Proof the Fake Case Against Gen. Michael Flynn
was Just Way to ‘Get’ Trump

Michael Flynn and his business partner are merely part of a plot to take down President Donald Trump... and that the U.S. Intel community fully understands that the special counsel’s work is merely a political attack and not a serious investigation. Worse, there has been a serious miscarriage of justice with both Flynn cases the General’s and his partner, Mr. Rafiekian’s whose cases have been beset with late-appearing “secret evidence” that the U.S. government has alluded to without handing over to either the court or the defendants. The proof came during the trial of Flynn’s former partner at Flynn Intel Group (FIG), Bijan Rafiekian. During the trial, the government abruptly canceled plans for Gen. Flynn — who for a time served as President Trump’s national security adviser — to testify during the trial despite an agreement with Judge Emmet Sullivan that Flynn is allowed to cooperate fully with the investigations. Federal prosecutors suddenly decided that Flynn’s testimony ordered by Judge Sullivan would not be beneficial to their case which prevented Flynn from bringing the truth to the court of law as planned. And so, on July 23, a federal jury convicted Rafiekian, Flynn’s former business partner, on a pair of foreign-agent felony charges connected to work the two did for a foreign government during the tail of President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign for president. But there was one big revelation that came out during Rafiekian’s trial. The government suddenly claimed that it has previously unreleased intel on the case. As The Federalist reported: The United States government is in possession of multiple independent pieces of information relating to the Turkish government’s efforts to influence United States policy on Turkey and Fethullah Gulen, including information relating to communications, interactions, and a relationship between Ekim Alptekin and Michael Flynn and Ekim Alptekin’s engagement of Michael Flynn because of Michael Flynn’s relationship with an ongoing presidential campaign without any reference to the defendant or FIG. Where the heck did all this come from? Why was it never released before last week? { jpost.com } ~ There was no meeting between US President Donald Trump and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani at the UN... Both Trump and Rouhani hardened their positions, especially brushing aside French President Emmanuel Macron’s compromise plan from earlier September, which had received serious consideration. Considering that the Islamic Republic blatantly attacked Saudi Arabia’s oil fields in mid-September, broke the 2015 nuclear deal three times over the course of six months and is threatening to violate the agreement more substantially in November, negotiation seems off the table – as does an escalating conflict. It may even increase the likelihood of an eventual Israeli preemptive strike on Iranian nuclear facilities. Former top International Atomic Energy Agency official Olli Heinonen told The Jerusalem Post that Iran’s November escalation could be more serious than its previous violations of the nuclear deal’s limits. If Tehran either starts enriching uranium to the 20% level or reactivates around 1,000 – or even more – IR-2m centrifuges for enriching uranium, its time line to a bomb could very quickly drop from around a year to closer to six months, as the IR-2m enriches uranium at a much faster rate than Iran’s standard IR-1. It’s true that Iran’s violations to date have been minor. Thunberg, but Fox News Caves Anyway

{ westernjournal.com } ~ In the space of 24 hours, Greta Thunberg morphed from a participant in the cause celebre of climate change or global warming, or global cooling depending on who and what you’re reading to a cause celebre of her very own... Following Thunberg’s intense speech at the United Nations on Monday, the 16-year-old got far more coverage than the climate change she spent her time decrying. Leftists lauded her passion and commitment to the cause, never bothering to question whether her emotional bombast was justified by any objective science. Conservatives, on the other hand, took two approaches to addressing Thunberg’s speech — one good and the other very, very bad. The smart conservatives attacked Thunberg’s language and runaway emotionalism. The other conservatives foolishly attacked Thunberg on a personal level. What possessed Laura Ingraham to mention “Children of the Corn” in reference to Thunberg, I’ll never know. That might go down well with the most intensely partisan followers of the climate debate, but it doubtless settled the case for many still trying to make up their minds, and they decided in favor of the side that didn’t compare a 16-year-old girl to horror movie antagonists. In other words, Ingraham’s comparison sounded uncomfortably close to the establishment media’s characterization of the Covington kids. Smack in between the conservatives attacking Thunberg’s language and ideas and the conservatives attacking her on a personal level was Michael Knowles of The Daily Wire. Knowles, make no mistake, is a smart conservative. He’s a lot smarter than I am, and in most rooms he’s almost certainly the smartest guy. Yet somehow Knowles has ended up being booted from Fox News over a single comment about Thunberg, according to The Washington Post. Guesting on Fox News’ “The Story” on Monday night, Knowles said that “the climate hysteria movement is not about science. If it were about science, it would be led by scientists rather than by politicians and a mentally ill Swedish child who is being exploited by her parents and by the international left.”....

