A nation does not have to be cruel to be tough.” The Trump administration was fiercely criticized for implementing a “zero tolerance” policy of separating illegal immigrant parents and children at the southern border. President Donald Trump has since reversed the order, but there are still a significant number of eligible children who have not been reunited with their parents... scumbag and the media don't recall their action during the 8 years of the liar-nObama Admin. - nothing.

FEC Complaint Filed Over Twitter Shadow-Ban
{ saraacarter.com } ~ Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) has filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) against Twitter in response to the apparent “Shadow-Banning” of his account... A representative from Twitter told Breitbart News, As we have said before, we do not shadow-ban. We are aware that some accounts are not automatically populated in our search box, and are shipping a change to address this,” said Twitter. “The profiles, Tweets, and discussions about these accounts do appear when you search for them.” Screenshots of Congressman Gaetz’s Twitter account surfaced this week showing the extent of the problem with his account. Gaetz told the Daily Caller “The evidence is piling up that I am being treated differently on Twitter than people on the political Left and I don’t like that because I enjoy the Twitter platform, I enjoy the engagement, I enjoy the candor. I would think that having won my election with 69 percent of the vote to serve in the Congress that the marketplace of ideas could accommodate my views.” Twitter claims its algorithms are to blame for the error and that they target behavior, not content. The explanation given by Twitter did not seem to satisfy Gaetz or his colleague Devin Nunes (R-CA) as seen by their sarcastic mockery of the explanation on Twitter later in the day...

Founded in 1984 in Birmingham, England, Islamic Relief, with branches in over 20 countries, is the largest Islamic charity in the West. It has received at least $80 million over the past ten years from Western governments and international bodies, including the United Nations. It received more than $700,000 from U.S. taxpayers during the past two years. Its officials are members of government advisory panels, while Western cabinet ministers, European royalty, and Trump administration officials speak at its events. Islamic Relief has, however, been banned in both Israel and the United Arab Emirates because of its links to terror. MEF’s June 2018 report, Islamic Relief: Charity, Extremism and Terror, confirms its ties to extremism in the West and to terrorism-linked groups in the Middle East. In a letter dated July 19, 2018, Sharif Aly, Chief Executive Officer of Islamic Relief USA (IR-USA), informed legislators that “any claims that Islamic Relief USA, Islamic Relief Worldwide, or their respective partners are affiliated with any terrorist or extremist entities are categorically and unequivocally false.” Aly then offered a series of responses to particular allegations that he claimed “refutes the erroneous allegations recently made against [IR-USA].”... by Thomas Gallatin: One of the central policy planks of Sen. commie-Bernie Sanders’s 2016 campaign platform was his “Medicare for All” plan — a plan he continues to trumpet with his newest Millennial socialist acolyte. In short, the plan would expand the current governmental insurance plan for seniors to include all Americans. As even Sanders openly argues, it’s a means of creating de facto single-payer health care. “Health care must be recognized as a right, not a privilege,” he insists. “Every man, woman, and child in our country should be able to access the health care they need regardless of their income. The only long-term solution to America’s health care crisis is a single-payer national health care program.” A free lunch is all fun and games until someone gets the bill. On Monday, the Mercatus Center at George Mason University released its study on the overall cost of Sanders’s single-payer legislation, the “Medicare for All Act (M4A).” The study found that the “M4A would place unprecedented strain on the federal budget” — to the tune of $32.6 trillion in added cost over the first 10 years of its implementation. The Associated Press noted that “after taking into account current government health care financing, the study estimated that doubling all federal individual and corporate income taxes would not fully cover the additional costs.” Yikes! Study author Charles Blahous writes, “Enacting something like ‘Medicare for All’ would be a transformative change in the size of the federal government.”
commie-Sanders was quick to push back against the study, claiming that the libertarian policy center was being bankrolled by the Koch brothers — as if that undermines the merits of its argument. “This grossly misleading and biased report is the Koch brothers’ response to the growing support in our country for a ‘Medicare for All’ program,” Sanders groused. And yet a spokesman for commie-Sanders admitted that his office has not conducted a cost analysis on the plan. Ideology trumping reality.
But the Mercatus Center’s study isn’t the only one to conclude that commie-Sanders’s plan would create astronomically high taxes to cover the federal costs. Kenneth Thorpe, a former health policy adviser in the liar-Clinton administration and current professor of health policy at Emory University, authored another study that arrived at a similar conclusion. “If you are going to go in this direction, it’s going to cost the federal government $2.5 trillion to $3 trillion a year in terms of spending,” Thorpe stated. “Even though people don’t pay premiums, the tax increases are going to be enormous. There are going to be a lot of people who’ll pay more in taxes than they save on premiums.”
As dummycrats-Democrats continue to veer hard-left, these outright socialist polices like M4A are increasingly becoming the litmus tests candidates must embrace. But dummycrats-Democrats need to be forced to address the actual cost of this socialist ideology and not simply blame the Koch brothers for math they don’t like.
