Mark Alexander: In the third and final confrontation between Donald Trump and liar-Hillary Clinton, despite her polished "robo-call" rebuttals and his rambling remarks, this was Trump's best performance — and he got the last word in with spontaneous closing remarks that were uncharacteristically cogent.
Despite Trump's abysmal performance in the first debate, and improved performance in the second debate, he demonstrated in the third debate, despite never having held elective office, that he learns from experience.
This was Trump's best performance, despite the mass media hysterics at his hedge regarding the results of this election. (More on that below.)
liar-Clinton directed many of her answers to her largest and most dependable constituency — female voters, majorities of whom handed back to back victories to Bill liar-Clinton in 1992 and 1996, and Barack nObama in 2008 and 2012. As I noted yesterday in "Democrats Grope the Gender Gap, duping female voters is liar-Clinton's best assurance of victory in 2016.
To that end, liar-Clinton is doing a masterful job deceiving her female base, diverting attention from her profound ineptitude by rolling out "Trump accusers," which she and her media will continue to do until all ballots have been cast. Oh, the faux indignation!
For his part, moderator Chris Wallace provided the most objective Q&A of the three debates.
However, while he pressed Trump on his lewd record in reference to women, he totally failed to press liar-Clinton on the most controversial issue she faces in this election — her illegal concealment and destruction of communications while secretary of state, and the WikiLeaks release of some of those communications indicating her deceptions and duplicity. (More on that below.)
Here are the most important takeaways from this debate.
.
On the Supreme Court:.

The first question of the evening was the most important.