Appearing Tuesday on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” diGenova was asked by the show’s namesake about Napolitano claiming that President Trump broke the law during his call with the president of Ukraine. “Is it a crime? You’re a former federal prosecutor,” Carlson asked. “Well, I think Judge Napolitano is a fool,” diGenova replied. “And I think what he said today is foolish.” “No, it is not a crime,” he continued. “Let me underscore emphatically that nothing that the president said on that call or what we think he said on that call constitutes a crime. And even if he had said you’re not going to get the money, it would not be a crime.” Calling attention to House Speaker liar-Nancy Pelosi’s announcement Tuesday of a formal impeachment inquiry, diGenova called the California Democrat on her “head fake.” “I was watching liar-Nancy Pelosi today as she struggled to keep her dentures in her mouth giving this statement, called this an official impeachment inquiry. It is not,” the former prosecutor told Carlson. “The only way you can have an official impeachment inquiry is by a resolution being passed on the floor of the House calling for an impeachment inquiry and authorizing an investigation. That has not occurred. What she did today was a head fake to placate the nuts on her left.” As for Napolitano’s claim, he was appearing alongside Shepard Smith when he was asked if Trump committed a crime. “The president admits that on the phone call with the president of the Ukraine he requested that the president of the Ukraine investigate his 2020 political rival, loose lips li9ar-Joe Biden,” Smith said. “Is that a crime?”....

I am currently at the United Nations representing our Country but have authorized the release tomorrow of the complete, fully declassified and unredacted transcript of my phone conversation with President Zelensky of Ukraine…..You will see it was a very friendly and totally appropriate call. No pressure and, unlike loose lips liar-Joe Biden and his son, NO quid pro quo! This is nothing more than a continuation of the Greatest and most Destructive Witch Hunt of all time! If the transcript is as the president says, it would be one of the biggest F-U’s he has ever given to his political opponents. And if he is accurate, I only wish there was a camera in scumbag-Adam Schiff’s office when he reads the transcript and learns another one of his hoaxes have failed. In an interview with Barack scumbag/liar-nObama mouthpiece Jeff Goldberg of the Atlantic, Speaker of the House liar-Nancy Pelosi said they will still full steam ahead with impeachment even if the transcript is benign. That’s because she is trying to protect loose lips liar-Joe Biden and his son from their Ukraine wrongdoing, and she addmitted that she wants to make sure Trump is not re-elected, “He can’t win, that is very serious.” And the reason for her continued push? She does not want Trump to be re-elected. Or as raised in an earlier post, this Ukrainian mess also touches upon the Steele Dossier scandal. “Nellie Ohr testified to Congress that some of the dirt she found on Trump during her 2016 election opposition research came from a Ukrainian parliament member.” It’s also amazing that the whistleblower story broke right after DOJ Inspector General Horowitz announced that he gave AG Barr a draft of his FISA abuse report. This fake whistleblower scandal is perfectly timed to be a red herring to divert the liberal media attention away from the upcoming Horowitz report. Indoctrinated Climate Strikers
Gary Bauer: Friday was the big global climate strike. You should check out how many students participated in your town by walking out of school and pushing the demands of this movement. It will give you a good indication of just how bad the indoctrination is in your local schools. According to one recent survey, 57% of American teenagers said that news about climate change has made them “afraid,” while 52% said they are “angry.” This is what the left’s propaganda has done to our kids. It has filled them with rage and anxiety.
Just to be clear, everyone is for clean air and clean water. But that’s not the demand of this movement. It is demanding a complete reordering of the American economy by using the power of big government to change what you eat, where you work, where you live, the temperature on your thermostat, what you drive (if you drive at all), and virtually everything else in your life.
Don’t take my word for it.
Saikat Chakrabarti, Rep. commie-Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s former chief of staff, recently admitted that, telling a fellow progressive, “[The] Green New Deal … wasn’t originally a climate thing at all… We really think of it as a how-do-you-change-the-entire-economy thing.” Other progressives are more honest about their intentions, insisting that “If you take climate change seriously, you do have to throw out the free-market playbook.”
I don’t blame the children who marched Friday. They have been indoctrinated with false propaganda. As Ronald Reagan used to say, “The trouble with our liberal friends is not that they’re ignorant; it’s just that they know so much that isn’t so.” The irony is that if we didn’t have the incredible miracle that is our carbon-based economy, none of these kids would be able to take and post selfies so they can show their friends and family just how morally superior they are.
And that got me thinking how educational it would be if the million-plus people employed in the energy industry went on strike because they were sick and tired of being maligned by people who know so much that isn’t so. I think the polls would quickly find more teenagers a lot more fearful and angry as the lights started going out and their cellphone batteries started dying. ~The Patriot Post
