{washingtonexaminer.com} ~ Senate Republicans on Wednesday blocked a second attempt to quickly pass legislation aimed at protecting special counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller from being fired without cause by President Trump... Sens. rino-Jeff Flake, R-Ariz., Chris Coons, D-Del., and scumbag-Cory Booker, D-N.J., pushed the Senate to accept their legislation by unanimous consent. They and other senators worry that Trump could be on the verge of firing dirty cop-Mueller while he's still in the process of investigating Trump's alleged ties to Russia. The bill would codify current Justice Department rules that say a special counsel cannot be removed without good cause. But Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, blocked the move, just as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell did on Nov. 14. Without unanimous consent, the Senate needs to go through regular order, and McConnell has made it clear he won't call up the bill that way. Lee said the legislation is a breach of the separation of powers, and is thus unconstitutional. “Prosecutorial authority of the United States belongs in the Department of Justice, the Department of Justice answers to the President of the United States. It’s principal officers consistent of people appointed by the president serving at the pleasure of the president after being confirmed by the U.S. Senate,” explained Lee. He argued that rino-Flake's bill would essentially create a new branch of government that isn't answerable to the president... This shows us the rinos and liberal dems will go to any length to stop Trump.
Bongino’s Spygate: Exposing the scumbag/liar-nObama/ scumbag/liar-Clinton Deep State Criminality

{americanthinker.com} ~ Former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino’s explosive new book with D.C. McAllister, Spygate: The Attempted Sabotage of Donald J. Trump, spotlights the left’s broken trust with the American people... and the blatant criminality of  the scumbag/liar-nObama/scumbag/liar-Clinton Deep State. Since the moment Donald J. Trump and his wife Melania glided down the Trump Tower escalator into history, the Democrats and the allies in the Deep State have been committed to crushing him. For Trump, it was obvious that draining the swamp was never going to be easy because everything possible would be done to disguise and protect the illegal activities of the scumbag/liar-nObama/scumbag/liar-Clinton administration. But who thought they would go this far? Bongino has painted a highly detailed account of how the scumbag/liar-nObama administration criminalized our intelligence communities as well as other government agencies to  stop Trump, and when that didn’t work to try and bring down the president of the United States. The book relies heavily on left-leaning news outlets CNN, the Washington Post, the New York Times, Reuters, CBS News, The Hill, London-based The Guardian and numerous others. All of this is carefully footnoted in the book. In a recent speech, Bongino said, “The reason I wrote the book, is because of this whole spy scandal, this debacle, this atrocious disgrace of a scandal that happened to our president. We deliberately did not use footnotes from right-leaning resources. I used the mainstream media because anyone who tells you oh, this didn't happen, just go to the footnotes and say, did you read this article? It happened, folks. The President of the United States had the intelligence community and the law enforcement community of the United States, at the highest levels, weaponized against him.” [emphasis added]...  https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2018/11/bonginos_emspygateem_exposing_the_obamaclinton_deep_state_criminality.html

Budding West Bank Hamas Cell
Aimed for Major Bloodshed

{investigativeproject.org} ~ Israel's Shin Bet domestic intelligence agency last week announced that it had foiled an extraordinarily dangerous secret terrorist network that Hamas was building in the West Bank... The network was unusually alarming due to the scope of damage it sought to cause. Hamas wanted to launch bomb attacks on Israeli cities, targeting shopping centers, hotels, restaurants, trains, and buses. The scope of damage being planned by the cell exceeded the potential harm that previous Hamas cells had plotted in recent years, Shin Bet found. The attacks were to have started in early October, but Shin Bet stepped in before then. In addition, Hamas planned use the cell to strike crowded targets in Israel in conjunction with one of the recent escalations in violence between Gazan terrorist factions and Israel. This would have created a two front challenge for Israel, dramatically escalating the situation, and could have contributed to Hamas's goal of gaining a 'victory picture' during one of those escalations...

{washingtontimes.com} ~ She’s not a senator, but Cynthia Nance plays an enormous role in shaping the debate over some of President Trump’s judicial picks... Ms. Nance, former dean of the University of Arkansas School of Law, handles the American Bar Association’s judicial ratings for nominees to federal courts in North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri and Arkansas, which make up the federal 8th Circuit. The ABA’s role is one the more opaque parts of the process, but Republicans are pushing it into the light, accusing her of allowing personal bias, particularly a fealty to abortion rights, to color her ratings. The ABA recently rated Jonathan Kobes, a Trump pick to sit on the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, “not qualified,” saying he didn’t have a long enough record of legal writings. And a year earlier, Ms. Nance led the ABA review committee that rated another Trump pick, Leonard Steven Grasz, “not qualified.” Judge Grasz would win confirmation, but not before accusing the Nance-led panel of inappropriate questions on abortion and referring to him as “you guys” — which he took as a pejorative reference to Republicans...  https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2018/nov/27/cynthia-nance-bias-colors-trump-judicial-nominees-/?utm_source=Boomtrain&utm_medium=manual&utm_campaign=20171227&utm_term=newsletter&utm_content=morning&bt_ee=Q%2B8SXakFyfqmChfD%2BgS1vfyvQZlPo3WdjRWgdpnt%2FbkysAC9WtAV9PyXMvPOZmqG&bt_ts=1543405329075

