The Politics of Hatred
by Political Editors: Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) was attacked from behind by his neighbor as he was mowing his own lawn (think about that for a minute) in Bowling Green, Kentucky, last Friday. “Senator Paul was blindsided and the victim of an assault. The assailant was arrested and it is now a matter for the police,” said Kelsey Cooper, Sen. Paul’s communications director. Paul suffered five broken ribs, including three displaced fractures. Clearly, that wasn’t very neighborly. And as details slowly emerge, it was worse than that.

The lawyer for Rene Boucher, the neighbor who attacked Paul, claims the dispute that precipitated the attack had nothing to do with politics but was over some “trivial” matter. He insisted, “Senator Paul and Dr. Boucher have been next-door neighbors for 17 years. They are also prominent members of the local medical community and worked together when they were both practicing physicians. The unfortunate occurrence of November 3rd has absolutely nothing to do with either’s politics or political agendas.” Perhaps, but it’s no secret that Paul and his neighbor are on opposite sides of the political spectrum and evidently have not spoken to each other in years.
There is an obvious reason why Boucher’s lawyer would seek to distance his client’s motivation from anything political. If it was political, then Boucher is looking at a federal rather than a state offense, and attacking a U.S. senator “on account of the performance of official duties” carries an 8 to 20 year prison term. At the very least, Boucher faces felony rather than misdemeanor charges due to the severity of the attack.
Irrespective of how this particular incident plays out, the fact that we are questioning if politics was a motive says much about the current state of our national political climate — a political climate in which congressional Republicans are targeted for assassination by a socialist. When Democrats, the mainstream media and popular culture feel entirely justified to regularly and falsely paint Republicans and conservatives as the party of racists and bigots, when liar-Hillary Clinton labels Donald Trump’s supporters a “basket of deplorables,” and when the Left sees no problem resisting and calling for the impeachment of a justly elected president simply because they don’t like him, we have a real problem. This is type of hatred is the result of one side choosing to exploit identity politics. It remains to be seen if Paul’s neighbor was indeed driven by politically fueled hatred, but there is little question that on a national level America has a dangerously growing problem with “progressive” hate.  ~The Patriot Pos

Fusion GPS Met With Veselnitskaya
Same Day, Before and After Trump Jr. Meeting
{} ~ One might find it suspicious that there were two meetings between Natalia Vseslnitskaya and Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson... on the same day as her supposedly innocent meeting with Donald Trump Jr. It’s even more suspicious that one occurred immediately before the Trump Tower set up and the other immediately thereafter. It’s not hard to visualize Veselnitskaya getting her last minute instructions from Simpson in the moments before and then being debriefed immediately following on what happened and their plans for hiding their connection and next moves. After all, they had to speak face to face, to prevent there from being a surveillance record that could haunt them in the future. According to Fox News reports, Simpson and Veselnitskaya met on that same June 9th of 2016, both before and after the Donald Trump Jr. meeting. Maybe someone would have asked Simpson about it, but he sought refuge from his crimes and the truth by pleading the Fifth Amendment and refused to answer any of Congress’ questions...
FBI Scrambles To Preserve
Records In liar-Clinton ‘Uranium One’ Scandal
by Keith Jacobs
{} ~ New FOIA documents are showing proof that the FBI was investigating the “Uranium One” scandal back in 2015... Now, internet sleuths are doing the job of the mainstream media, and have discovered liar-Hillary Clinton’s IT guy trying to strip the former presidential candidate’s name from emails – and that isn’t all. Months after the Peter Schweizer book liar-Clinton Cash exposed the Russian collusion scheme, along with an article in the New York Times which laid out allegations of criminal malfeasance by the liar-Clintons, their charitable foundation, and several associates, new FOIA documents are shedding light on the scandal being ignored by the mainstream media. Twitter user Katica (@GOPPollAnalyst) – who notably discovered liar-Hillary Clinton’s IT guy “Stonetear” asking Reddit users how to strip liar-Clinton’s name from archived emails – discovered several Preservation and Records requests sent by an FBI special agent to various agencies involved in the approval of the Uranium One deal on August 28th, 2015, as first published by The Conservative Treehouse. Katica found the requests buried in an FBI file released via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)...
Carter Page’s House Testimony
Provides New Insight Into The Steele Dossier
{} ~ Some of what former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page disclosed in testimony to the House Intelligence Committee last week matches up loosely with allegations... made in the infamous Steele dossier, according to a transcript of his interview released on Monday. In particular, Page’s statements about a trip he made to Moscow in July 2016 included details that are laid out in the dirty document, which was financed by the liar-Clinton campaign and DNC and authored by former British spy Christopher Steele. In his closed-door interview last Thursday, Page vehemently denied the most serious allegations made against him in the dossier, such as that he was the Trump campaign liaison to the Kremlin for the alleged collusion scheme...
The Trump Administration is Holding
an American Citizen Without Charge or Trial
by Derrick Broze
{} ~ The American Civil Liberties Union is fighting to represent an American man who has been accused of fighting alongside the Islamic State in Syria... The U.S military has been detaining the American citizen at a secret prison in Iraq without access to a lawyer or even releasing his name to the public. He has been labeled an “enemy combatant” by the Trump administration despite a lack of evidence to brings charges against the man. The Washington Post recently revealed that the man was captured in Syria on September 12. He reportedly surrendered to a rebel group in Syria before being give to the U.S. military. According toThe Washington Post, as told by anonymous “officials familiar with the case,” the Justice Department does not believe they have enough evidence to bring charges against him. However, if the military does not charge him they will face legal challenges. The ACLU is attempting to lead the way, but the organization is facing heavy push-back from the military...I say he has no rights at all.
Hannity Reveals New Details On
Uranium One Scandal After ‘Tick-Tock’ Message

