Here’s What Matt Whitaker Thinks Of Robert Mueller
by Saagar Enjeti
{dailycaller.com} ~ President Donald Trump fired Attorney General Jeff Sessions Wednesday afternoon and temporarily elevated his chief of staff, Matt Whitaker... Whitaker will now assume control of oversight of special counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller’s investigation, Department of Justice spokeswoman Sarah Flores confirmed Wednesday. Whitaker spoke extensively about the dirty cop-Mueller investigation prior to joining the Justice Department in June 2017 noting that “dirty cop-Mueller has come up to a red line in the Russia 2016 election-meddling investigation that he is dangerously close to crossing” with respect to investigating the president’s finances. Whitaker has also tweeted about the dirty cop-Mueller investigation in the past, appearing to disparage the investigation...  https://dailycaller.com/2018/11/07/matthew-whitaker-robert-mueller/...

Trump administration rolls back
scumbag/liar-nObamacare's birth control rule
by Kimberly Leonard
{washingtonexaminer.com} ~ The Trump administration will exempt employers from providing  insurance coverage for birth control if it conflicts with their religious or moral beliefs... scaling back a rule created under the scumbag/liar-nObama administration. The rule, released Wednesday, will take effect in 60 days and will affect between 6,400 and 127,000 women, according to the Trump administration. The religious exemption applies to any type of employer, but the moral exemption doesn't apply to publicly traded businesses or government entities. The rules received praise from Susan B. Anthony's List, an anti-abortion group that holds a moral objection to certain types of birth control. The group's president, Marjorie Dannenfelser, in a statement slammed the original rules created under the scumbag/liar-nObama administration as "repeated violations of conscience" that were "deeply contrary to the core of our nation." But the American Civil Liberties Union lashed out at the rule in a statement, saying it would allow "virtually any employer to claim a religious exemption that enables it to deny any employee insurance coverage for contraception." “This rule will make it harder for hundreds of thousands of Americans, particularly women, to get the health care coverage they need," Louise Melling, ACLU deputy legal director, said in a statement. "This rule will be used as a license to discriminate and represents a chilling return to the days when the government treated women’s sexuality, and thus contraception, as immoral, perpetuating harmful stereotypes that have long been used to discriminate against women."...  Why can't they buy it themselves.

scumbag-Shiff: Dems Will Resume the Oversight
Role Repubicans so Competely abdicated
by Susan Jones
{cnsnews.com} ~ Rep. scumbag-Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), one of President Donald Trump's most outspoken political adversaries... is expected to take control of the House intelligence committee come January, and he promises to do the oversight job that he says Republicans "so completely abdicated." scumbag-Schiff spoke to MSNBC late Tuesday night, expressing gratitude that Congress, with a Democrat majority in the House, can now be a co-equal branch of government. So I feel enormously grateful for all of those that worked so hard. And this is a big responsibility. Look, it's a big vote of confidence by the American people. And we're going to set a positive agenda going forward on just the issues you were talking about -- making sure that people can afford their health care, that if they have pre-existing conditions, they can keep their health care. That we address the needs of so many Americans who yes, are working, but not earning enough to get by. But we also intend to make sure that the oversight role that the Republicans so completely abdicated, we once again, the Congress once again undertakes and does so responsibly... Once again scumbag-Schiff is lying. Republicans did not fail, they couldn't get documents release from the FBI and Justice dept.

Jordan Says House GOP Must Prepare
to Defend Trump From Dems
by Julia Manchester
{thehill.com} ~ Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) on Wednesday said that House Republicans must prepare to defend President Trumpfrom potential investigations... launched by House Democrats, saying he doubts there will be much bipartisan effort. "I don't think so," Jordan told Hill.TV's Buck Sexton on "Rising" when asked if there would be an effort from House Democrats to reach across the aisle. "I think they're going to investigate the heck out of the first family. I think there will be impeachment proceedings. Mr. scumbag-Cummings has talked about that on the Oversight Committee. Mr. scumbag-Nadler has talked about that. He'll be the next chair of the Judiciary Committee," he continued.  "And scumbag-Adam Schiffhas said the same thing as the next chair of the Intelligence Committee, so I think it's important we stand up and defend the White House and the president, and push back on some of these things that we know are going to happen," he said. "Now that we're in the minority, that's about all what we can do is debate, but fight hard in the debate for the principals, for the things that we know the American people sent us here to do in 2016. Show them that we deserve to be back in power in 2020," Jordan said.  https://thehill.com/hilltv/rising/415474-jordan-says-house-gop-must...