Sweden: Women Raped, Authorities Too Busy

{gatestoneinstitute.org} ~ "Sweden," stated its government in November 2015, "has a feminist government. We place gender equality at the heart of both national and international work... The overall objective of the Government's gender equality policy is equal power for women and men to shape society and their own lives. This is ultimately a question of democracy and social justice." Wait a minute. Shouldn't women living under a "feminist government" be able -- at a bare minimum -- to leave their homes without the fear of becoming victims of sexual assault 22,000 sexual crimes were reported in 2017 to the Swedish police, 7370 of them rapes, according to the Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention (Brottsförebyggande rådet, or  Brå). That number corresponds to an average of 20 reported rapes per day -- twice as many as in 2005. Those are just the reported rapes. In 2012, for instance, only 20% of all rapes were reported to the police, according to Brå. Unlike what the Swedish media has been preaching for years -- that most rapes occur in private settings and are committed against victims who know already their attacker -- the large majority of rapes are, in fact, committed in the public sphere by men who have never previously met their victim, according to Brå. Out of the 842 men sentenced for rape or attempted rape in the past five years, noted a report by Svt Nyheter (Swedish Television) 58% were foreign-born -- from the Middle East and North Africa, southern parts of Africa and other places outside of Europe...

by Robin Smith:  The U.S. senate was established by the Constitution in 1787, and the upper chamber of America’s Congress convened its first session on March 4, 1789. The purpose of this bicameral legislative branch is simple: The Senate is to represent the interests of the states in contrast to the House of Representatives, which is crafted to represent the interests of the people. Each chamber has specific, varying powers and rules to meet these different purposes.

Never mind that outdated garbage if you’re a Democrat, right? The Senate is suddenly “undemocratic” and established in an “unfair” manner, according to unsatiated Democrat operatives, whose plan to stop the Republican confirmations of judges nominated by President Donald Trump fell short on Election Day. In fact, Republicans actually picked up a couple of Senate seats thanks to Democrats’ despicable treatment of Brett Kavanaugh. As usual, because they failed to get their way, Democrats are now clamoring to change the Constitution regarding the election of senators.
For background, let’s establish what Democrats do if they lose or have a less-than-desirable outcome in an election. They claim elections are rigged and stolen (think Georgia gubernatorial race). They sue or construct some legal barrier to a legitimate election (think Florida Senate). But it didn’t start with the 2018 elections.
In October 2016, scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton declared that Trump’s hedging on whether he’d accept the presidential election results if they were close, based on his belief that Democrats work intentionally to help illegal immigrants and others without legal standing to cast ballots, was “a direct threat to our democracy.” Yet back in April of this year, Democrats filed suit against the Russian government and the Trump campaign for the alleged coordinated efforts through computer hacking and dissemination of stolen campaign information to benefit Trump. All of this despite not one piece of evidence, still, that there was any collusion between Trump and the Russians, who daily, like the Chinese, spy and seek to disrupt us.
So whether it’s bellyaching about the bipartisan political use of gerrymandering, photo ID laws, the Electoral College, or their recent losses in the Senate, Democrats are committed to their hold on raw power with obstacles such as the Constitution treated as just a formality to reinterpret. Remember, it’s supposedly a living document meant to reflect the whim of the day, not serve as the Rule of Law for our nation.
Democrats’ current cry is to change the number of senators to reflect population, more like the House. Representatives are apportioned to speak on behalf of approximately 711,000 citizens as determined by the U.S. Census.
As an example, Democrats are upset that the states of Tennessee (with its 6.7 million people) and Wyoming (population 579,000) have two elected senators while the states of New York (20 million) and California (40 million) have the same number of seats. Simply put, Democrats want their more populated states, home to the hard-Left agenda, to have greater influence over these God and gun lovers in “flyover country.
During the Constitutional Convention, James Madison spoke of the Senate as “a necessary fence” that would protect “the people against their rulers” and from “the transient impressions into which they themselves might be led.” What might be those transient impressions be?
Well, to today’s Democrats, this was constitutional claptrap originating from white male privilege to serve the colonialism sought by oppressors. Now, the GOP is refusing to open our borders, give free college education, and a basic living wage without work.
Democrats win by changing the rules to fit their agenda. Their agenda caters to the urban centers of their extreme party that is moving ever more leftward as days pass. And, ironically, as more Democrats move to those urban centers, they “lose” representation in the Senate. Thus, they’re now beginning to rumble about changing the rules again — as if the 17th Amendment didn’t already do enough damage to states’ rights.
Conservatives must guard Liberty and the Constitution that speaks of both our inalienable rights endowed by our Creator and the manner in which we have to protect them.  ~The Patriot Post