by Rusty
{} ~ bEarlier this week, Fox News host Sean Hannity sent out a cryptic tweet, telling his followers “Tick Tock. Stay tuned.” The messaged sparked speculation as to what new bombshell would be dropped and upon whom... Our own authors speculated that the message might involve an update on the Uranium One scandal, a scandal involving the 2010 approval of the sale of a Canadian mining company to Russia’s Rosatom nuclear company. The deal gave Russia control of a significant portion of the uranium supply in the United States. It was a deal that legal analyst and Fox News attorney Gregg Jarrett said “somebody’s got to go to jail” over...
Trump Is Already Leaving His Mark on the Courts
by Todd Johnson:  While most of the mainstream media establishment continues to be fixated on tracking down the latest bit of minutiae pertaining to Special Counselor Robert Mueller’s Russian investigation, there is a momentous story happening in Washington, DC, that has all but been ignored by the fourth estate. As tomorrow marks one year since Donald Trump’s surprise election victory, it makes for a good opportunity to point it out.

Last week, the Republican-controlled Senate successfully confirmed four of President Trump’s circuit court of appeals nominees, bringing their total to eight circuit court judges being approved this year. That number represents a 4.5% turnover of the 179 total appeals court judgeships available. More impressively, Trump has now tied President Ronald Reagan’s accomplishment of placing eight judges on the appeals courts in the first year of an administration.
Perhaps contrary to popular belief, this track record of success has been primarily due to the dynamic partnership between the Trump White House and the Senate leadership — specifically Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley. While the president deserves some criticism for his inability to fill executive branch jobs more quickly, his success with judicial candidates is laudable.
When he entered office in January, Trump had about twice as many lower court vacancies as his predecessor. His ability to work with McConnell and the rest of the Republican Senate has afforded him the opportunity to really leave an imprint on the American judicial system and create a legacy that will long outlast his time in Washington.
Arguably more impressive than Trump’s work with the GOP is his administration’s work with the Democrat Party. According to Trump’s adviser on Supreme Court and judicial nominations, “This is an administration that has taken extraordinary lengths to consult with Democrat senators, more than I remember in my professional life than with any other Republican or Democratic administration.” Trump’s willingness to work with both sides of the aisle exemplifies political growth and shows a man who is adapting to the political challenges of working with members of Congress.
Contrary to the popular media narrative surrounding the Beltway, Trump has nominated excellent candidates for the judicial openings and Senate Republicans have done the heavy lifting needed to get qualified candidates through the arduous nominating process.
And they will have plenty more chances to put more conservative judges on the bench. Another 23 appeals court judgeships are currently vacant or will be vacated in the near future, which gives Trump the opportunity to overhaul some 17% of the circuit court positions. In addition to those openings, he also needs to nominate another 130 people for open slots at other courts, with the vast majority of them being at the federal district court level.
The only way that progress on these nominations will be stopped is if Democrats decide to invoke the cloture rule on nominations going forward. Cloture used to be a rarely used parliamentary procedure by which the Senate would vote to place a time limit on consideration of a bill or other measure. Now it’s often used by the minority party in the Senate to drag out the process for judicial nominees. Democrats this year alone have utilized the tactic to delay 12 of 13 judicial nominees. Only time will tell if they will continue to obstruct Trump’s ability to fill vacancies.
