Secret Side Deals Erode Iran Nuke Accord
Forget Iran. The least trustworthy party in the Iranian nuke deal may well be the nObama administration. Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) and Rep. Mike Pompeo (R-KS) called on the administration to disclose the whole Iran deal to Congress — even the two secret side deals that could completely discredit the larger nuclear deal. The first deal was between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and it involved how the two will resolve some military aspects of Iran's nuclear program. The second deal lays out how the IAEA will inspect the Parchin military complex — a shadowy military base where Iran may test ballistic missile technology. Unbelievably, Iran will collect its own soil samples at that and other facilities.
With such provisions missing from the larger agreement, Congress cannot fully review it. Furthermore, the bipartisan Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act required the nObama administration to disclose all the documents and side deals. "The failure to disclose the content of these side agreements begs the question, 'What is the nObama administration hiding?'" Pompeo said, "Even members of Congress who are sympathetic to this deal cannot and must not accept a deal we aren't even aware of." nObama adviser Susan Rice admitted the deals do exist, and said that the nObama administration would brief Congress in classified hearings. But even head U.S. negotiator hanoi John Kerry might not know what's in the side deals. It appears that the least transparent administration in history is also the least competent.  -The Patriot Post

nObama's Legacy Will Be Undoing Clinton's
When comparing the presidency of Bill Clinton with that of Barack nObama, it's clear just how far left Democrats have gone in 20 years. Not only that, but it seems nObama's primary legacy will be to undo that of his Democrat predecessor.
Just one day after nObama delivered a speech before the NAACP in Philadelphia to declare criminal justice reform, Clinton took the stage to admit that his prison reform policies actually made things worse.
“I signed a bill that made the problem worse, and I want to admit it," Clinton confessed. "In that bill, there were longer sentences. And most of these people are in prison under state law, but the federal law set a trend. ... And that was overdone. We were wrong about that. ... The good news is we had the biggest drop in crime in history. The bad news is we had a lot of people who were locked up, who were minor actors, for way too long."
nObama is now poised to fix undo Clinton's policy by pushing for prison reform, which both conservatives and liberals agree needs to be addressed. Clinton's approach was viewed as tough on crime, and crime did decline. nObama's approach is essentially to go the other direction — to focus on the community, the courtroom and the cell block by spending money on pre-kindergarten education, reducing or eliminating mandatory minimum sentencing and allowing convicted felons the right to vote. Perhaps nObama recognizes that Hilly needs all the help she can get.
But the legacy rewrite is more than just prison reform.   -The Patriot Post

TROUBLED TIMES FOR HILLY  Today’s revelation of a potential criminal probe into Hilly Clinton’s email account is capping off a tough week for the Democratic frontrunner. A swing state poll on Tuesday shows her trailing top Republican rivals, she’s been scrapping with her base over breaking up big banks and she’s had to staunch earlier self-inflicted wounds with Black voters. And while Clinton has her sights set today on a Wall Street, her use of a personal email account as secretary of state ‘for convenience’ has proven anything but convenient to her presidential bid.
Government watchdogs seek criminal investigation- NYT:“Two inspectors general have asked the Justice Department to open a criminal investigation into whether sensitive government information was mishandled in connection with the personal email account Hilly Rodham Clinton used as secretary of state, senior government officials said Thursday. The request follows an assessment in a June 29 memo by the inspectors general for the State Department and the intelligence agencies that Mrs. Clinton’s private account contained ‘hundreds of potentially classified emails.’”
Fox News“Clinton has repeatedly denied sending or receiving any classified information on her personal account….However, the inspectors general wrote in a second memorandum last week that at least one of Clinton’s emails that had been made public by the State Department contained sensitive information….
Clinton presidential campaign spokesman Nick Merrill issued a statement early Friday denying that Clinton had handled classified materials inappropriately. ‘As has been reported on multiple occasions, any released emails deemed classified by the [nObama] administration have been done so after the fact, and not at the time they were transmitted,’ Merrill said.” The statement tiptoes around the question: SHOULD some of the emails have been deemed classified when Clinton transmitted them?
Senior official told NYT the Justice Department has not decided if it will open an investigation.

