Soros Joins the Anti-Election Integrity Crusade
For the time being, Donald Trump's Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity will cease gathering voter information pending a judicial ruling. The Electronic Privacy Information Center recently petitioned for a temporary restraining order (TRO), and a decision should be issued in short order. In the meantime, "the Commission ... sent the states a ... communication requesting the states not submit any data until this Court rules on plaintiff's TRO motion," according to a legal briefing. This is the latest development in The Resistance's attempt to foil Trump's voter fraud probe.
So what exactly is the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC)? It's anything but neutral. In fact, its tentacles are attached to a devious fascist named George Soros, whose billions of dollars go toward bankrolling various leftist grievance industries (like Black Lives Matter). Over at PoliZette, Margaret Menge reveals that EPIC, "like many others fighting to stop the release and review of voter roll data, is funded by George Soros through his Open Society Foundations." She goes on to note, "The Open Society Foundations have a $940 million budget and a staff of 1,600 with 47 offices in 42 countries." Suffice to say, every staff member is tasked with promoting the socialist and anti-American agenda of Soros.
After all, if voter fraud is non-existent, why else would leftists keep obfuscating? The Heritage Foundation's John G. Malcolm and Jason Snead make this point in The Daily Signal, where they write, "If voter fraud were as rare as the left contends, and if adequate procedures are in place to prevent it from occurring, you would think those who make this argument would be anxious to provide the data that would serve to verify their assertions. Could it be that they fear the data would refute their claims?"
The fact is, they continue, "The Heritage Foundation's Voter Fraud Database has thus far tallied 848 documented criminal convictions in voter fraud cases spanning 47 states, with new cases being uncovered every week." Yet Gov. Andrew Cuomo says, "New York refuses to perpetuate the myth voter fraud played a role in our election." It's anything but a myth. That's why Soros, like Cuomo and other cohorts, wants to keep the ugly reality of voter fraud under wraps. Let's hope the judge accepts this reality.  ~The Patriot Post

$17K Per Illegal, More Than Retired Americans
On SS – $103 Billion Wasted Could Build Wall
by Rick Wells
{rickwells.us} ~ It’s unlikely the Trump administration has cut off this illegal alien gravy train over the past seven months or we’d have heard the hysterical wailing from the left over their heartlessness in putting America first... As one of his many financial and moral assaults on the American people, Hussein liar-nObama, in his final year in office, and under a budget that expires the end of September, gave illegal alien teenagers more money per year than the average Social Security recipient, almost $3,000 more. The Washington Examiner reported that liar-nObama was seeking at the time $17,613 for every new illegal alien minor. That is $2,841 dollars more than the average Social Security retiree receives. After a lifetime of paying into the system, the average Social Security retiree receives $14,772...Why hasn't this stopped? http://rickwells.us/17k-per-illegal-retired-americans-ss-103-billio...

Will America Attack North Korea?
by Stephen Lendman
{thesleuthjournal.com} ~ War on the Korean peninsula would be catastrophic if launched. Defense Secretary Mattis said it “would be probably the worst kind of fighting in most people’s lifetimes.”... No precedent exists for trying to destroy a nation’s nuclear capability by military means. The possibility of nukes detonating on the Korean peninsula should deter any country from risking the world’s first nuclear war, assuring losers, not winners. His refusal to engage the DPRK diplomatically assures no way of resolving bilateral differences. If surgical strikes are launched, catastrophic full-scale war will likely follow...http://www.thesleuthjournal.com/will-america-attack-north-korea/

Why Germany Tolerates Iranian Cheating
by Michael Rubin
{commentarymagazine.com} ~ At both The Weekly Standard and the Jerusalem Post, the Foundation for Defense of Democracy’s Benjamin Weinthal exposes German intelligence reports that suggest that the Islamic Republic of Iran continues to work toward the goal of possessing nuclear weapons. He writes:... A report from the state of Hamburg holds that “there is no evidence of a complete about-face in Iran’s atomic polices in 2016” after the Islamic Republic signed the JCPOA deal with Western powers in 2015, aimed at restricting Tehran’s nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief. Iran sought missile carrier technology necessary for its rocket program.” The report noted that the federal prosecutor filed criminal charges against three German citizens for violations of the export economic law due to the deliveries of 51 special valves to Iranian company that can be used for the Islamic Republic’s sanctioned Arak heavy water reactor... https://www.commentarymagazine.com/foreign-policy/middle-east/iran/...