Wallace: "The next president will almost certainly have at least one appointment and likely or possibly two or three appointments, which means that you will in effect determine the balance of the [Supreme] Court for what could be the next quarter century. First of all, where do you want to see the Court take the country? And secondly, what's your view on how the Constitution should be interpreted? Do the Founders' words mean what they say or is it a living document to be applied flexibly, according to changing circumstances?"
liar-Clinton responded, "You know, I think when we talk about the Supreme Court, it really raises the central issue in this election. Namely, what kind of country are we going to be?" She went on to outline how she would appoint judges who will do her political bidding — avoiding Wallace's question, not mentioning the Constitution, and defining exactly what Thomas Jefferson called "the despotic branch," a court which defers to the rule of men rather than its constitutionally prescribed duty to uphold the Rule of Law. Such thinking would, in Jefferson's words, treat the Constitution as "a mere thing of wax in the hands of the judiciary which they may twist and shape into any form they please."
Since passage of the Judiciary Act of 1789, with a slight modification in 1990, the SCOTUS oath has read: "I ... do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God."
Trump has already released a list of his prospective nominees, all of whom are conservative constitutional constructionists. Accordingly, he replied that his nominees "will interpret the Constitution the way the Founders wanted it interpreted." He added, "I believe that's very important. I don't think we should have justices appointed that decide what they want to hear."
If you find no other reason to vote the presidential ticket in November, vote for the Supreme Court nominees who will abide by their oaths — and Rule of Law.
On the Supreme Court, Trump was right...
 .
liar-Clinton's secret off-grid communications:
.
liar-Hillary, clearly concerned about what revelations about her not-so-secret communications are yet to surface, is now pivoting (as noted by Trump) from the substance of her illegal communications to how WikiLeaks obtained them. Her strategy is, ignore the message, shoot the messenger.
Early in the debate, liar-Clinton claimed, "What is really important about WikiLeaks is that the Russian government has engaged in espionage against Americans." Trump noted, "That was a great pivot off the fact that she wants open borders."
Fact is, liar-Clinton left the door wide open for what she characterized as "espionage against Americans." And she claimed that "17 of our intelligence agencies have confirmed [the hacking was] to influence our election." No they didn't. Two government agencies, DNI and DHS, have opined that, in their assessment, the hacks "are consistent with the methods and motivations of Russian-directed efforts."
However, I hasten to add, of course Russia pulled information from liar-Clinton's unsecured illegal communication servers. Of course Russia and other U.S. adversaries are doing everything they can to gain access to information about our foreign policy — just as we are endeavoring to do by hacking their communications. Too bad Putin doesn't have a private communication server in his bedroom closet.
The point here is that liar-Clinton made stealing critical communications easy — any adolescent with some basic IT skills could have hacked liar-Clinton's closet servers. liar-Clinton thought she had successfully erased 32,000 emails from her illegal server before handing the rest over to the FBI, but now is shocked to find out her server had been hacked.
Fact is, the Russians, Chinese, Saudis and others probably were reading her off-grid communications real time.
liar-Clinton had the audacity to reference "the military and civilian intelligence professionals who are sworn to protect us." As secretary of state, she outranked those professionals, and completely disregarded her own sworn oath. And currently, one of those military professionals, a four-star general is under indictment for mishandling classified information.
On liar-Clinton's criminal communications, Trump was right...
.
On the rise of the Islamic State:
.
Trump noted, "[liar-Clinton] gave us ISIS because she and nObama created this huge vacuum, and a small group came out of that huge vacuum ... in Iraq. She gave us ISIS as sure as you are sitting there. And what happened is now ISIS is in 32 countries. Now I listen to how she's going to get rid of ISIS. She's going to get to rid of nobody."
Indeed, as I have documented well, nObama and liar-Clinton created the Islamic State by way of their ill-advised, politically motivated withdrawal from Iraq. Keeping that political promise in 2012 was also responsible for liar-Clinton's Benghazi cover up.
On liar-Clinton creating ISIL, Trump was right...
 .
On the Second Amendment:
.
In one of her biggest lies of the evening, liar-Clinton claimed, "I support the Second Amendment. I lived in Arkansas for 18 wonderful years. I represented upstate New York. I understand and respect the tradition of gun ownership."
The Second Amendment has nothing to do with "the tradition of gun ownership" and everything to do with defending the Rule of Law enshrined in our Constitution against the rise of tyranny — including the incremental emergence of tyranny over time, which at some point will reach critical mass.
liar-Clinton then pivoted to "toddlers with guns," claiming gun control legislation in DC was about protecting "toddlers from guns." The Court, she insisted, "wanted people with guns to safely store them, and the Court didn't accept that reasonable regulation." No, DC banned handguns, and for the record, more toddlers drown in five gallon buckets left unattended than are shot to death. The Heller Act has nothing to do with toddlers only to Heller having a gun.
liar-Clinton and company toss around "gun deaths" like they do "climate change," as a catch-all for their ulterior motives. For example, liar-Clinton claimed "33,000 people a year die from guns."
Actually, according to the FBI's latest data, the most comprehensive crime data nationwide, there were 13,455 murders in 2015, 9,616 committed with firearms, and 6,447 with handguns. Notably, crime is trending up under nObama. Trump was correct — despite more than 50,000 federal, state and local gun laws, the most crime-ridden communities in America have the strictest gun laws — and Democrat mayors...
Notably, almost all of those murders are thug-on-thug, gangbangers killing each other, or what my law enforcement colleagues call "self-solvers." Fact is, if you are not involved in gangs or drugs, your chances of being murdered with a gun are about as low as in Western Europe, where there are total bans on guns.
Trump reiterated his support for the Second Amendment, and on 2A, Trump was right...
 .
Trump and the election results:
.
The 24-hour mass media talking heads and headlines all led with news that Trump hedged on accepting election results — as a means of diverting attention from the substance of the debate.
Of course Trump hedged. This week, there was additional evidence of Democrat Party collusion in the registration of illegal immigrants to vote. Trump's objection to massive voter fraud and media collusion is the basis for his hedge.
Recall, if you will, that in 1960, the Democrat Party clearly "rigged the election" between Kennedy and Nixon, primarily in Chicago, giving JFK a narrow victory over Nixon. Oh, and recall the fact that Albert Gore rejected the election results in 2000 until they were finally certified and he had run out of court challenges.
On voter fraud and media collusion, Trump was right.
 .
Trump's closing statement:
.
Chris Wallace closed the evening by asking both candidates to give brief closing remarks, something that they were not prepared to do. liar-Clinton fumbled around, but Trump was on the mark:
"When I started this campaign, I started it very strongly. It's called Make America Great Again. We're going to make America great. We have a depleted military. It has to be helped. It has to be fixed. We have the greatest people on Earth in our military. We don't take care of our veterans. We take care of illegal immigrants, people that come into our country illegally better than we take care of our vets. That can't happen. Our policemen and women are disrespected. We need law and order, but we need justice too. Our inner cities are a disaster. You get shot walking to the store. They have no education. They have no jobs. I will do more for African-Americans and Latinos that she can do for 10 lifetimes. All she's done is talk to the African-Americans and to the Latinos, but [Democrats] get the vote and then ... they say, 'We'll see you in four years.' We are going to make America strong again and we are going to make America great again and it has to start now. We cannot take four more years of Barack nObama, and that's what you get when you get her."
Bottom line, liar-Clinton made several reference to Trump's "patterns," but the most significant pattern is her own prolific record of lies, her criminal enterprises and her political malfeasance.
liar-Clinton is a well-oiled slick politico, but as Trump noted, "I say the one thing you have over me is experience. But it is bad experience because what you've done has turned out badly."
Again, let me reiterate, if you find no other reason to vote the presidential ticket in November, vote for the Supreme Court nominees who will abide by their oaths — and Rule of Law.