That’s why it is imperative that the Republicans in the Senate stay united and patient. No Republican has voted against any of the judicial nominees so far and they need to continue that perfect track record if they want to positively impact the nation long after they leave office.

Rush Limbaugh Explains How Robert Mueller
Will Attempt To Financially Destroy President Trump

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has crossed President Trump’s “red line” after issuing a subpoena for documents related to the Trump Organization’s business dealings with Russia.

New York Times reports:

The special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, has subpoenaed the Trump Organization to turn over documents, including some related to Russia, according to two people briefed on the matter. The order is the first known time that the special counsel demanded documents directly related to President Trump’s businesses, bringing the investigation closer to the president. […] The Trump Organization has said that it never had real estate holdings in Russia, but witnesses recently interviewed by Mr. Mueller have been asked about a possible real estate deal in Moscow. In 2015, a longtime business associate of Mr. Trump’s emailed Mr. Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen at his Trump Organization account claiming he had ties to President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia and said that building a Trump Tower in Moscow would help Mr. Trump’s presidential campaign.

Radio host Rush Limbaugh theorized on his program Friday that one of Mueller’s true objectives is to financially destroy President Trump.

Partial transcript via Breitbart News:

And these requests, the subpoena for documents from the Trump Organization, I ask you again, what has that to do with the campaign and with collusion and with the Russians? They’ve already been looking into Trump business in Russia with the Miss, what is it, USA, whatever his pageant is.

Do you all remember during the early days of the campaign there was news that Trump, in a tax return something like 20 years ago, took a $900 million deduction that was granted and survived an audit by the IRS? Now, I forget the details. It had to do with losses that he had incurred in that year in building things. It was around 900 or $920 million deduction. I’ll never forget when it was reported because most people will never come close to ever having that in a lifetime, and to have a guy personally write that much off?

Anyway, I think Mueller wants that $920 million back. I think Mueller wants to prove that that was a faulty deduction. I think that they want to go back, they want to get Trump’s tax returns because they want to nullify that $900 million deduction, and then they want to collect 20 years of interest and penalties and wipe Trump out.

In the meantime, President Trump’s lawyers are in the process of negotiating with special counsel Robert Mueller to bring the Russia probe to an end, reports Rebecca Ballhaus and Peter Nicholas of the Wall Street Journal.

Mueller’s tentacles continue to reach further and further.

CNN reported that investigators are attempting to determine whether former Blackwater chief Erik Prince misled the  House Intelligence Committee about a meeting he had in Seychelles in January of 2017.

Prince is accused of using the meeting as an opportunity to establish a secret back channel with Russia.

Fox News’ Catherine Herridge spoke with one of President Trump’s personal lawyers about the new subpoena request by Special Counsel Mueller.

According to Herridge, Trump’s lawyer was unaware of the subpoena and said it may be a ‘wrap up’ subpoena or ‘clean up’ subpoena which may signal the end of the investigation.
