Billions to Insurance Companies? Without Legal Consent?
(freedomworks.org) - Why the U.S. Treasury Department paid nearly $3 billion to our major, health insurance companies? Ways and Means Chairman, Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI), wants to know...Sadly, our Treasury officials are stonewalling their responses by referring Rep. Ryan to our Department of Justice, which claims our nObamaCare law authorized the payments. In a brief to related to a lawsuit brought by the Speaker of the House, the DOJ wrote: “The cost sharing reduction payments are being made as part of a mandatory payment program that Congress has fully appropriated.” Of course, it is easy for government lawyers to claim the nObamaCare law authorized the payments. However, and to the contrary, a year earlier nObamaCare officials didn’t believe they had the authority when they asked Congress for an appropriation. The storm, which was actually Hurricane Sandy, hit the U.S. coast near Atlantic City, New Jersey, on October 29, 2012. News reports described him as a “Zebra Killer,” and that might have left some readers confused...The “Zebra Killers” tag derived from the radio channel “Z” used by police in San Francisco. There J.C.X. Simon was part of a 1973-76 murder spree that killed 14 people and left at least seven wounded. The killers were Simon, Jessie Lee Cooks, Manuel Moore, and Larry Craig Green. As Daryl Lembke of the Los Angeles Times reported in 1976, “All are black and all are members of the Nation of Islam (Black Muslim) religion.” A witness, Anthony C. Harris, testified that the men were part the “Death Angels,” an offshoot of the Fruit of Islam, the security arm of the Nation of Islam. Senator Aims to Use Budget Process to End Operation Choke Point

(coachisright.com) - Iran’s foreign minister Javad Zarif, chief negotiator in nuclear talks with nObama’s State Department, declared victory stating that no matter how the negotiations end, Tehran has come out “the winner.” He feels confident because the simple fact of having carried out nuclear negotiations with the United States has elevated the Republic to a position of global power broker.
In a desperate effort to reach a deal with the Iranians, an interim agreement was adopted which would at once allow Iran to retain its ability to enrich uranium while permitting the Republic to stockpile that same weapons grade uranium it had just enriched! It is a deal which abandoned both United Nations Security Council resolutions and Western demands that Iran halt all uranium-enrichment activities. It is also an agreement which allows the Islamic Republic to develop nuclear weapons at its own pace, recognizes Iran’s right to develop nuclear weapons and does absolutely nothing to halt or discourage either. In the words of America’s former U.N. Secretary John Bolton “This is abject surrender by the United States.”
An attempt to prevent the surrender
With the support of 47 fellow senators, freshman Republican Sen. Tom Cotton of Arkansas wrote a letter to the leaders of Iran warning them against making a nuclear deal with the nObama Administration. Not surprisingly, it has caused an international uproar.
After all, Cotton wasn’t shy about revealing his attempts to undermine the nObama Administration’s negotiations with Iran; in fact his letter was intended to derail any deal nObama might be foolish enough to make with Iranian terrorists. In any event, an accord between Iran and the United States would expire when nObama leaves office, Cotton told the Islamist regime.
Secretary of State Hanoi John Kerry said the Republican letter was a breach of “more than two centuries of precedent,” undermines foreign policy and was factually incorrect. Mr. Hanoi Kerry seems to forget about his 1985 trip to Nicaragua to support Communist strongman Daniel Ortega in an attempt to undermine the Reagan administration’s effort to limit Soviet influence in Central America. Most likely memory loss induced by excessive use of Botox.

They started with the heroic and honorable initiative at the end of 2014 by Egypt's President, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, criticizing the ideology of Islam...He comments on how it is hostile to the whole world, and calls for a "revolution" in Islam. This was followed up by an appeal by Sheikh Ahmed al-Tayyeb of Egypt's al-Azhar University, with calls for radical reform of religious teaching, although unheroically, dishonorably and not at all believably, still trying to pin the blame on others. An Egyptian plan to combat radical Islamism is also on the agenda for the Arab summit in Sharm El Sheikh, on March 26th.