{truthrevolt.org} ~ liar-Hillary Clinton abruptly ended a press conference aboard her plane after Wednesday night’s debate when the subject of James O’Keefe’s undercover videos came up... “I know nothing about this,” she said. “I’m not — I can’t deal with every one of his conspiracy theories but I hope you all have something to eat and something to drink on the way back to New York. Thank you!” Smiling behind her was campaign chair John Podesta, someone else who probably doesn’t want to have too many uncomfortable questions asked of him. Three minutes earlier, liar-Clinton told reporters she was happy the debates were over but lamented, “No more naps!”...  http://www.truthrevolt.org/news/hillary-abruptly-ends-press-conference-when-confronted-undercover-vids

{truthrevolt.org} ~ Acting DNC Chairwoman Donna Brazile's post-debate interview with Megyn Kelly Wednesday evening is perhaps one of the most heinous spectacles we've seen from the Left -- and that's really saying something... Kelly asked Brazile about a range of issues, including Brazile's breach of ethics in feeding the liar-Clinton camp the exact wording of a CNN town hall question; and the Project Veritas videos which exposed Brazile's DNC and liar-Clinton camp of paying Democratic operatives to incite violence at Trump rallies (which included exploiting mentally disabled people) and commit voter fraud. Brazile was combative, flustered, and quite frankly could not form a cogent sentence in response. Her only defense was to deflect and discredit the source -- so she rambled on ad nauseam about James O'Keefe, "the convicted felon" (for the record the only thing O'Keefe was arrested for was entering federal property under false pretenses), and insisted the contents of the Veritas videos were falsified. To her credit, in response to the "convicted felon" meme, Kelly asked which "convicted felon... Bob Creamer?"...  http://www.truthrevolt.org/news/donna-brazile-gets-combative-when-asked-about-feeding-clinton-town-hall-question-i-am

While Humza Yousaf (left), a member of the Scottish Parliament, Asia Bibi (shown at right

for no crime other than the crime of being a Christian.
{gatestoneinstitute.org} ~ Is Britain becoming a Nazi state? It would seem unlikely, but to listen to some of the critics of the Conservative government in recent days it would appear that we are only moments away from become a racist despotism... Last week the convener of the Scottish Parliament's Equalities and Human Rights Committee, one Christina McKelvie, pronounced that the Conservative party is displaying "some of the most right-wing reactionary politics that I've heard in my lifetime" and claimed that the Conservative party's recent conference showed what will happen in Britain "if we become bystanders and do not speak out against discrimination." She said that some recent Conservative proposals were "reminiscent of the rise of Nazism in the 1930s." Higher up the Scottish Nationalist Party food-chain, one of their MPs, Mhairi Black last week also compared the recent Conservative party conference to the Nazi party. She wrote without irony that she was vexed by its alleged "nationalism', all the more "when that "nationalism" is used as a motivation or an excuse for racist, bigoted and small minded policy." The policies of the Conservative party, she claimed, were increasingly "reminiscent of early 1930s Nazi Germany." As though to demonstrate how sparse her knowledge of that period is, she concluded her piece by citing -- as though no one could possibly have come across the quotation before -- Pastor Martin Niemoller. "First they came for the Jews."...

{familysecuritymatters.org} ~ There was initial euphoria over the news of a coalition advance against ISIS in Mosul. However, anyone who knows a little bit about tactical operations will tell you a few determined fighters in an urban setting can cause massive chaos... And what's even more dangerous is an enemy who's had months to prepare for a defense, and doesn't value life. The last time American forces experienced such savage tenacity was during the Pacific theater of combat operations during World War II...and our folks were very well trained. So, reality is already settling in over in Mosul, as reported by the Washington Post, "To defend a few miles of unremarkable road in northern Iraq, flanked by farmland, the occasional factory and flyspeck hamlets and villages, the Islamic State militants seemed to spare no effort. They loaded a Volkswagen with explosives and secreted remote-detonated bombs into the road's median strip. They burned tires and dug large tunnels in houses, to obscure their positions. They placed crude mortar launchers on the road's shoulder, pointed in the direction of any approaching force... http://www.familysecuritymatters.org/publications/detail/it-wasnt-supposed-to-end-this-way?f=must_reads