 U.S. officials dissing Cuba's dissidents
{Daniel Allott} ~ Until recently, American politicians visiting Cuba would regularly stop off to meet with members of the island nation's dissident community, as a gesture of respect and solidarity... According to an Associated Press report Thursday, in the seven months since the relationship between the United States and Cuba began to thaw, "American politicians have flooded Havana to see the sights, meet the country's new entrepreneurs and discuss the possible end of the U.S. trade embargo with leaders of the communist government." But of the more than 20 U.S. lawmakers who have visited Cuba since February, not one has visited with Cuba's dissident community. This is in part because Cuban officials have made dissing the dissidents, many of whom have spent years or decades in prisons for nonviolently advocating for democracy, a condition for obtaining access to high-ranking Cuban officials.

Are We Doomed For More Terror Attacks?
{Robert Chambers} ~ Between legal immigration, the resettlement of Middle East refugees, illegal immigrants from Islamic countries, the president’s amnesty policy and a sheer lack of resources... the FBI admitted this week that it can’t screen all of the Muslims moving into the country and can’t determine which ones might represent terrorist threats. The admission comes at a time when the FBI failed to stop the terror attack on two military facilities in Chattanooga, Tennessee that killed five U.S. servicemen exposing yet another threat that have stretched FBI resources to the breaking point – home grown terror by self-radicalized lone wolf gunmen. More blunt, are national security experts who say the situation is reaching a boiling point because of President Barack nObama’s immigration policies and the unwillingness of his U.S. Justice Department to re task funds or increase the FBI budget for national security screening efforts.

How Much CO2 Is Really In Our Atmosphere?
{rickwells.us} ~ The author of the book “Climategate,” Brian Sussman, is a well known media personality and meteorologist in San Francisco, who got fed up with the lies and propaganda being spewed by the UN climate alarmists... He’s written a couple of excellent books detailing much, but far from all, of the agenda-driven falsehoods and the corruption that permeate their claims and their dishonest movement. Carbon dioxide, particularly the man-generated variety, is portrayed as an evil villain in their assault on our freedom, in spite of its beneficial and life-giving role and properties. The perception among the uninformed public is that this invisible and beneficial gas is collecting in amounts so excessive that the entire planet is at risk. That’s exactly the perception they hope to create in order to manipulate the people of the world, one which is a deliberate and patently false distortion of the truth. The reality is rather remarkable when taken in contrast with the false misperception that has been created. The amount of man-created CO2 is miniscule, virtually non-existent, when taken in the context of all greenhouse gases and the atmosphere as a whole.       http://rickwells.us/how-much-co2-is-really-in-our-atmosphere-the-ep...

nObama Honors Agitator Illegal Aliens Taking American Jobs
{rickwells.us} ~ In what can best be described as more of the distorted blurring of truth with fiction, legality with illegality and subversion and treachery against the American people with humanitarian service, Hussein nObama is once again... proudly trotting out one of his illegal programs while simultaneously portraying his lawbreaking as a just, humanitarian act. On Friday nObama opened the doors of the White House to nine illegal alien teachers, honoring them as “Champions of Change,” whatever that means. Changing from a legal society which includes Caucasians to an illegal one that does not, it appears. If it weren’t for the facts that they aren’t Americans and that there is nothing particularly extraordinary about them outside of their penchant for inciting civil unrest that might be a true statement. Truth doesn’t matter, it’s a lie intended to convince the public that illegal foreigners have just as much right to be in America as citizens do.