House Dems to go “All-In” on Impeaching
Kavanaugh and Investigating Russia
by William A. Jacobson
{legalinsurrection.com} ~ For months Democrats and #TheResistance have been demanding impeachment not only of Trump, for supposed Russia collusion, but also Brett Kavanaugh for alleged perjury during his confirmation testimony... Now that Democrats will control the House, and the House Judiciary Committee, are Democrats serious? According to reporting by Molly Hemingway at The Federalist, Incoming Democrat Chairman: Dems Will Go ‘All-In’ On Russia, Impeach Kavanaugh For ‘Perjury’: Judiciary Committee ranking member Rep. scumbag-Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., revealed plans for House Democrats to investigate and impeach Justice Brett Kavanaugh for alleged perjury and investigate and impeach President Donald Trump for alleged treasonous collusion with Russia. In post-election chats with various callers while riding the Acela train from New York to Washington, scumbag-Nadler gave advice to a newly elected representative and discussed potential 2020 Democratic presidential nominees with another….The two discussed two routes for investigating new Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh. The first is to go after the FBI for how they handled the investigation into unsubstantiated claims he sexually assaulted women. “They didn’t even do a half-ass job,” he said. “They didn’t interview 30 witnesses who said ‘Interview me! I’ve got a lot to say!’” he said, while mimicking people waving their hands to be called on. His other plan is to go after Kavanaugh because “there’s a real indication that Kavanaugh committed perjury.” …  Again, scumbag-Nadler and Dems are wasting taxpayer money on issues that no longer an issue. He is an idiot.

So Much for the Blue Wave — GOP Expands Senate Majority
by Thomas Gallatin:  More history was made yesterday in the era of Donald Trump. As USA Today reports, this midterm election result “was the first time since the nation started directly electing senators in 1914 that a party has won control of the House without gaining seats in the Senate.” That’s right — not only did Democrats fail to gain in the Senate but they actually lost ground. Republicans picked up at least two seats and likely four or five; we’re still waiting for the final results in Arizona, Montana, and a special election in Mississippi, as well as Bill Nelson’s futile call for a recount in Florida. So what are the takeaways for Trump and Senate Republicans going forward?
First, any Democrat fever dreams of removing Trump from office are gone. He’s here to stay. We’ll see if sick-Nancy Pulosi and the House Dems are foolish enough to follow through on their impeachment threats, as doing so would only prove to be futile.
Second, Democrats’ vile attack on Justice Brett Kavanaugh proved disastrous. If Sen. Jon Tester (D) loses in Montana, then every single red state Democrat who voted against Kavanaugh will have been defeated. That is about as thorough a repudiation as it gets.
Third, with the Senate now more firmly in Republican hands, Trump will have even less trouble getting Cabinet and judicial nominees confirmed. The implications for Trump’s lasting impact on the nation’s judiciary into the future are huge, including the Supreme Court with the possibility of Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat coming open before 2020.
Fourth, Trump vs. scumbag/liar-nObama. Once again Barack scumbag/liar-nObama proved to be more of a liability than an asset to his party. In three of the most hotly contested races, (the governorships of Florida and Georgia, and Florida’s Senate seat) Trump and scumbag/liar-nObama essentially went head to head in stumping for their respective candidates — and in all three instances the Republican appears to have won. Tiana Lowe of the Washington Examiner notes, “[scumbag/liar-nObama] still suffers from fatal hubris. In a campaign speech just two days before the midterm elections, for other candidates,  scumbag/liar-nObama said ‘I’ 73 times, ‘me’ nine times, and ‘my’ seven times.” That sums up his narcissistic personality disorder.
Finally, whether they like it or not, Republicans are now the party of Trump. Both he and the Left insisted this election was a referendum about him, and his focus on and victory in the Senate only solidified his leadership.

