“A lawyer linked through the Council on American Islamic Relations to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood has been identified as the driving force behind the Occupy Orlando protests that have been staged in Johnson Park, according to a video report from Tom Trento of the Florida Security Council and The United West.
The report from the organization that “educates and activates freedom minded people” to strategize the propagation of the exceptionalism of Western civilization over “the totalitarian choke-hold of Shariah Islam” explains that the same attorney who represented the Islam-bent parents in the famous Rifqa Bary dispute obtained the permit for the Occupy Orlando event and was on scene giving directions.
“You’re not going to believe ... the evidence ... that links this movement with a key Muslim individual who’s associated with CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood,” Trento explains on the video. “This individual has assumed a leadership [role] if [he is] not the leader of this movement in Orlando.”
The “Muslim activist lawyer” was identified as Shayan Elahi, who was the losing counsel for the parents of Rifqa Bary in a custody dispute that developed in Florida.
Bary fled the Ohio home of her Muslim parents because she accused them of threatening her after they discovered her conversion to Christianity. She traveled as a teenager on her own to friends in Florida, where eventually she was found.
An extended court case developed because she didn’t want to return to the Muslim environment of her parents’ home, and although the courts ordered her eventually to return to Ohio, she did not return home, and ultimately gained her independence when she turned 18.
Elahi was counsel for Bary’s parents when they were seeking to have her returned home. CAIR also was integral to the parents’ strategies regarding their daughter and the various parties cooperated on the effort.
“So, here we have a Muslim attorney who collaborated with the Council on American Islamic Relations in the Rifqa Bary case, the same CAIR that is an unindicted co-conspirator [in a terror financing trial], the same CAIR that is HAMAS, the same HAMAS that was founded by the Muslim Brotherhood,” Trento’s report said.
“Hmmm ... anyone see any red flags here?”

The presence of Elahi at the events, and his signature on the permit that was issued for the gathering are not the only indications of a radical element behind the “occupations.”
Trento noted that the “Occupy Orlando” FaceBook page reads; “ ... we plan to use the revolutionary Arab Spring tactic of mass occupation to restore democracy in America.”
The group MassResistance reported that old-stream media reports on the Occupy Boston protests, “the flood of communist, anarchist, anti-Israel, and similar literature that permeates ... is simply ignored.”
The organization’s visit to the scene of the protests found “political ideology of communism, socialism and anarchism, with additions of anti-Israel, pro-Muslim, law-breaking, and other radical advocacy.
“Plus, like so many left-wing venues after a few days, the park they’ve taken over is now filthy and smells of urine.”
In Egypt and in several other countries of North Africa in recent months, uncontrolled demonstrations and protests have led to upheaval, and those factions have been blamed for the overthrow of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and other leaders friendly to the West.
Their replacements have been almost without exception those groups and organizations linked to the Muslim Brotherhood, a faction that has a worldwide Islamic caliphate as one of its goals.
WND left a message at a telephone number listed for Elahi, and a woman said she was not permitted to give out his contact information, but she would take a message. However, the call never was returned.
However, the Florida Independent was able to reach Elahi, who confirmed he was at the protests, “volunteering [his] legal services as just another proud American and a member of the movement.”
The report noted he is the affirmative action chair for the Orange County Democratic Party and he said he is a “well known Democratic activist in town who has handled many high profile cases and was an analyst for [the] Casey Anthony case, as well.”
Trento, however, reveals in his video how Elahi repeatedly tried to intimidate his crew at the Orlando protests, pointedly calling him a “bigot” and a “racist bigot.”
“Anyone think attorney Elahi, who lost the Rifqa Bary case, lost the race for a judgeship, is looking for a place to mark up his first win by co-opting an incoherent movement primarily made up of ‘hippies and anarchists’ so that he can build a political base for his Islamic goals?” Trento asked.
