Ahead of pivotal Senate hearing, witnesses surface to say Christine Ford

may have mistaken them for Kavanaugh

{ foxnews.com } ~ As an extraordinary series of uncorroborated, lurid last-minute allegations threatens to derail his confirmation to the Supreme Court... nominee Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Ford, the California professor accusing him of sexually assaulting her more than three decades ago, are set to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee Thursday morning. The proceedings may be upended by late-breaking developments: In a statement released Wednesday evening, Judiciary Committee Republicans revealed that on Monday, they conducted their "first interview with a man who believes he, not Judge Kavanaugh, had the encounter with Dr. Ford in 1982 that is the basis of his [sic] complaint." They conducted a second interview the next day. On Wednesday, Republicans said in the statement, they received a "more in-depth written statement from the man interviewed twice previously who believes he, not Judge Kavanuagh, had the encounter in question with Dr. Ford." GOP investigators also spoke on the phone with another man making a similar claim. Those claims, too, are a matter of dispute. On Thursday morning, Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham told “Fox & Friends” that one of those individuals is “crazy as a loon … the one that I’ve heard about, I think, is not reliable.” He did not name the individual, and the committee would not release further details about either person when reached for comment by Fox News. Border Patrol launches Operation

Blazing Sands in California desert

{ sandiegouniontribune.com } ~ Just east of border fence construction that has been visited by both the vice president and the homeland security secretary... Border Patrol launched Operation Blazing Sands last month to deter illegal border crossings and thwart human smuggling attempts. Border Patrol noticed an uptick in smuggling organization activity along a stretch of border in the southeastern-most part of the California desert, according to agent Justin Castrejon. Agents responded in mid-August with Operation Blazing Sands, a collaboration between Border Patrol’s El Centro and Yuma sectors. “This operation leverages the strengths of El Centro Sector and Yuma Sector to better target transnational criminal organizations,” said Gloria Chavez, chief of the El Centro Sector, after the operation launched. Agents apprehended 2,427 people illegally crossing that part of the border from October 2017 through July 2018, before the operation began, according to data from the sector. Fein-stein Accuses Brett Kavanaugh of Misleading the Senate

Dianne Fein-stein (D-Calif.) alleged on Wednesday that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh was not truthful with senators... earlier this month when he said he never violated grand jury secrecy laws during his time working for independent counsel Kenneth Starr. Fein-stein, the top dummycrats-Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, told Politico that she obtained a memo from the National Archives that showed Kavanaugh instructing a colleague in the Starr investigation two decades ago to call reporter Chris Ruddy about matters before the grand jury. Such an action would violate laws that prevent disclosure of grand jury information. Fein-stein claimed to Politico that the memo also conflicts with Kavanaugh's testimony earlier this month that he never broke those rules. Politico reported that Kavanaugh's request to call Ruddy related to questioning of grand jury witness Patrick Knowlton. Knowlton claimed to have seen someone in Fort Marcy Park shortly before White House lawyer Vince Foster was found dead there in an apparent suicide, which was reviewed as part of Starr's investigation...dumb-Fein-stein is fishing for straws.

{ dailycaller.com } ~ Radio and television host Mark Levin attacked the dummycrats-Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee... for their handling of the sexual misconduct allegations levied against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh on “Hannity” Wednesday night. “I’m starting to wonder about the Senate Judiciary Committee, Sean. They are either filled with perverts or totalitarians, it’s one or the other. They are gleeful, they are excited and they are salivating all over this,” Levin began. “It’s a disgusting spectacle. Now a couple other things I want to mention which is this, look at this latest example, this lady comes forward, her ex-boyfriend comes forward and Politico reports he doesn’t believe a word that she says.” “Avenatti’s back, the slip-and-fall porn lawyer. The dummycrats-Democrats embrace him and embrace the argument. Ms. Ramirez did not want to come forward. The dummycrats-Democrats staff go find her, try and drag her forward, no corroborating witnesses, her memory is suddenly HD-color clear but she’s not going to testify,” he continued. His reference to Avenatti was about one of his clients,  Julie Swetnick, who alleged that Kavanaugh took part in drugging and gang-raping women — according to an affidavit Avenatti tweeted earlier on Wednesday...

Ex-Boyfriend Of Third Kavanaugh

Accuser Filed Restraining Order Against Her

{ dailycaller.com } ~ An ex-boyfriend of Julie Swetnick, the third woman to accuse Judge Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct... filed a restraining order against her in Florida in 2001, Politico reported. “She’s not credible. Not at all,” her ex-boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, told Politico, which broke the news of the restraining order. Vinneccy filed the complaint on March 1, 2001 alleging that Swetnick, 55, threatened him after he broke up with her after a four-year relationship. Swetnick, who is being represented by Michael Avenatti, sent a declaration to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday claiming that she attended house parties in the early 1980s where she saw Kavanaugh mistreating women and spiking their drinks. She also claimed that she was gang raped at a party in 1982 where Kavanaugh was present. She did not accuse the judge of taking part in the attack, but she said she saw Kavanaugh at other parties lined up outside of a door with other boys waiting to gang rape women. Swetnick, a web designer who lives in Washington, D.C., was three grades ahead of Kavanaugh. She had graduated high school when she says the incidents took place. Kavanaugh, who denies the allegations, would have been between 15 and 18 years old...

Man Apologizes For Claiming Kavanaugh Sexually

Assaulted His Friend, Says He ‘Made A Mistake’

{ dailycaller.com } ~ A Rhode Island man who accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting his friend apologized on Wednesday and said he “made a mistake.”... The man called Rhode Island dummycrats-Democratic Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse’s office and claimed that Kavanaugh and Mark Judge, a high school friend of Kavanaugh, drunkenly sexually assaulted one of his friends, according to interview transcripts released by the Senate Judiciary Committee. A committee investigator asked Kavanaugh about the allegation during an interview on Tuesday, which he denied. The man’s name was redacted in the transcripts released to the public but the investigator quoted verbatim several outlandish anti-Trump tweets from the man’s Twitter account, allowing reporters to identify him on Twitter as “Jeffrey Catalan.”...

Good Midterm News for the GOP

by Nate Jackson:  The latest Gallup poll has some encouraging news for Republicans and a warning for dummycrats-Democrats gleefully awaiting November’s blue wave. “Forty-five percent of Americans now have a favorable view of the Republican Party, a nine-point gain from last September’s 36%. It is the party’s most positive image since it registered 47% in January 2011, shortly after taking control of the House in the 2010 midterm elections. Forty-four percent give the dummycrats-Democratic Party a favorable rating.”

             A couple of significant things are at play here. At this time last year, the GOP had just failed to repeal scumbag/liar-nObamaCare as Republicans had been promising since 2010. dummycrats-Democrats were also winning the fight over the debt ceiling and spending. Thus, Republican voters had a lower opinion of their own party. This year, Americans are reaping the benefits of the GOP economic boom fueled by lower taxes and fewer regulations. The politically interested also note that Neil Gorsuch now sits on the Supreme Court, as will Brett Kavanaugh despite the dummycrats-Democrats’ horrendous orchestrated character assassination.
               What do dummycrats-Democrats have to offer besides  Trump Derangement Syndrome?
               Meanwhile, an NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll shows that “Republican enthusiasm about the upcoming election has increased, drawing nearly even with   dummycrats-Democrats.”
               The takeaway here isn’t so much the polls themselves as who votes come Election Day (or via early voting). Midterm elections are all about turnout, and enthusiasm dictates turnout. If the GOP can stoke voter enthusiasm and keep favorability high, Republicans might not only thwart a blue wave but bring a red one akin to 2010 and 2014.