hanoi Kerry Pressures Congress: Israel 'Isolated And More Blamed'
{rickwells.us} ~ hanoi John Kerry is making his sales pitch at shadow government headquarters, the Council on Foreign Relations. He makes a reference to the Iranian leadership as wanting to have a “different relationship” in the region, inferring that different automatically equates with better... That’s a premise that can be immediately proven false simply by recalling the last six and a half years of change and nObama malfeasance in America. An Iranian driven Middle East nuclear arms race would be different, surrendering the Middle East or an Arab cold war would definitely be something new, and it would all be a creation of Hussein nObama, hanoi John Kerry and their comrades in international chaos. He attempts to place the responsibility for any future fallout should the Congress not tuck their tails and lick hanoi Kerry’s bloody hand on others, in typical nObama regime fashion. His message to Congress and the American peasants is clear; either accept the unconstitutional, illegal deal that we made unilaterally with the Iranians and international co-conspirators or be blamed for any and all of the inevitable consequences they’ve set us all up for.

nObama admin restricts investigative powers of inspectors general
{Kelly Riddell} ~ The nObama administration formally announced that inspectors general will have to get permission from their agency heads to gain access to grand jury, wiretap and fair credit information... an action that severely limits the watchdogs’ oversight capabilities, independence and power to uncover fraud. “I strongly disagree with the OLC opinion,” Michael Horowitz, the Justice Department’s inspector general, said in a statement. “Congress meant what it said when it authorized Inspectors General to independently access ‘all’ documents necessary to conduct effective oversight. Without such access, our Office’s ability to conduct its work will be significantly impaired, and it will be more difficult for us to detect and deter waste, fraud, and abuse, and to protect taxpayer dollars.”       http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2015/jul/23/obama-restricts-inv...

Proof Hilly doomed Stevens with 'classified' emails?
{Aaron Klein} ~ In light of the report, it is instructive to recall that communications from Clinton’s personal email account made public in May by the State Department contained sensitive information regarding the U.S. diplomatic outpost in Benghazi, as first reported by WND... Some of the Benghazi correspondence in question, while not officially designated as classified, betrayed the whereabouts of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens while he was stationed in arguably one of the most dangerous zones in the world for any American diplomat. On Friday, the Times reported the inspectors general of the State Department and the nation’s intelligence agencies stated unequivocally that the secretive information contained in the emails should not have gone through Clinton’s personal server or beyond secure government computers.

Steinitz Slams hanoi Kerry: No One Has Authority to Threaten Israel
{Cynthia Blank} ~ Energy and Water Minister Yuval Steinitz (Likud) slammed US Secretary of State hanoi John Kerry on Sunday for suggesting Israel would be blamed if Congress blocked the nuclear agreement with Iran... "The State of Israel will speaks about its view on the Iranian nuclear issue, as related to its security and existence. No one has the authority to threaten it," Steinitz, the Jewish state's point person on Iran, charged. According to Steinitz, arguments against the agreement stem from objective concerns, which are not exclusively felt by Israel. "Criticism of the agreement in the United States in general, and Congress in particular, is due to to the serious flaws and loopholes found it it, transforming the so-called 'tight and intrusive' agreement into a farce."

Turkey Uses ISIS as Excuse to Attack Kurds
{Uzay Bulut} ~Turkey's government seems to be waging a new war against the Kurds, now struggling to get an internationally recognized political status in Syrian Kurdistan... On July 24, Turkish media sources reported that Turkish jet fighters bombed Kurdish PKK (Kurdistan Workers' Party) bases in Qandil, in Iraqi Kurdistan, as well as the Islamic State (ISIS) in Syria. Turkey is evidently unsettled by the rapprochement the PKK seems to be establishing with the U.S. and Europe. Possibly alarmed by the PKK's victories against ISIS, as well as its strengthening international standing, Ankara, in addition to targeting ISIS positions in Syria, has been bombing the PKK positions in the Qandil mountains of Iraqi Kurdistan, where the PKK headquarters are located. There is no ISIS in Qandil.        http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/6223/turkey-isis-kurds