New Emails Show liar-Hillary Contacts

{familysecuritymatters.org} ~ Judicial Watch today released new State Department documents, which were uncovered by the FBI in its investigation of liar-Clinton and her use of the liar-clintonemail.com system... The emails reveal direct communications between former Secretary of State liar-Hillary Clinton and her top IT specialist, Bryan Pagliano, about liar-clintonemail.com management problems. Last week, liar-Clinton claimed under oath to Judicial Watch that she "does not recall having communications" with Pagliano relating to the email system. liar-Clinton's emails to Pagliano, who installed and maintained the liar-clintonemail.com computer system in the liar- Clinton's New York home, relate to email management problems with liar-Clinton's BlackBerry.  The FBI recovered these new emails from those not turned over by liar- Hillary Clinton. These new emails are government documents and not personal emails as liar-Hillary Clinton claims in defending her decision to not turn over 30,000 emails sent or received by her as Secretary of State. The new documents were among the nearly 15,000 liar-Clinton emails discovered by the FBI, and obtained in response to an April 8, 2016, federal court order directing the Department of State to begin producing materials for Judicial Watch in response to a September 3, 2015 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-01441)). The lawsuit was filed after State failed to comply with an August 5, 2015 FOIA request seeking information about Bryan Pagliano's involvement with liar-Clinton's email system...She has lied so many times, she is using the line 'I don't recall'.  http://www.familysecuritymatters.org/publications/detail/new-emails-show-hillary-clinton-contacts-with-bryan-pagliano-raise-new-questions-about-her-sworn-testimony?f=must_reads

{defenddemocracy.org} ~ Israel's leaders are not particularly fond of multilateral initiatives. The ones coming out of the United Nations are notorious for one-sided measures that single out Israel... and even those that articulate a vision for Middle East peace usually call for Israeli unilateral territorial concessions. But China’s One Belt One Road initiative appears to be a notable exception. This is not a peace plan. Rather, it’s an economic vision that connects China to its Muslim neighbors in Eurasia and even stretches toward the Middle East, and even to Israel. On a recent trip to China, my interlocutors told me that Jerusalem and Beijing are actively discussing joint “Belt and Road” projects. Among them is reportedly a railway project connecting Eilat to Ashdod. The proposed rail line would be a clear alternative to Egypt’s Suez Canal...

Adams, who was the Voting Section Attorney at the US Department of Justice, filed six suits in the past year against Philadelphia and Broward County, Florida where the voter rolls are corrupted. Philippines Duterte Pivots To China,

{rickwells.us} ~ On Thursday Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte made a proclamation from Beijing that will have wide ranging implications for the United States, his nation, China, Russia and the entire South China Sea... Duterte announced that the United States has lost and that he would now be pursuing closer relations with both China and Russia. What took place is a direct result of nObama’s hypocrisy and arrogance in dealing with the Philippines, characteristics of him personally and of his authoritarian globalist regime that have alienated people both inside the United States and around the globe. The intrusion of the UN and the White House elitists into the affairs of sovereign nations and the disrespect is not being tolerated by Duterte. It’s the risk one assumes by treating proud people and their leader as if they are children to be scolded for disobedience; it comes with a cost. President Duterte announced that price increase on Thursday. As nObama continues to bankrupt the US both financially and morally, aligning our forces with ISIS and flooding the nation with jihadists and dependent foreigners, Duterte is savvy enough to see that America is headed for trouble and the prudent thing to do is to make friends with those whom he sees as more worthy and stable over the long term. Most importantly, nobody likes nObama and nobody wants to be his friend...  http://rickwells.us/philippines-duterte-pivots-china-russia-separates-us/

{peggynoonan.com} ~ We are unsettled. The big thing looms and so many are still groping toward a decision. We would all like it to be over. I think of the farmer who treed a coon and then climbed up to shake it out of the branches. The coon turned out to be a wild lynx, which bit him and scratched and put up a heckuva fight. The farmer’s friends heard his screams and gathered below with guns, but no one could get a clear shot. Finally the farmer shouted: “Just shoot up here amongst us, one of us has got to get some relief.”

It will be over in a month, and you’ll know what you’ve done.

liar-Hillary Clinton is leading. Donald Trump is scrambling to regain ground.

The past week, three significant pieces of news. The first was Mr. Trump’s 3 a.m. tweet on Alicia Machado. Actually that happened a week and a half ago, but this week the thought really settled in: He’s going to do that as president. Once he tweeted crazy things a lot and then he sort of slowed and then he was sort of winning and then the mad 3 a.m. tweet told you: No, it will happen as president, only it will be more serious then. This is the week his friends, staff and supporters realized it will never stop.

