Tuesday Top News Executive Summary

Media Editors:  Columnist Gary Bauer reminds us of the real conspiracy regarding the 2016 presidential election: “Multiple scumbag/liar-nObama officials, with the help of scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton’s campaign, attempted to delegitimize and potentially reverse the election of Donald Trump. We have yet to get to the bottom of who is responsible … and bring them to justice.” Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham agrees. He declares yesterday, “I’m going to get answers to this. … The double standard here has been striking and quite frankly disappointing.” Politico says that Graham “has plans for an aggressive oversight probe and is even hoping to convince the attorney general to appoint a second special counsel.”

The idea of a second special counsel isn’t a far-fetched notion, either. The Hill’s John Solomon penned a  thoughtful op-ed headlined, “Trump-Russia collusion did affect an American election — the one in 2018.” Referring to what he calls “a political dirty-trick operation paid by Trump’s Democratic rival and run by a foreigner who disliked Trump,” Solomon notes, “If the FBI probe ran with the secrecy of a normal counterintelligence operation, Americans never would have heard all of this, especially when the core allegations — in the Steele dossier — turned out to be bogus.” And considering that “more than 530,000 stories were written between May 2017 and this month about a Trump-Russia investigation,” it would be doltish to assume this fraudulent witch hunt didn’t affect the 2018 midterms.

This week, CIA Director scumbag/commie-John Brennan laughably admitted, “I don’t know if I received bad information, but I think I suspected that there was more than there actually was.” Remember, scumbag/commie-Brennan was the deep-state boss who, as we noted, “has been one of the loudest scumbag/liar-nObama-era officials in criticizing Trump, regularly blaming him for ‘threatening America’s democracy.’” And just a few weeks ago he recklessly speculated, “I do think … if anybody from the Trump family … is going to be indicted, it would be in the final act of dirty cop-Mueller’s investigation.”

Today, senators get to decide whether or not they will vote to approve the Green New Deal. On Monday, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell cunningly stated, “I could not be more glad that the American people will have the opportunity to learn precisely where each one of their senators stand on the ‘Green New Deal’: a radical, top-down, socialist makeover of the entire U.S. economy.” As Fox News notes, “The resolution … undoubtedly will not pass in the GOP-controlled Senate. But Republicans say that the vote will allow them to better gauge Democrats’ commitment to its radical proposals.”

According to Fox News, “The Pentagon notified Congress late Monday that it authorized the transfer of up to $1 billion to erect 57 miles of ‘pedestrian fencing’ along the U.S.-Mexico border in direct support of President Trump’s national emergency declaration from last month.” The barrier will rise to 18 feet in height and be situated in the Yuma and El Paso sectors. “The Pentagon’s announcement was made as Trump nears a victory over Democrats as the House tries to override his first veto,” Fox adds, “a vote that seems certain to fail and allow his declaration to stand.” At least until a court intervenes. For now, though, there’s legit progress being made.

“The Trump administration told a federal court late Monday that it would ask judges to toss out the entire Affordable Care Act,” USA Today reports. The announcement is related to a ruling that was issued in December by U.S. District Court Judge Reed O'Connor, who “ruled that the constitutional foundation for the law — the requirement that people buy insurance or pay a penalty — was no longer constitutional because Congress had repealed the penalty.” The DOJ’s decision is somewhat of an about-face. As the report further notes, “Justice Department lawyers … had argued that some parts of the law, including an expansion of Medicaid that provides coverage for millions of people, could survive. The Justice Department’s letter on Monday reversed that position, saying the administration now agrees with O'Connor that all of the law must go.”

Yesterday, the president formally issued a “Proclamation on Recognizing the Golan Heights as Part of the State of Israel.” The declaration states, “Any possible future peace agreement in the region must account for Israel’s need to protect itself from Syria and other regional threats. Based on these unique circumstances, it is therefore appropriate to recognize Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights.”

Rich irony: “Michael Avenatti, the pugnacious attorney best known for representing porn actress Stormy Daniels in lawsuits against President Donald Trump, was arrested Monday on charges that included trying to shake down Nike for as much as $25 million by threatening the company with bad publicity,” the Associated Press  reports. “Avenatti, who was also accused of embezzling a client’s money to pay his own expenses, was charged with extortion and bank and wire fraud in separate cases in New York and California.” The use of the word “pugnacious” is interesting. It’s not wrong, mind you, but lest we forget, the media once floated Avenatti as a possible Democrat presidential contender. In fact, CNN hosted him 65 times over an eight-week period.