nOBAMA approves of Turkey’s attacks on the Kurds
{gopthedailydose.com} ~ The Kurds have always been a strong American ally and have singly been the most effective fighting force on the ground against the Islamic State (ISIS)... But apparently, Barack nObama has just stabbed the Kurds in the back after Turkey pretends to join the fight against ISIS in order to attack the Kurds. Turkey has now reopened its war on the PKK Kurds in Turkey, Iraq and in Syria. Turkish police rounded up hundreds of Kurdish activists in Turkey and tonight dozens of Turkish fighter planes attacked PKK positions in Syria and Iraq. As the conduit for weapons and supplies to ISIS, Turkey had been reluctant to join the U.S.-led coalition against the Islamic State terror group despite gain made by the group on Turkey’s doorstep. Now, Turkish warplanes are directly striking ISIS locations, which started Saturday in Syria and continued with a bombing run against Kurds in northern Iraq. This proves without a shadow of doubt that nObama is a traitor and is willing to help out terrorist.        http://gopthedailydose.com/2015/07/26/barack-hussein-obama-approves...

"Liberalism is a Narcotic"
.
.
{burtprelutsky.com} ~ Karl Marx was convinced that religion was the opium of the masses. That, no doubt, was the reason he decided to make a religion of his screwy economic theory. Surely it must have occurred to him that if people were willing to accept improbable miracles on faith, they might also be convinced that economic policies that fly in the face of reality and human nature could also gain a foothold.
.
And he was right, in spite of the fact that his notions have failed time and again all around the world, inevitably ending in the tyranny by the few and the enslavement of the many.
.
Nothing, we’ve been told, succeeds like success. But as socialists and communists have shown for the past century, thanks to the terminally gullible, occasionally nothing succeeds like failure.
.
♦ Today, in the greatest irony of all, you have major religions following the tenets of Marx while simultaneously ignoring those of Christ. You have a Catholic pope parroting left-wing propaganda and showing far more concern about global warming than about Christians being burned, crucified and beheaded, by Muslims.
.
At the same time, you have Protestant church leaders siding with terrorist groups and calling for the divestment of investments in Israel, in spite of the fact that most American Protestants support the Jewish state and understand that Israel would like nothing better than to live in peace with its neighbors, if only those neighbors would stop trying to exterminate them.
.
Here in the U.S., we have seen the Boy Scouts, Catholic adoption agencies, along with Christian bakers, florists and photographers, all come under attack because they have, to some extent, not accepted sodomy as a norm.
.
We are all told to shape up and accept homosexuality on its own terms because, as five members of the Supreme Court pretty much stated in its majority decision, these people are simply in wuv. The decision I’m anxiously awaiting is the one they will inevitably be called upon to adjudicate, the one involving consenting bigamists and polygamists. I would think that so long as all the petitioners were consenting adults, Anthony Kennedy, for one, would have a very tough time explaining why twenty people should be denied the same right as two people to express their wuv by exchanging wedding vows.
.
♦ Speaking of the Supreme Court, whatever your politics or personal beliefs, you have to admit that the Democrats are experts when it comes to seating justices who will see things their way. Republicans, on the other hand, seem content to pull names out of a hat.
.
If you doubt it, consider that between them, Clinton and nObama have appointed Breyer, Ginsburg, Kagan and Sotomayor. No surprises there. Each of them has voted exactly the way dinky Harry Reid, Nancy Pulosi, Chuck Schumer and Hilly Clinton, would if they were on the Court.
.
On the other hand, between them, Reagan and the two Bushes placed seven justices, including one Chief Justice, on the high court. Although they got it right with Scalia, Thomas and Alito, it might as well have been nObama who paved the way for Kennedy, O’Connor, Souter and Roberts, to wear bathrobes to work.
.
One surprising fact I recently discovered about the current Court is that in spite of the fact that fewer than one in four Americans is Catholic or Jewish, all nine justices are either one or the other.
.
