Revolt Builds at FBI and DOJ
FBI Director James Comey claims politics was irrelevant in the FBI's decision to exonerate liar-Hillary Clinton despite her jeopardizing national security by using unsecure email servers while secretary of state. But it's increasingly evident that most colleagues in his field disagree. In fact, sources say most people at the FBI and the Department of Justice believe politics was the determining factor, which is quietly culminating into what could become a messy revolt.
According to Fox News, "More than 100 FBI agents and analysts worked around the clock with six attorneys from the DOJ's National Security Division, Counter Espionage Section, to investigate the case." As you know, the review resulted in no charges, yet an anonymous FBI official told Fox News, "No trial level attorney agreed, no agent working the case agreed, with the decision not to prosecute — it was a top-down decision."
The source went on to say, "It is safe to say the vast majority felt she should be prosecuted. We were floored while listening to the FBI briefing because Comey laid it all out, and then said 'but we are doing nothing,' which made no sense to us. ... Basically, James Comey hijacked the DOJ's role by saying 'no reasonable prosecutor would bring this case.'... I know zero prosecutors in the DOJ's National Security Division who would not have taken the case to a grand jury." Other FBI agents have come forward as well, all of whom agree that the case reeks of deception and obfuscation.
In July a defensive Comey explained, "Opinions are irrelevant, and they were all uninformed by insight into our investigation, because we did the investigation the right way. Only facts matter, and the FBI found them here in an entirely apolitical and professional way." On the contrary, former U.S. Attorney Joe DiGenova, who has been told a similar story of utter disunity, believes a lack of professionalism is agitating an agency that's on the brink of collapse.
He told Hot Air's Larry O'Connor, "This is a big development. This means there are some great, traditional, honest people inside the FBI and DOJ who will not let this stand. They know that Comey is a dirty cop and they are disgusted. Inside the bureau I had a meeting ... with a senior former FBI agent who told me this exact story. That people are starting to talk. They're calling their former friends outside the bureau asking for help. We were asked, today, to provide legal representation for people inside the bureau and we agreed to do so. And, to former agents who want to come forward to talk."

The Social Media Thought Police
Policing thought is, unfortunately, one of the realities of social media. We've detailed the censorship and bias of Facebook, but it's hardly alone. Recently, Twitter suspended University of Tennessee law professor and blogger extraordinaire Glenn Reynolds (a.k.a. Instapundit) over a "controversial" tweet about Black Lives Matter protesters. He was restored upon appeal, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. This week, Twitter also suspended the account of conservative activist James O'Keefe. This time, it has to do with guns.
O'Keefe had just captured former Sen. Russ Feingold on camera saying, "Well, there might be an executive order" on gun control. A major liar-Hillary Clinton donor also said, "liar-Hillary wants to shut it down. If we can get guns away from everyone in this country, she'll close the loopholes, she'll get rid of assault weapons, she will get rid of being able to buy you know, unlimited bullets, she's gonna make all that stop."
Think Twitter didn't want to suppress that? Ostensibly, this is about photos or videos without the subject's consent, but O'Keefe has a habit of breaking inconvenient stories.
Meanwhile, YouTube has gotten in on the anti-conservative act. Prager University, which was created by conservative radio host Dennis Prager and offers short educational videos on a variety of topics from a Judeo-Christian perspective, has charged that Google-owned YouTube has been censoring a number of its educational videos by classifying 21 of them as "restricted." Video titles such as "Are the Police Racist?," "What ISIS Wants," "Did Bush Lie About Iraq?" and "What is the University Diversity Scam?" have landed under YouTube's "restricted mode."
YouTube will restrict videos if they contain inappropriate or objectionable adult and sexual content. In doing so, the ubiquitous video sharing website is making it particularly difficult for students to gain access to their videos as most schools prevent students from accessing restricted content.
As Facebook, Twitter and Google illustrate, social media giants are putting a finger on the scale, discriminating against conservative content.

{rickwells.us} ~ We all knew it was a lie for a variety of reasons, the claim of gold digger seat mate from the 80s, Jessica Leeds, that Donald Trump had been sexually abusive, groping her during “like an octopus” on a flight after she had been bumped up to a first class seat... Now it turns out that her claims are being disputed by a British man with a very good memory who says he recalls the incident quite well and the woman is lying. Anthony Gilberthorpe contacted the Trump camp after having seen the reports of the incident and recognizing the woman from a photo she held up. He wrote a statement for the Trump camp which was forwarded to the New York Post. It reads, “I have only met this accuser once and frankly cannot imagine why she is seeking to make out that Trump made sexual advances on her. The audit — apparently requested by Chelsea liar-Clinton, revealed by Wikileaks, and posted by the Daily Caller — was conducted by the law firm Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett. It addressed deficiencies in the liar-Clinton Foundation’s structure and oversight, including the potential for conflicts of interest due to the liar-Hillary Clinton’s role as Secretary of State. The auditors noted that “some interviewees reported conflicts of those raising funds or donors, some of whom may have an expectation of quid pro quo benefits in return for gifts.” They also flagged a potential problem in the charity’s IRS filing:...

