Tax Exempt

What if tax payers, the people who shoulder the burden, joined together this year and filed exempt on federal tax? Would this be enough to get the attention required to make the changes needed? Could it work? Would we all go to jail? Has it been done before? This is the only thing, other than our vote, that has a direct impact.

  • Give you credit for using your head but the IRS won't throw us all in jail.  They will hire more temps and investigate.  Those found not qualified for exempt will be given X amount of days to file or the IRS will file for you if you are paid by paycheck and you won't get all the maximum deductions.   If you are are business owner  you face a big time audit and they can seize your businessand assests. Then if you owe they want a big time payment arrangement or they will garnish, then lein, then levy.  I refused to file for years on Unconstitutional grounds and the Cryer case (google attorney Tommie Cryer out of Shreveport Louisiana)  because I know I had to owe big time. They filed for me.  Charged me 500 a year to do it.  Placed a lien and I have nothing to levy or they would have done that too. I have whittled the bill down to around 15 k.  Never agree to an official payment arrangement if you default by one day it is void and more fees are added.  I had to alter my lifestyle and be careful of what can be traced.  Every time you use your Social Security number the IRS can track the activity.