♦ When I recently suggested that after all their recent computer hacking, the least that China could do was let us know what was on Hilly Clinton’s private server, a couple of readers decided I was being serious. I guess with some people, you have to add a “ha-ha” at the end of a sentence before they know you’re joking.
.
In both cases, they let me know that China would never hand over any damaging email. Instead, they would use it to blackmail Mrs. Clinton. I looked in vain for the “ha-ha,” so I decided they were serious. But the notion of blackmailing Mrs. Clinton strikes me as funnier than my line about the Chinese.
.
After all, we already know what she did and said in connection to Benghazi; we know she used a private server in violation of law and ethics; and that she and Bill were pocketing millions in bribes while she was Secretary of State. In spite of all that, seventy million Democrats are dying to vote for her in 2016. Does anyone really believe that anything the Chinese could disclose, including the alleged affair she’s long been rumored to be carrying on with Huma Abedin, vice-chairwoman of Hilly’s presidential campaign, could cool their ardor? After all, Bill Clinton was elected twice, and tales of his sexual misconduct were more than rumors.
.
♦ It’s not just the sorry state of politics that makes our society such an embarrassment. Millions of unmarried women give birth, and they’re celebrated. Moreover, the boy friends get to brag about it with no fear of financial or legal consequences. Actors, actresses, singers and athletes, go on TV and boast of their addictions to booze, drugs and sex, and they’re applauded. Bruce Jenner decides he’s a woman and the Commander-in-Chief praises his courage.
.
Worst of all, not only do most Americans now pride themselves on being non-judgmental, they’ve been taught to regard it as a virtue.
.
♦ Finally, when the University of Missouri at Kansas City sought a celebrity to headline a gala marking the opening of a women’s hall of fame, they first reached out to Hilly Clinton. But they were told it would cost them $275,000. I know that sounds like a lot of money to the university and to most of us, but you have to remember that 14 short years ago, she and Bill were flat broke, if you don’t count the $20 million in book advances.
.
Once the organizers of the gala got over their shock, they decided to invite Chelsea Clinton. For a 10-minute address, she agreed to show up for a mere $65,000. Never mind that, on a prorated basis, that still works out to $390,000-an-hour.
.
No one family -- not the Bushes, not the Kennedys, not even the Kardashians -- has more chutzpah than the Clintons. In spite of having billions in the slush fund they refer to as a Foundation, they never weary of griping about the disparity of income in America -- arguing how unfair it is that corporate CEOs make a hundred times as much as their employees . However, they see nothing out of kilter about Chelsea being paid much more for 10 minutes of her time than any of the hardworking waiters, waitresses and busboys, at the event will earn in a year.
.
     F. Scott Fitzgerald once wrote: “Let me tell you about the very rich. They are different from you and me.” If Fitzgerald had ever met the Clintons, he might have added: “They are hypocrites of the worst kind.”

TRUMP ->  WHY DOES ANTIFA NEVER ATTACK BIKERS FOR TRUMP?

President insults leftists during social media summit

The president made reference to the Antifa attack on gay Asian journalist Andy Ngo in Portland last month.

“Do you ever notice they pick on certain people?” asked Trump.

"Did you ever notice they don't come after Bikers For  Trump?"@realDonaldTrump calls out ANTIFA for the wussies that they are.

“He would tell you he’s not the toughest person physically in the world – they don’t go after Bikers For Trump, you ever notice that, they don’t go after our construction workers who love us, they don’t go after the police,” he added.

Trump went on to further insult far-leftists, joking, “They live in the basement of their mom’s home,” while asserting that they all had skinny arms.

“But they have the black masks on and they have sticks, they hit people in the face, in the head.”

“But you ever notice Antifa’s never there when we have a bikers rally….they’re never around, they’re always there when you have a single guy protesting in front of a school,” said Trump.

Trump then made reference to his administration’s move to withdraw federal funding from educational institutions that don’t allow free speech on campus.