The Russians and the Democrats
by Erick Erickson
{theresurgent.com} ~ Because of leftwing outrage and media obsession, the nation has focused on whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russians to influence the American election... In the hype and hysteria, we have been distracted from an obvious issue. If, as the lioar-nObama Administration claimed, the Russians merely wanted to undermine American trust in the democratic process, would not they work both sides against each other? It is looking more and more like that may be the case. To understand the tangled details around Donald Trump, Jr.’s meeting with Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya. we first have to examine the Magnitsky Act. That act was named for Sergei Magnitsky, a Russian lawyer who exposed massive tax fraud in Russia at the government level. For that exposure, the Russian government arrested Magnitsky, tortured him, and left him to die in jail. The international outrage was overwhelming and a bipartisan group in Congress passed the Magnitsky Act...http://theresurgent.com/the-russians-and-the-democrats/

Mueller Assigns Top FBI liar-Clinton
Protector To His Anti-Trump Witch Hunt Team
by Rick Wells
{rickwells.us} ~ Robert Mueller must really be getting a kick out of rubbing America and particularly the Trump supporters’ collective noses in the dirty deeds he’s getting away with, in plain view, in broad daylight... Can it be any more obvious that he’s taunting, daring President Trump to fire him? Now Mueller, the Special Witch Hunter nominated in coordination with former FBI Director Comey has appointed a Comey co-conspirator from within the FBI to head the investigation under him into any illegal connections between the Trump campaign and the Russian government. If  they were legitimate and honest FBI agents, it might be good news, since obviously they are prone to ignoring evidence and wrapping things up in a hurry. That certainly only applies when the offender is a guilty high ranking Democrat, one the pretend ‘president,’ another high ranking Democrat, wants cut loose...I am disgusted by Mueller actions and should be removed.  http://rickwells.us/mueller-assigns-top-fbi-clinton-protector-anti-...

From ‘Lassie to ‘Game of Thrones’:
What Has Become of America?
by Minister Michael Brown
{
townhall.com} ~ America was very far from perfect in the early 1960s. In much of the nation segregation was the law of the land and women certainly had far less opportunities than men, just to mention two of society’s inequities. And I’m quite aware the first issue of Playboy, featuring Marilyn Monroe in the nude, was published in 1953. At the same time, there’s no denying that America back then was a far more innocent, family friendly country than it is today.

And so, 55 years ago, when we sat together and watched Leave It to Beaver, we didn’t say to ourselves, “How corny! There’s not a family in the nation like the Cleavers.” Instead, it was as normal to us as it was entertaining.

In a word, Americans in the late-1950s to early-1960s enjoyed watching Father Knows Best and The Andy Griffith Show. Today we enjoy watching Keeping Up with the Kardashians and Secret Diary of a Call Girl. For the record, in contrast with Bruce-Caitlyn Jenner, the patriarch of the Kardashian family, Robert Young, who played the father on Father Knows Best, was never crowned “woman of the year.”

In the late-50s to early-60s, Annette Funicello was a popular, young female star singing songs like “Pineapple Princes.” Today it’s Miley Cyrus, singing songs like “Wrecking Ball” – in the nude, riding a wrecking ball, on her music video.

Take an old show like Dennis the Menace, which aired from 1959-1963, and think of some of the things he got in trouble for. After all, he was called a “menace,” right? In the first episode, “Dennis successfully eludes a babysitter whom he has never met and sneaks out of the house and goes to a cowboy movie that his parents also go to while his friend Joey is left with the babysitter, pretending to be Dennis.” In the next episode, “Dennis and his closest friend Tommy replace a fallen street signpost but fail to notice they've put it up with the street names facing in the wrong direction.” Oh, what a menace!