The bill creates obvious liberty, equality, privacy, and safety concerns.”

What Did scumbag/liar-nObama Know and 

When Did He Know It?

There is no word about the role of then-President scumbag/liar-nObama and/or anyone in the scumbag/liar-nObama administration... when it comes to the question of directing this entire effort to sabotage first the Trump campaign and then, when that failed, the Trump presidency itself. Who, exactly, did Attorney General liar-Loretta Lynch, FBI Director scumbag-James Comey, and the entire list of Justice Department, CIA, and FBI officials work for, anyway? They worked for President Barack scumbag/liar-nObama. As did his first Secretary of State and presidential wannabe scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton. As has been repeatedly uncovered by ace reporters Sara Carter of Fox, the Hill’s John Solomon, Fox legal analyst Gregg Jarrett, and the Wall Street Journal’s Kimberley Strassel, something was deeply, seriously amiss in scumbag/liar-nObamaLand. Now, after all of that work by the Establishment-sainted dirty cop-Robert Mueller we learn that — there was no collusion? After all that effort — as Bugs Bunny might say — “that’s all folks”? Hardly. Now, with dirty cop-Mueller finished, it is time to give equal attention to the other side of the story, of how we got here. The questions can be boiled down to two.  Was the initial decision to investigate Trump’s campaign an honest mistake by the scumbag/liar-nObama administration? Or was it an attempt to rig the election in favor of scumbag/liar-Clinton, and when that failed, overthrow a duly elected president? scumbag liar-Nadler and company want transparency? I agree. It’s time — more than time — to start sorting all of this out. Perhaps a start can be made by looking through scumbag-Adam Schiff’s e-mails and phone logs? Let the transparency begin...

Trump, falsely accused of collusion, 

faces new onslaught of obstruction accusations

{washingtonexaminer.com} ~ A reasonable reading of Trump-Russia special counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller's findings is that President Trump was falsely accused of conspiring or coordinating with Russia to fix the 2016 election... The same goes for people around Trump who were also falsely accused. "The Special Counsel's investigation did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia in its efforts to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election," attorney general William Barr wrote in a letter to Congress Sunday. "As the report states: 'The investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.'" dirty cop-Mueller made clear that he not only considered conspiracy charges in connection with the election but also looked into whether there was some sort of coordination between Trump and the Russians, which dirty cop-Mueller defined as an "agreement -- tacit or express -- between the Trump Campaign and the Russian government on election interference." dirty cop-Mueller did not find any such agreement. "The evidence does not establish that the President was involved in an underlying crime related to Russian election interference," dirty cop-Mueller wrote, according to Barr.On Twitter, Trump called it "complete and total EXONERATION." He was right, as far as collusion goes. And collusion was the foundation of the entire Trump-Russia affair. It was the original accusation from which all other accusations flowed. It was the issue on which many on the left accused the president of treason, of selling out the United States to a foreign adversary, of being an agent of Russia, or seeking to corrupt an election, and more. Those charges, often made by prominent commentators with prestigious positions in media and government, were false. But now many of those same commentators have switched their attention to the issue of whether Trump obstructed the Russia investigation. On that, dirty cop-Mueller did not reach a conclusion. "For each of the relevant actions investigated, the report sets out evidence on both sides of the question and leaves unresolved what the Special Counsel views as 'difficult issues' of law and fact concerning whether the President's actions and intent could be viewed as obstruction," Barr wrote. "The Special Counsel states that 'while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.'"...