“We attended the ‘Occupy Orlando’ event to analyze and understand this movement, but the anger of an insecure Muslim attorney may have provided for us an important component to understand and defeat the cultural jihad of the Muslim Brotherhood, right here in beautiful, sunny Florida,” he wrote.
He said, “For those with eyes to see, ears to hear and a wee bit of cranial activity, the jury is in, the facts are known and the words ‘Arab Spring’ are synonyms for ‘Muslim Brotherhood.’ Though there is strong evidence for the Ikhwan’s involvement initiating the various revolutions in Egypt and the northern Maghreb, it is indisputable that the Brothers are exploiting the incoherent chaos in these countries and taking a leadership role either overtly or through compliant proxies to move toward a Shariah-compliant state. In the spirit of Rahm Emanuel, the Muslim Brotherhood will never lot a good crisis go to waste.”
Tom Tillison from the Florida Political Press also reported what Trento discovered: that the permit for the event was signed by Elahi.

Tillison also raised the issue of the city’s concessions for the group, noting that while the permit was supposed to be submitted three days in advance, it actually was submitted and approved for a protest within 24 hours. And the application states the time was supposed to be from 8 a.m. until 8:59 p.m. on Oct. 15, yet the group remains camped there days later.
“Does this mean that the protesters are in violation of city ordinances government the use of city owned park facilities?”
Finally, he wondered about the extended stay, since there are no restrooms on site.”

His mother Stanley Ann Dunham has been described by former classmates as a “fellow traveler.” His grandfather Stanley Armour Dunham arranged Obama’s mentorship by Communist Party member Frank Marshall Davis, originally from Chicago and the former editor of the Chicago Communist paper, the Star.
In a 1965 paper “Problems Facing Our Socialism” published in the East Africa Journal, his Muslim father, Barack Obama Sr., from whom Obama obtained his “Dreams”, attacked the economic proposals of pro-Western ‘third way” Kenyan leader Tom Mboya, siding with the communist-allied leader Oginga Odinga, father of current Kenyan prime minister Raila Odinga, who has claimed to be Obama’s cousin. The radical socialist proposals recommended by Obama, Sr. closely resemble those eventually implemented by Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe.
Obama once campaigned for the pro-Sharia, Marxist Raila Odinga, who graduated from East Germany’s Magdeburg University in 1970 on a scholarship provided by the East German government. He was a member of Parliament representing an area in western Kenya, which was the birthplace of Obama’s father. Odinga and Obama were nearly inseparable throughout his six-day stay. Prior to the Dec. 27, 2007 Kenyan presidential election, Odinga had the backing of Kenya’s Muslim community. In exchange for their support, Odinga promised the recognition of “Islam as the only true religion,” that Islamic leaders would have an “oversight role to monitor activities of ALL other religions [emphasis in original],” installation of Shariah courts in every jurisdiction, a ban on Christian preaching, replacement of the police commissioner who “allowed himself to be used by heathens and Zionists,” adoption of a women’s dress code, and bans on alcohol and pork. Within hours after the final election results were announced on December 30, 2007, an election which Odinga lost by more than 230,000 votes, violence led by Odinga supporters began. It eventually led to more than 1,500 Kenyans deaths. Many were slain by machete-armed attackers. More than 500,000 were displaced by the religious strife. Villages lay in ruin. Many of the atrocities were perpetrated by Muslims against Christians. (Washington Times)
It was Obama’s friendship with Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour and his sponsorship of Obama as a prospective Harvard law student, however, that probably helped merge Obama’s Islamic, leftist and black nationalist anti-American views.