Today, we would be following Dennis’s journey on reality TV, waiting for him to get out of the juvenile detention center after robbing an elderly man in broad daylight. Will Dennis ever change, or will he end up dead before his eighteenth birthday? And rather than Dennis having that old scruffy hairdo with that shock of blond locks always out of place he would be sporting a purple Mohawk, wearing earrings, an eyebrow ring, a lip ring, and adorned with tattoos galore. If you think I’m exaggerating, watch some clips from Beyond Scared Straight.

Or consider that on I Love Lucy, Lucy and her husband slept in separate beds. Could you imagine today’s version, where the show would feature partial nudity after all, it’s a family show, so there has to be some modesty, mild profanity, constant sexual innuendos, and kids who do not show the slightest respect to their parents?

Or compare Andy Griffith to Stalker or Hannibal, or compare Lawrence Welk to the annual MTV Music Awards. Or watch an old Elvis movie where he shakes his hips – that was so controversial – and compare that to the latest crotch-grabbing, bootie shaking music video those have been around for quite some time now. And be sure to compare the lyrics too!

If you’re a young person reading this and you’re not familiar with the older shows, take a few minutes to watch some of the episodes. They’re readily available on YouTube, and you’ll be amazed by what you see.

Watch an episode of Lassie, then switch over to American Horror Story, or compare West Side Story to Natural Born Killers. Then go back to The Flintstones cartoon show – remember, we would watch this together as a family – and compare it to today’s animated shows like South Park or Adult Swim. By the way, if you say, “I’d rather pass on watching these newer shows,” you won’t get an argument from me.

Recently, Matthew Walther, a national correspondent for The Week, wrote, “I used to watch Game of Thrones. Then I realized it was endangering my immortal soul.”

He came to this conclusion six-years and six-seasons late, but a recent episode jarred him into reality. “My goodness,” he thought to himself. “I've just spent an hour watching to see if a guy who raped a teenage girl at bow-and-arrow point is going to be eaten alive by the animals he has spent the last few seasons subjecting to forms of cruelty that make Michael Vick look like a PETA ambassador or beaten to death in the freezing cold by his victim's half-brother. Thank goodness the guy who set his terminally ill daughter on fire in a pyromantic oblation to a heathen god at the behest of a witch who never seems to wear any clothes is not around to prevent justice from being carried out here — the woman whose size makes her the frequent butt of bestiality-related jokes killed him just in time!”

And on and on his description goes, more lurid by the line. The contrast between this and Lassie is the contrast between America today and America when I was a boy. The question is: Can America be saved? Is there any way to recover some of the innocence we have lost? I say the answer is Yes, and I believe that there is a prescription for radical change laid out in the pages of Scripture itself.

That’s the subject of my new book Saving a Sick America: A Prescription for Moral and Cultural Transformation due out in September. You can download the first chapter of this book, from which much of this article has been adapted, for free, here. You can also watch the book trailer there as well.

Things are indeed dire, but not all hope is lost. The question is: Do we sense the urgency of the hour?

Clinton Donor And Tax Cheat Tied To Russia

“Do as we say, not as we do.”

That seems to be the slogan for Hillary Clinton and her political allies, and it’s especially apt in light of new information about one of Clinton’s largest campaign donors.

While the left is still trying to attack President Trump and his family over unproven business dealings and largely debunked connections to Russia, a new report indicates that it was Hillary Clinton’s team who were doing those exact things.

“Fox News has learned that one of the top donors to the ‘Hillary Victory Fund’ (HVF) in 2016 was a Los Angeles-based attorney who is alleged to have misused company funds to create his own $22 million real estate portfolio,” that outlet reported on Thursday.

“He has also been considered by California to be one of the state’s biggest tax cheats, and allegedly has ties to the (Russian) Kremlin,” Fox continued.

The man’s name is Edgar Sargsyan. His deep pockets greatly benefited Clinton’s campaign, with contributions of at least $250,000 to the Hillary Victory Fund in 2016.

He was also in charge of an elite fundraising dinner to benefit Clinton, where donors paid $100,000 per couple just to attend the ritzy event. But in true Clinton fashion, the money apparently went missing.

Sargsyan is now “being sued by his former company for allegedly diverting those funds to start his own real estate company,” according to Fox.

Now, people are asking hard questions about Clinton’s buddy Sargsyan, including whether his contributions were part of a pay-to-play scheme and if he had shady connections to foreign governments.