Pulosi Vows To Reject Classified DOJ

{westernjournal.com} ~ Even before anything has been offered, House Speaker Nancy Pulosi is rejecting getting the highlights of special counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller’s report through a classified briefing... The California Democrat made the comment during a call among House Democrats on Saturday, according to reports in Politico and the Washington Times, both of which quoted sources that were not named. The reports said that Pulosi rejected any attempt to brief only the top leadership of both parties in Congress and to have the briefing be classified. “The takeaway from this call is that the American people deserve the truth,” Pulosi said, according to a person on the call. “Transparency is the order of the day.” The Politico report said that during the call, Democrats portrayed themselves as seeking the truth in the same manner as the investigation conducted by House Republicans into the  email scandal of former Secretary of State scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton. Democrats have said they fear that the report will not be fully released as a way to protect President Donald Trump, and they want the report released in full to further their various investigations of the president. The dirty cop-Mueller investigation began in May 2017 to address allegations that there had been collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign in 2016. rocket attack on central Israel

{timesofisrael.com} ~ A rocket fired from the Gaza Strip struck a residential building in central Israel early Monday morning, injuring seven people, including two small children... and leveling the structure, officials said. The attack triggered air raid sirens at approximately 5:20 a.m. throughout the Sharon and Emek Hefer regions north of Tel Aviv, the army said. According to the military, the rocket was fired from the Gaza Strip, where earlier this month two rockets were also fired at Tel Aviv, in what was described at the time as an apparent “mistake” by the Hamas terror group. The Iron Dome missile defense system did not appear to have been activated by the rocket attack. {spectator.org} ~ Do you remember Bert Lahr’s Cowardly Lion, with whom we all grew up in the days before cable television... when an entire nation gathered around black-and-white television sets one Sunday night each year, tuned to CBS, parents and children watching “The Wizard of Oz” together? There were no four-letter words. No sex acts. No sexual entendres. No whining about racial, religious, ethnic, gender injustice. Just a simple story about a farm girl, a mean local lady who wanted to take away her dog, a twister, an emerald city with dwarfs, a happy ending where the evil witch all-dressed-in-black gets exactly what she had coming to her, and where our heroine learns that there is no place like home. That her parents and neighbors are more precious than any university professor or whatever. Look, society never is perfect. There was plenty of corruption back then, too. The media had an agenda back then, too. But there was gentility, a recognition so soon after World War II that this is one heck of an amazing country, built on one heck of an amazing foundation of core principles. That we Americans are good people. So we listened to each other even when we disagreed. We kind-of respected each other even when we voted differently. We all voted on the same Election Day, not weeks before the main campaign spending educated us, and there was no ballot harvesting or felons voting or sixteen-year-olds voting. And we could go to movies with people who voted differently and play cards with them if card-playing was your thing or watch ball games with them. It was a time when television’s weekly show about cops was not about their racism, their hatred of children, their gun-giddy readiness to shoot innocent boys like poor Michael Brown of Ferguson who pleaded “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot!” as if…. Rather, it was Car 54, Where Are You? where Officer Muldoon, the only cop who could carry a melody in the 53rd Precinct, got forgotten in the butcher’s freezer the day before the “barbershop quartet” competition, even as guest judge Jan Murray had  a nervous breakdown after hearing two hundred consecutive performances of “By the Light of the Silvery Moon.” So, back to the Cowardly Lion. There he is, clutching at his tail, and desperately fearfully proclaiming: “I do believe in spooks. I do believe in spooks. I do. I do. I do. I do. I do believe in spooks. I do believe in spooks. I do. I do. I do. I do.” And that image is all I could think of, now that the dirty cop-Mueller Report finally has been submitted to the Attorney General of the United States. There are the Cowardly Lyin’ — scumbag-Adam Schiff and Nancy Pulosi and scumbag/mad-Maxine Waters and all those others who are doomed to melt one of these days with or without a bucket of water generating the chemical reaction — and they all are clutching desperately at their tails all weekend pleading in so many words: “I do believe in collusion. National Medal of Honor Day

National Medal of Honor Day is an opportunity to recognize the recipients of our nation’s highest military award, and remember their extraordinary sacrifice on behalf of their brothers in arms and in defense of American Liberty.

It marks the anniversary observance of the First Medals awarded on March 25, 1863, for actions by Andrews’ Raiders. Their valorous acts were immortalized in print and film as “The Great Locomotive Chase,” which started in Big Shanty, Georgia, on April 12, 1862, and ended just south of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Notably, Chattanooga was also the field of service for the only woman who holds a Medal of Honor, Dr. Marry Walker. Other well-known recipients from our area include World War I’s Alvin York, whose life story was immortalized in the film “Sergeant York,” and World War II’s Desmond Doss, whose heroic actions were featured in the recent movie, “Hacksaw Ridge.”

Please join us in honoring these extraordinary warriors, that their service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