Democrats' House Win Provides Trump a Foil
by Nate Jackson:  Get ready for subpoenas, investigations, obstruction, and maybe impeachment in 2019, as the one thing the underwhelming “blue wave” did manage to accomplish yesterday was flipping the House to Democrat control. Democrats needed to pick up 23 seats and they’ve gained at least 27. For perspective, however, scumbag/liar-Bill Clinton lost 52 House seats in 1994 and Barack scumbag/liar-nObama lost 63 House seats in 2010. By comparison then, 2018 GOP losses are what former White House Press Secretary Ari Fleischer called “in line with the historical average” and what Demo cheerleaders in the Leftmedia consider a “heartbreaking” disappointment.

In fact, despite not being on the ballot and his party losing the House, President Donald Trump might be the night’s biggest winner. Yes, likely incoming Speaker sick-Nancy Pulosi plans to push legislation antithetical to the Trump agenda — new gun laws, Demo-friendly changes to scumbag/liar-nObamaCare, expanded special protections for “LGBTQ” Americans, and legal status for “Dreamers” and no border wall — but those bills will die in the Senate, while Trump will find a willing partner for his desired infrastructure spending.
Most importantly, however, Trump does best when he has a “foil” — an enemy to run against. The #Resistance House Democrats, suffering as they do with Trump Derangement Syndrome, will fill that role perfectly. sick-Pulosi even mused recently that “subpoena power is interesting … in terms of negotiating other subjects.” She claimed Tuesday night that the midterms were about “restoring the Constitution’s checks and balances on the Trump administration,” as well as that the House’s job will be “stopping the [Senate] GOP.”
Trump didn’t wait to fire back, declaring this morning, “If the Democrats think they are going to waste Taxpayer Money investigating us at the House level, then we will likewise be forced to consider investigating them for all of the leaks of Classified Information, and much else, at the Senate level. Two can play that game!
That Trump did so little to shore up GOP prospects in the House lends credence to the idea that he’s setting up just the foil he needs for reelection.
Notably, women favored Democrats by 19 points. Democrats were strong in the suburbs with more moderate candidates, though the leadership is still moving ever more to the extreme left. And Democrat Socialist commie-Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez may remain the “new face” of the party after her landslide win. Thus, the Demo majority may be difficult to maintain in 2020 — if the GOP narrows the gap with women. Footnote: One Leftmedia list of “first” female House victors excluded Young Kim, the first Korean-American woman elected to Congress. Why? She’s a Republican.

Goodbye 2020: Clinton Ordered By Federal Judge To Submit To Questioning

(TeaParty.org) – Just when Hillary Clinton began hinting that she’s ready to run again in 2020, she has been ordered by a federal judge to submit to questioning about the use of her private email server to convey classified documents during her time as Secretary of State.

U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan made the order as part of a lawsuit from conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch.

“Court rules late today Hillary Clinton must answer more email questions — including key q’s about the setting up of her email system,” wrote Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton in a tweet following the ruling.

Breaking: Court rules late today Hillary Clinton must answer more email questions -- including key q's about the setting up of her email system. Court denied our request to unseal vid depositions of Clinton aides. Great work by Michael Bekesha!

As a statement from Judicial Watch explains, the ruling is the latest development in the group’s Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, which they began to discover why former deputy chief of staff to Mrs. Clinton, Huma Abedin, was allowed to work at the State Department while also engaged in “outside employment.”

Clinton now has 30 days to answer two key questions from a list of 25 questions composed by Judicial Watch.

The questions the judge selected are:

1) “Describe the creation of the clintonemail.com system, including who decided to create the system, the date it was decided to create the system, why it was created, who set it up, and when it became operational.”

During your October 22, 2015 appearance before the U.S. House of Representatives Select Committee on Benghazi, you testified that 90 to 95 percent of your emails “were in the State’s system” and “if they wanted to see them, they would certainly have been able to do so.” Identify the basis for this statement, including all facts on which you relied in support of the statement, how and when you became aware of these facts, and, if you were made aware of these facts by or through another person, identify the person who made you aware of these facts.

This new development is huge because it means that the two critical scandals from Clinton’s time in the State Department, her private email server and the Benghazi attacks, are facing fresh scrutiny in both the legal system and the court of public opinion.

And while Clinton likely had little chance of any run in 2020, this makes it even less likely she will stand even a shred of a chance.

We’ve have got to hope and pray that at long last, this leads to the long overdue criminal charges we’ve all been waiting to see.