“Nobody gave to the Hillary Victory Fund out of the goodness of their heart or some generalized desire to help 33 random state parties,” pointed out attorney Dan Backer from the Committee to Defend the President.

“They did so to buy access and curry influence — something the Clintons have been selling for nearly three decades in and out of government,” he continued.

Trying to buy political influence is sadly common, especially when it comes to the Clintons. What is raising more red flags than normal, however, is the evidence that Sargsyan is no run-of-the-mill campaign donor.

“The really scary question is, what did this particular donor with this strange web of connections hope to buy for his quarter-million dollars?” Backer asked Fox News.

That web of connections is strange indeed.

The Committee to Defend the President is now alleging that SBK, a major Sargsyan-linked company “is an investment firm that is affiliated with United Arab Emirates president, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nahyan, and its international affiliate has business interests in Russia,” according to Fox.

“Among its dealings was a bid to finance $850 million for a major bridge project to connect Crimea with Russia,” the group claims.

“He worked for SBK, and SBK appears to have bid on some Crimean/Russian bridge project,” Backer said. “That’s usually an indicator of political favor and connections.”

It raises several chilling questions: Was Sargsyan paying a quarter million dollars to Clinton for political favors, and — more disturbingly — was that money actually from sources in Russia in order to smooth the way for its construction plans?

Nobody knows for sure. What is clear, however, is that there is a pattern of dirty money surrounding the Clintons, with the “Uranium One” and “Clinton Foundation” scandals just two of the most well-known examples.

“It reinforces how fast and loose the Clinton machine was when it came to ‘Hoovering up’ these megadonor checks, not just from questionable Hollywood and Wall Street elites but potentially from foreign influence peddlers using who knows what money,” Backer told Fox News.

“It reinforces the need to take a long hard look at not just the unlawful money laundering process, but the way in which they were solicited as well,” he continued. “The Clintons have never shown a great deal of concern for whomever it was cutting the checks — whether it’s foreign influence peddlers or Hollywood smut peddlers like Harvey Weinstein.”

If those claims are even partially true, then America dodged a bullet in November of 2016 — and it’s worth keeping the pile of foreign-connected Clinton scandals in mind the next time the left tries desperately to tie Donald Trump to Russia. Perhaps they should look in the mirror.

SLAVEHOLDER??

Washington Post Compares
Jeff Sessions To Slaveholder’

The Washington Post compared Attorney General Jeff Sessions to “slaveholders” after he quoted the Bible on Thursday while discussing his department’s policy of prosecuting all illegal immigrants who cross the border.

Sessions made the statement during a speech to law enforcement officers in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

WaPo ran a story entitled “Sessions cites Bible passage used to defend slavery in defense of separating immigrant families” by general assignment editor Keith McMillan and religion reporter Julie Zauzmer on Friday.

Rather than detailing the statistics Sessions cited in the speech that explain the immigration policy, the story quoted John Fea, a history professor at Messiah College in Pennsylvania.

“This is the same argument that Southern slaveholders and the advocates of a Southern way of life made,” Fea said.

Sessions spent much of the speech discussing the numbers behind current immigration policy, including separating families at the Southwest border.

“I would cite you to the Apostle Paul and his clear and wise command in Romans 13, to obey the laws of the government because God has ordained the government for his purposes,” Sessions said.

“Orderly and lawful processes are good in themselves. Consistent and fair application of the law is in itself a good and moral thing, and that protects the weak and protects the lawful.”

“The previous administration wouldn’t prosecute aliens if they came with children,” Sessions said.

“It was de-facto open borders if you came with children. The results were unsurprising. More and more illegal aliens started showing up at the border with children.”

Sessions laid out the numbers in the speech.

“In 2013, fewer than 15,000 family units were apprehended crossing our border illegally between ports of entry in dangerous areas of the country,” he said.

“Five years later, it was more than 75,000, a five-fold increase in five years. It didn’t even have to be their child that was brought, it could be anyone. You can imagine that this created a lot of danger.”

The U.S. has the “opportunity” to fix its broken immigration system now, Sessions said.

“I believe that’s it’s moral, right, just and decent that we have a lawful system of immigration,” he said. “The American people have been asking for it.”
