and

Whereas, The government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of that zealous guardian of our inherent rights, George Mason-who stated that “To disarm the people…[i]s the most effectual way to enslave them”; and

Whereas, The government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of the declaimer of our independence and theoretician of our freedoms, Thomas Jefferson-who stated in his first draft of the Virginia Constitution, that “No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms”; and

Whereas, The Boards of Supervisors of many Virginia counties and the Councils of many Virginia cities have recognized this dangerous departure from the doctrine of the Founders on the part of the government at Richmond; and

Whereas, These Boards of Supervisors and Councils have passed resolutions refusing to countenance what they affirm are unwarranted and unconstitutional measures by that government to infringe the firearm rights of Virginians; and

Whereas, The actions of the government at Richmond undertaken since the recent general election have, regrettably, resulted in unproductive contention and escalating a lamentable state of civic tension; and

Whereas, That, as has been proven in numerous instances, such as have been observed internationally in more recent times with the peaceful dissolutions of Czechoslovakia and the Soviet Union, and the creation of South Sudan, or, earlier in Virginia’s own history, with the formation of Kentucky, the peaceful partition of neighboring peoples can occur, and, is often very beneficial to both sides in reducing tensions and improving the tenor of discourse over ongoing political and societal differences; and

Whereas, Article VI, Section 11 of The Constitution of the State of West Virginia explicitly permits additional territory to be admitted into, and become part of this state, with the consent of the Legislature and of a majority of the qualified voters of the state; and

Whereas, In a spirit of conciliation, the Legislature of West Virginia hereby extends an invitation to our fellow Virginians who wish to do so, to join us in our noble experiment of 156 years of separation from the government at Richmond; and, we extend an invitation to any constituent county or city of the Commonwealth of Virginia to be admitted to the body politic of the State of West Virginia, under the conditions set forth in our state Constitution, specifically, with the consent of a majority of the voters of such county or city voting upon such proposition; and we hereby covenant that their many grievances shall be addressed, and, we further covenant with them that their firearms rights shall be protected to the fullest extent possible under our Federal and State Constitutions; and

Whereas, Providing that the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia shall give its assent to any county or independent city presently part of the Commonwealth of Virginia having the opportunity and ability to do so, therefore, be it

Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia.