The U.N.’s Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization, or UNESCO, moved forward with a resolution backed by a delegation of Arab nations that would effectively strip Jerusalem’s Temple Mount, the most holy place in Jewish tradition, of any connection to the Jewish people. The Temple Mount is currently home to several holy mosques, but is also considered of particular importance to the Jewish people. The area contains the Western Wall, or Kotel, one of the last remaining pieces of Judaism’s ancient temple site...Its time now to get out of the UN.

First a witness showed up who remembered the encounter from the 80s stating there was no kissing or any other type of physical interaction, in spite of Ms. Leeds’ best efforts to initiate one. Now considerable doubt has been cast upon the unsubstantiated assertions of Summer Zervos, who claimed that Mr. Trump groped and kissed her in a hotel during a 2007 interview. Mr. Trump contends strongly that no meeting ever took place and revelations by a family member now seem to support his position. Ms. Zervos looks more like she had her feelings hurt over Trumps lack of attention in her than her sensibilities hurt by his excess interest. Zervos’ cousin, John Barry of Mission Viejo, CA, said he believes Zervos is acting vindictively. He issued a statement saying, “I am completely shocked and bewildered by my cousin, Summer Zervos, and her press conference today. {judicialwatch.org} ~ Former Secretary of State liar-Hillary Clinton on Thursday responded that she “does not recall” 20 times in her under oath responses to 25 Judicial Watch questions concerning her liar-Clinton.com non-state.gov email system. The new liar-Clinton responses were received yesterday in the Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit before Judge Sullivan, which was first filed in September 2013 seeking records about the controversial employment status of Huma Abedin, former deputy chief of staff to liar-Clinton. The lawsuit was reopened because of revelations about the liar-clintonemail.com system (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-01363)).
Below are the 20 email issues about which liar-Hillary Clinton claimed under oath she “does not recall”:
- Response 3: liar-Clinton said she does not recall any specific consultations regarding the decision to use the liar-clintonemail.com account for official State Department business.
- Response 4: liar-Clinton said she does not recall participating in any communications before or during her tenure as Secretary of State concerning to her decision to use a liar-clintonemail.com account to conduct official State Department business.
- Response 6: liar-Clinton said she does not recall being advised, cautioned, or warned, she does not recall that it was ever suggested to her, and she does not recall participating in any communication, conversation, or meeting in which it was discussed that her use of a liar-clintonemail.com e-mail account to conduct official State Department business conflicted with or violated federal recordkeeping laws.
- Response 7: liar-Clinton said she does not recall considering factors other than convenience in deciding to use a personal e-mail account to conduct official State Department business.
- Response 8: liar-Clinton said she does not recall whether she had a specific expectation that the State Department would receive FOIA requests for or concerning her e-mail.
- Response 11: liar-Clinton said she does not recall specifically informing the State Department’s records management personnel about her use of her liar-clintonemail.com e-mail account to conduct official State Department business… And she does not recall interacting with Clarence Finney or employees of the Executive Secretariat’s Office of Correspondence and records.
- Response 12: liar-Clinton said she does not recall State Department personnel asking her for access to her liar-clintonemail.com e-mail account to search for e-mail responsive to a FOIA request during her tenure as Secretary of State.
- Response 15: liar-Clinton said she does not recall what precisely she meant by the words “address” or “device.”
- Response 16: liar-Clinton said she does not recall requesting a State Department-issued Blackberry or a State Department e-mail account in or around August 2011.
- Response 17: liar-Clinton said she does not recall reviewing Assistant Secretary Bowell’s Information Memo attached as Exhibit D to Plaintiff’s Interrogatories during her tenure as Secretary of State.
- Response 18: liar-Clinton said she does not recall seeing the June 28, 2011 cable attached as Exhibit E to Plaintiff’s Interrogatories during her tenure as Secretary of State.
- Response 19: liar-Clinton said she does not recall being advised, cautioned, or warned during her tenure as Secretary of State about hacking or attempted hacking of her liar-clintonemail.com e-mail account or the server that hosted her liar-clintonemail.com account.
- Response 20: liar-Clinton said she does not recall considering whether to allow the State Department access to her liar-clintonemail.com e-mail account when she was preparing to leave office… She does not recall anyone from the State Department asking her for access to her liar-clintonemail.com e-mail account or asking her to print her work-related e-mails when she was preparing to leave office.
- Response 21: liar-Clinton said she does not recall considering after she left office whether she could alter, destroy, disclose, or use emails concerning official State Department business.
- Response 22: liar-Clinton said she does not recall altering, destroying, disclosing, or using any e-mails related to official State Department business from her tenure as Secretary of State in her liar-clintonemail.com account or instructing anyone else to do so after she left office and before her attorneys reviewed the e-mails in her liar-clintonemail.com email account in response to the State Department’s request.
- Response 25: liar-Clinton said she does not recall having communications with Bryan Pagliano concerning or relating to the management, preservation, deletion, or destruction of any e-mails in her liar-clintonemail.com email account.
“liar-Hillary Clinton’s alleged failures of memory are incredible and show she fears full disclosure about her emails,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