It is likely that Obama became closely associated with al-Mansour as early as age 25. Formerly known as Donald Warden, al-Mansour, an American, was a mentor of Black Panther founders Huey Newton and Bobby Seale in the early 1960s. He changed his name after studying Islam and learning Arabic. He is well known within the black community as a lawyer, an orthodox Muslim, a black nationalist, an author, an international deal-maker, an educator, and an outspoken enemy of Israel. His writings and books are packed with anti-American rhetoric reminiscent of the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Obama’s disgraced former pastor. Al-Mansour has close ties to Saudi Arabia and is a personal advisor to Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, the world’s 19th wealthiest person. (Newsmax)
Percy Sutton, the former borough president of Manhattan and lawyer for Malcolm X, was asked by his former business partner al-Mansour to write letters of recommendation to Harvard Law School in support of Obama’s application
Sutton said:
“I was introduced to (Obama) by a friend who was raising money for him. The friend’s name is Dr. Khalid al-Mansour, from Texas. He is the principal adviser to one of the world’s richest men. He told me about Obama.”
It has never been clear, who paid for Obama’s Harvard education, but it is possible, if not likely, that the money came from Saudi Arabia.
The question remains; who is Barack Obama and what does he represent?
American politicians and senior government officials know that Obama is an illegal President, has a stolen Social Security Number and has forged his birth documents and Selective Service registration.
We still do not know who Obama is because he presented a forged birth certificate and the political establishment were derelict in their duty not vetting him and now they are complicit in a government-wide cover-up to hide both Obama’s and their own guilt.
Obama is, however, more than just a usurper and criminal. He represents the nexus of fundamentalist Islam and radical leftist ideology. He now controls the most powerful office in the world and believes that America, as the embodiment of evil in the world, must be destroyed.
One only needs to observe Barack and Michelle Obama’s behavior during the recent 9/11 ceremony to know that he is a representative of anti-American interests.
The Democrats are hopelessly corrupt and the Republican Presidential candidates deserve no respect as long as they remain silent while the country experiences, in real-time, the destruction of the Constitution and the greatest crisis since the Civil War.
The American political establishment has obviously not learned from history and we may be doomed to repeat a similar civil conflict.”

“Despite President Obama’s speech last week praising our brave men and women in uniform, the ugly truth is that our president is more comfortable cozying up with pro-terror activists than pro-military groups. In fact, Obama has a disturbing history with activists who support Hamas, Hezbollah, the Taliban, and more.
At the time I left my position in the Clinton White House I certainly couldn’t have imagined we’d elect anyone more inept than Bill Clinton. Nor could I have predicted that just seven years after we’d been attacked and gone to war, we’d elect the most radical left-wing president in our nation’s history. Few seem to have noticed, until recently, that Barack Obama is inclined to dispense with the key precepts our forefathers valued: a robust defense of American sovereignty and our national interest for one; limited government for another; fiscal prudence for a third.
Similarly, few seem to have noticed that our new president is the most radical president in American history, with views more often associated with left-wing banana republic dictators than with a president of the United States.
While many Democrats are naturally inclined to support “peace movements,” how many have embraced the support, as Obama did, of Jodie Evans of Code Pink whose group not only supports our nation’s enemies in time of war but has made it policy to besmirch our nation’s servicemen and their families to the point of holding cruel and belittling protests at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center?
Don’t know Jodie Evans? President Obama does…and you need to as well. And I carefully document their relationship in Conduct Unbecoming: How Barack Obama is Destroying the Military and Endangering Our Security.
Barack Obama’s first major event after announcing his long-shot run for the presidency in February 2007 was a Hollywood fundraiser co-hosted by Jodie Evans that elevated him into the national spotlight. Evans successfully pulled together the rich and the radical in Los Angeles and Obama was on his way to eventual election to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
But Evans is not just a skilled fundraiser with big time connections in the entertainment industry. She is a radical left-wing activist devoted to gutting our military and supporting our nation’s enemies. Since 9/11, Evans and Code Pink have set their sights squarely on the U.S. military and damaging America’s war against Islamist terrorism. They’ve been at the forefront of an anti-war effort seeking to systematically undermine the American military and bring about defeat for American troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Just a few weeks prior to her Hollywood shindig for Obama, for example, Evans and her Code Pink sisters were in Havana conspiring with Fidel Castro and his government seeking ways to pressure the Bush Administration into releasing the terrorists held at Guantanamo Bay. Evans doesn’t draw the line at snuggling up with some of the world’s vilest dictators and despots.
