Propose a Constitutional Amendment - Goverment Worker Benefits

Basically something like this:

"No government worker will receive pension or health care benefits exceeding those benefits provided by the government to the American citizens they serve."

Maybe someone could word it better . . . bet Social Security and Health Care Plans would work fine if the government workers had to live with them.