The second was Bill liar-Clinton’s admission that nObamaCare is a mess, “the craziest thing in the world.” At a rally in Michigan he said “you’ve got this crazy system” in which millions more people have insurance, but “the people who are out there busting it, sometimes 60 hours a week, wind up with their premiums doubled and their coverage cut in half.” Later he tried to walk it back but you can never walk back an obvious truth. Mr. liar-Clinton grew up in Arkansas in the days when America wasn’t crazy. He was alive to the realities of those struggling to keep everything afloat. Through nObamaCare they lost out. Barack nObama sees things more abstractly: Portions of the middle class may have experienced some dislocations, but progress is never easy. Mr. liar-Clinton was speaking, knowingly or not, of the unprotected who bear the weight of the elite’s experiments.

Congratulations to him for veering into public candor. In another world what he said would be front-page news every day.

The third was the vice presidential debate. Tim Kaine has been smacked around for his performance, but not nearly enough.

His criticisms of Mr. Trump came immediately and were uniformly personal. “Donald Trump always puts himself first.” “I can’t imagine how Gov. Pence can defend the insult-driven, selfish, me-first style of Donald Trump.”

He famously and rudely interrupted both Mr. Pence and moderator Elaine Quijano. Three sentences into a Pence assertion that Mr. Trump is a successful businessman, Mr. Kaine blustered in: “And paid few taxes and lost a billion a year.” Mr. Pence brought up the liar-Clinton Foundation accepting contributions from foreign governments; Mr. Kaine cut him off: “You are Donald Trump’s apprentice.” Mr. Pence says he wants to finish his sentence; Mr Kaine: “Finish your sentence.”

“He needs to stop interrupting,” wrote a journalist on Twitter, in real time. Actually he needed to stop being a rude little rhymes-with-witch. And he needed to show he has some idea what time it is.

His strategy was clear: Block all thought, reduce everything to prefabricated one-liners. He has a weird, un-grown-up regard for the power of sarcasm. Supposedly this would all play well with the common man. No. Mr. Kaine was like the snotty midlevel manager of a box store who comes in after a fight with the wife and starts yelling that your bathroom breaks are too long.

His antics kept the debate from developing into a series of thoughts that could be understood and absorbed. This was a destructive act that kept serious policy from being seriously discussed.

He made it cheaper than it had to be.

Everyone says vice presidential debates aren’t that important, and everyone must be right, but this is how it changed the race: Now there are two Democrats to dislike, not just one. And you can imagine Mike Pence—calm, sly sometimes, occasionally evasive—as a plausible president.

The real sin in Mr. Kaine’s performance had to do with his not knowing what time it is. After the past 16 months the nation craves in its politics seriousness, sincerity, sheer normality. This is a time that most desperately demands a little class from its nonpresidential candidates. Voters need to see that not everyone in politics is a sleazy manipulator, a mere aggressor, a game player. Do our national candidates and their staffs not know what a relief it would be to see dignity and maturity? Do they not understand that the nation needs a break from the two weirdos at the top of the ticket and yearns to be inspired and reassured by the bottom? How could Mr. Kaine not know that?

We end with the debate’s redeeming feature, which surprisingly had to do with God.

Ms. Quijano noted that both candidates are Christians who have spoken of faith’s role in their lives. She asked each to speak of a time when he struggled to balance personal faith against public policy.

Mr. Kaine said he grew up in a Catholic home, was educated by Jesuits, attempts to follow the teaching of the church in his personal life. When he was running for governor he was, in accordance with his understanding of his faith, against the death penalty. But Virginia had a law on the books mandating capital punishment for particularly heinous crimes: “I had to grapple with that.” He was “attacked pretty strongly” in the campaign. He decided to tell voters he would not change his views but would uphold the law. He was elected, and allowed executions to go forward: “That was a real struggle.”

It sounded believable and even heartfelt, though his ultimate decision—do what is politically popular—was convenient.

Mr. Pence too claimed his faith “is at the very heart of who I am.” His issue was not the death penalty but abortion. He is pro-life and ran as such from the start of his career. Why? “I would tell you that for me the sanctity of life proceeds out of the belief in]that ancient principle . . . where God says, ‘Before you were formed in the womb, I knew you.’ ” He was saying God is real, and God made human life, so it is sacred: “It all for me begins with cherishing the dignity, the worth, the value of every human life.”

I rarely hear politicians, even pro-life ones, talk like that. It was startling, and lovely.

He spoke of partial-birth abortion. He knew, he said, that Mr. Kaine is personally against abortion, but “the very idea that a child that is almost born into the world could still have their lives taken from them is just anathema to me.” Mr. Kaine responded that he and Mrs. liar-Clinton support Roe v. Wade, while Mr. Pence would overturn that decision. It went round and round.

But for a moment there things got serious, even sincere. Imagine that, in 2016.