She’s also forged close relationships with murderous terror groups Hamas, Hezbollah, the Taliban, the Sunni insurgents in Iraq, and, the patriarch of all terror organizations, the Muslim Brotherhood.
President Barack Obama isn’t deterred however. Rather than distance himself from Evans and Code Pink, he has embraced her support. He even appointed Evans to be a key “bundler” for his campaign where she collected more than $50,000 in donations for the future president.
The Obama campaign must have been well aware of Evans’ past, because the anti-American efforts of Evans and Code Pink are legion. In February 2003, with American troops massing for the imminent invasion of Iraq, Evans’ Code “Pinkos” traveled to Baghdad to meet with Saddam Hussein’s government in an attempt to gain international support for the Iraqi dictator.
In July 2003, with American men and women fighting and dying to liberate Iraq, Evans joined the Advisory Board for the Iraq Occupation Watch (I.O.W.) who opened an office in Baghdad.. The charter of the I.O.W. was to prevent America’s efforts to oust Saddam Hussein by demoralizing the U.S. troops through encouraging widespread desertions and conjuring up false accounts of war crimes. Evans’ role model might have been her close friend Jane Fonda who visited Communist North Vietnam in 1972 and similarly encouraged American troops to desert.
Perhaps most egregiously, Evans and her associates also delivered more than $600,000 in cash and “humanitarian aid” to the insurgents fighting and killing U.S. Marines and soldiers engaged in bloody house-to-house combat in Fallujah in December 2004. Shockingly, Evans’ entourage received logistical support from elected American politicians. In order to successfully deliver aid and comfort to America’s enemy, the women of Code Pink carried letters of support and diplomatic courtesy from Democrat Senator Barbara Boxer of California and Democrat Congressman Henry Waxman of California.
Evans and Code Pink aren’t satisfied simply with undermining America and our military abroad. Some of their most vicious and unconscionable behavior occurs here at home. Since the inception of America’s military involvement in Afghanistan and Iraq, Evans’ Code Pink has routinely staged protests outside of Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. Walter Reed is the primary convalescent home for wounded soldiers returning from battle.
Positioning themselves directly in front of the hospital’s main entrance, Code Pink held signs proclaiming the injured troops were “Maimed for a Lie.” Recovering soldiers and their families were forced to walk through gauntlets lined with mock caskets and placards reading, among other things, “Enlist here to die for Halliburton.”
Obama probably didn’t have wounded soldiers in mind when in September 2008 he tapped Evans for another Hollywood fundraiser, this one a $28,500 per plate event held at the historic Greystone mansion in Beverly Hills. Two weeks after the Hollywood fundraiser, Evans traveled to New York to meet with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in New York. A few weeks after Obama’s election in November of 2008, Evans and Code pink traveled to Tehran at the personal invitation of Ahmadinejad. Evans represented a one-woman Hollywood to Obama to Ahmadinejad axis.
That same October, Evans participated in another Obama fundraiser, this one in San Francisco, which drew more than 900 attendees and netted more than $5 million. Just a few weeks before the blockbuster Bay Area fundraiser, Evans and members of Code Pink visited Afghanistan and met with members of the Taliban. Her mission: to deliver a message personally from the Taliban to the president. That occurred at the fundraiser.
In December 2009, Evans and Obama friends Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, traveled to Gaza to deliver tens of thousands of dollars in “humanitarian aid” to Palestinian activists in Hamas-controlled Gaza. According to the official Code Pink website the security for and safety of the travelers was “guaranteed” by members of Hamas. Code Pink’s mission in support of America’s enemies came with the support of official letters from Democrat Senator John Kerry of Massachusetts and Democrat Congressman Andre Carson of Indiana.
No, Evans isn’t just a money person for Obama or a sycophant, she’s an ideological soul mate and indicative of the anti-military and anti-American radicals that our president and commander-in-chief has chosen to surround himself with.”
