DHS Bureaucratic Failure
It was unveiled on Monday that the Department of Homeland Security had mistakenly granted U.S. citizenship to over 800 immigrants from "special interest countries" who had been scheduled for deportation. This alarming revelation in light of this past weekend's bombings perpetrated by a naturalized citizen from Afghanistan has generated numerous questions from lawmakers as to how DHS allowed such a serious security breach to happen.
DHS Inspector General John Roth's explanation was that old paper files of fingerprint records had not yet been fully added to the digital database due to a lack of funding. Homeland Security officials had been ordered by Congress in 2012 to report how much it would cost for everything to be digitalized. DHS never commented on whether this report was given. Of the 858 individuals mistakenly granted citizenship, roughly 120 were identified by the department as worthy of being prosecuted for fraud and, to date, only two have been accepted by the Justice Department and another 26 cases have been refused. Upon learning of the DHS blunder, Republican Sen. Ben Sasse commented, "This is a picture of total incompetence. A bureaucracy that blunders so badly is one that doesn't take our national security seriously."
Hours after bombing suspect Ahmad Khan Rahami was apprehended, Donald Trump stated, "The safety and security of the homeland must be the overriding objective of our leaders when it comes to our immigration policy." Bureaucratic blunders like this further prove that Donald Trump's immigration concerns are well-founded.

A Battle of Narratives?
On Sunday, while the search for bombing suspect Ahmad Khan Rahami was unfolding, CNN had Barack nObama spokesman Josh Earnest in the studio for an interview. Earnest made a point to stress that the U.S. battle against Islamic terror was a "battle of narratives." He said, "What I am telling you is that we are, when it comes to ISIL, we are in a fight — a narrative fight with them, a narrative battle, and what ISIL wants to do is they want to project that they are an organization that is representing Islam in a fight and a war against the West and a war against the United States."
However, it appears that the real battle over narratives is not primarily between the U.S. and ISIL but between leftists and conservatives. Consider how CNN reported on Donald Trump's remarks after the bombings. A CNN headline read: "Trump Says 'Racial Profiling' Will Stop Terror." The problem is that Trump never said "racial" in his comments on the need for better vetting of immigrants. CNN simply injected the word into its coverage. Clearly, CNN wants to promote a false image of Trump being a racist.
Then there was MSNBC's Chris Hayes. He tweeted: "We're also very very lucky that the attackers tried to use explosives rather than guns." Clearly, Hayes' seeking to make some anti-gun point comes across as completely out of touch with regards to the actual issue at hand. This kind of unabashed exploitation of a horrific event in order to further some unconnected social agenda has become increasingly common for the Leftmedia. On a side note, to counter Hayes' foolish comment, it was a citizen armed with a handgun who stopped the knife-wielding attacker in Minnesota.
Back to Earnest's comments on a "battle of narratives," the Democrat leadership and specifically liar-Hillary Clinton, who was the secretary of state at the time of ISIL's rise, and current Secretary of State John hanoi-Kerry are responsible for framing this as a battle of narratives rather than what it truly is — a war against American values. To deny the radical Islamic ideological motivation for these terrorist attacks and boil them down to merely a "battle of narratives" is to deny reality.

DHS trying to rush citizenship applications
in bid to affect election, memo shows

An email obtained by Senate Republicans shows a Texas immigration office demanded volunteers to work weekends, hoping to get as many people onto the citizenship rolls as possible before the end of September — which would give them enough time to register to vote in November. Democrats and immigration groups had launched a drive to try to get eligible immigrants to become citizens in time to vote against Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump. Cash was reportedly loaded onto an unmarked Iranian cargo plane before it was flown back to Tehran. Congress was right to criticize the administration over this episode. So why should it now let the president approve the largest sale of U.S.- manufactured airplanes to Iran Air, an accomplice to mass murder in Syria? Iran Air is negotiating an agreement for the purchase of 100 aircraft from the aviation industry giant Boeing. It is also taking part in the weapons and military personnel airlift to Syria that Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, or IRGC, is coordinating on Tehran's behalf...Why not give them all they want you idiot.

