The rabid leftist (mainstream) media are feverishly at work trying to destroy the Trump admn. In their latest attack, they are trying to equate President Trump's firing of ACTING usag, Sally Yates, to the late President Nixon's "Saturday Night Massacre". It isn't. Nixon had his USAG fire Archibald Cox because he was investigating Nixon and wanted the tapes connected to Watergate. When the AG refused, Nixon fired the AG. That's the "Saturday Night Massacre" in a nutshell.
Lets move fwd to Electionn Day 2008 in Philadelphia. The Black Panthers were involved in a open-and-shut case of voter intimidation; not to mention a clear case for racially motivated death threats by Shabazz towards a white voter who was on line at that Philadelphia poll.
An investigation was started under then-President George W Bush. But, the moment Obama was inaugurated, and had his attack dog, Eric Holder, appointed (w/ out ANY resistence at all by the GOP, mind you), Holder got rid of everyone at the Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR); and appointing the far-left political activist Robin Ashton as the new head of the OPR.
EXCERPT: "The timing makes this appointment even more troubling than it would otherwise be. OPR is currently investigating allegations of undue political interference in the Civil Rights Division’s New Black Panther Party voter-intimidation case. OPR is supposed to be investigating claims by the trial team that supervisors improperly dismissed the case for political or racial reasons, and that political appointees instituted a policy prohibiting the enforcement of voting-rights laws against minority defendants like the New Black Panthers." 1
If anything is more similar to the "Saturday Night Massacre" it was those events under Barack Hussein Obama.
Chuck Schumer's response to President Trump's firing
of ACTress AG Sally Yates is worthy of an Oscar as he started shedding FAKE-tears and expressed his FAKE-outrage by saying how the job of the USAG is to uphold and enforce the law. Hmmm... Not only does Eric Holder's obstruction of justice into the Black Panther case shows blatant hypocrisy at the very least -- the very FACT that former USAG Loretta Lynch met w/ former pres Bill Clinton on her plane...when his wife, Hillary, was right smack-dab in the middle of her own investgation, mind you...is yet more evidence of corruption, cover up and obstruction of justice by the most powerful and influential democrats in the country.
President Donald Trump simply fired an Obama-appointed acress-USAG because she refused to either enforce Trump's Exec Order...which is not only NOT "un"constitutional - but it pretty much mirrors Obama's Order. The main difference being that Trump's Order actually has a shorter shelf life by about half.
Suck on that one, Chuck. Once again the left has NOTHING!