What Rouhani Didn’t Say at the UN

It can be and often is completely illegal or at the very least illegitimate, that doesn’t slow them down in the least. That was the case with the Iran deal which required as 2/3 majority in Congress to ratify it, a constitutional requirement they simply sidestepped by changing the label on the treaty to something else. They did the same thing with the Paris COP21 climate hoax agreement and the Sustainable Development 2030 UN agreement. It’s also the method that nObama utilized when he and President Xi of China deposited their signed climate agreements with the UN when nObama attended the G20. The Senate must ratify treaties for them to be valid but nObama considers himself to be above either the Constitution or his co-equal partners in the legislative branch. Knowing that Congress and the American people would not approve of his plan to destroy America by green fascism, he simply declared a new power, that of self-ratifying his own treaty. He called it an executive agreement to get it concluded and intends to simply act as if it had the power of a treaty. nOBAMA FAIL: US To Increase
Troop Presence In Iraq to 6,400

{dailywire.com} ~ President nObama bragged in October 2011 that he had succeeded in fulfilling a crucial campaign promise: “As a candidate for President, I pledged to bring the war in Iraq to a responsible end… Iraqis have taken full responsibility for their country’s security.” He added, “After nearly nine years, America’s war in Iraq will be over.” Of course, as soon as America pulled out, ISIS and Iran pulled in. Today, the military requested 500 more troops be sent to Iraq to prepare a new invasion of Mosul. According to The Wall Street Journal: The new U.S. forces would increase the number of American personnel officially deployed to Iraq from 4,400 to about 4,900. The Pentagon also maintains up to 1,500 additional U.S. forces that it doesn’t acknowledge as part of its Iraq force, most at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad or on temporary assignments. The new deployment would bring the overall U.S. presence to as high as 6,400. The 500 would be in addition to roughly 400 new personnel the U.S. sent to Iraq in early September to prepare for the Mosul offensive...

The weak and ridiculous position in which we find ourselves did not happen on its own. Americans elected this band of leftist fools who have zero aptitude for dealing with terrorism. A quote from King Solomon, the wisest earthly leader to ever grace the planet comes to mind:
“As dead flies give perfume to a bad smell, so a little folly outweighs wisdom and honor. The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left. Even as fools walk along the road, they lack sense and show everyone how stupid they are.” (Ecclesiastes 10:1-3)
Thanks to those whose hearts incline “to the left,” the terrorism which was once a rarity in America can happen anytime and anywhere.
And does.
In a 12-hour span over the weekend, we saw that it is not safe to shop in a mall in Minnesota, or run a 5k in New Jersey or walk in New York City without risk of terrorism.
“Rest assured,” they tell us, “justice will be served.” Of course, they are always quick to remind us to not make assumptions. Heaven forbid we offend someone’s sensibilities.
The beautiful fragrance of the American way of life is being overtaken by the stench of dead flies resting on the laurels of political correctness.
Fox News reports ISIS claimed responsibility for the shopping mall stabbing spree saying the attacker “asked at least one victim whether they were Muslim and referenced Allah.” The group posted this public statement on AMAQ, a news agency known for speaking for ISIS: “The executor of the stabbing attacks in Minnesota yesterday was a soldier of the Islamic State and carried out the operation in response to calls to target the citizens of countries belonging to the crusader coalition.”
Apparently, this information wasn’t enough for the FBI to draw conclusions about the motive of the stabber which the Somali-American community in St. Cloud quickly identified as Dahir Adan.
According to the St. Cloud Times: “Like the police, Minnesota FBI spokesman Kyle Loven declined to say Sunday if investigators believe the attack was a terrorist act.” Nor was it enough for Police Chief William Blair Anderson who “pointedly declined to call the attacks an act of terrorism, saying the motive isn’t yet known,” reports a local paper.
Meanwhile, in New Jersey, a pipe bomb-like explosive device detonated along the route of a 5k charity race to help Marines and sailors, and in New York City, 29 people were injured when an improvised explosive device went off in a Manhattan neighborhood. Business Insider reports that after the explosion, officials later found a “pressure cooker with an apparent mobile phone attached to it and wires protruding.”
And the mayor overly obsessed with controlling what New Yorkers eat immediately called the bombing “a very serious incident.”
Later at a press conference a reporter grilled Mayor Bill de Blasio asking, “How can you say there is no link to terrorism when the Inspire magazine published instructions on how to build one of these pressure-cooker bombs, like the one used in the Boston Marathon bombing?” De Blasio dug in his heels, saying it was “a very serious incident,” and reiterating “we have a lot more work to do to be able to say what kind of motivation was behind this…”
Apparently, the mayor couldn’t get his sodium-free tongue to utter the word “terror,” proving to us just how true the Bible verse is: “Even as fools walk along the road, they lack sense and show everyone how stupid they are.”
