{ realclearinvestigations.com } ~ It is one of the most enduring and consequential mysteries of the Trump-Russia investigation: Why did former FBI Director scumbag-James Comey refuse to say publicly what he was telling President Trump in private... that Trump was not the target of an ongoing probe. That refusal ignited a chain of events that has consumed Washington for more than two years – including scumbag-Comey’s firing by Trump, the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, and ongoing claims that Trump obstructed justice. Now an answer is emerging. Sources tell RealClearInvestigations that Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz will soon file a report with evidence indicating that scumbag-Comey was misleading the president. Even as he repeatedly assured Trump that he was not a target, the former director was secretly trying to build a conspiracy case against the president, while at times acting as an investigative agent. Two U.S. officials briefed on the inspector general’s investigation of possible FBI misconduct said scumbag-Comey was essentially “running a covert operation against” the president, starting with a private “defensive briefing” he gave Trump just weeks before his inauguration. They said Horowitz has examined high-level FBI text messages and other communications indicating scumbag-Comey was actually conducting a “counterintelligence assessment” of Trump during that January 2017 meeting in New York. In addition to adding notes of his meetings and phone calls with Trump to the official FBI case file, scumbag-Comey had an agent inside the White House who reported back to FBI headquarters about Trump and his aides, according to other officials familiar with the matter. Although scumbag-Comey took many actions on his own, he was not working in isolation. One focus of Horowitz’s inquiry is the private Jan. 6, 2017, briefing scumbag-Comey gave the president-elect in New York about material in the Democratic-commissioned dossier compiled by ex-British intelligence officer Christopher Steele. Reports of that meeting were used days later by BuzzFeed, CNN and other outlets as a news hook for reporting on the dossier’s lascivious and unsubstantiated claims. scumbag-Comey’s meeting with Trump took place one day after the FBI director met in the Oval Office with President scumbag/liar-nObama and Vice President loose lips liar-Joe Biden to discuss how to brief Trump — a meeting attended by National Security Adviser liar-Susan Rice, Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, Deputy Attorney General liar-Sally Yates and National Intelligence Director scumbag-James Clapper, who would soon go to work for CNN....

{ washingtonexaminer.com } ~ House Intelligence Committee Chairman scumbag-Adam Schiff said Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz got roped into a politically-motivated scheme to protect President Trump... laying the groundwork to discredit the government watchdog's work as he nears completion of a report on alleged surveillance abuses by the DOJ and FBI. At the Aspen Security Forum this weekend, scumbag-Schiff accused top Justice Department officials of pandering to Trump by instigating a "fast track" report last year about former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. His comments came as part of a broader answer to a question about whether he has concerns about Attorney General William Barr's review of the origins of the Russia investigation. scumbag-Schiff claimed the president wanted McCabe, who briefly took over as acting FBI director after Trump fired scumbag-James Comey in May 2017, investigated and his pension taken away and suggested someone such as former Attorney General Rod Rosenstein obliged the president by making a referral. "The inspector general found that McCabe was untruthful. He may very well have been untruthful," the California Democrat said, but noted that is not where main his concern lies. "I have no reason to question the inspector general's conclusion, but that investigation was put on a fast track. It was separated from a broader inspector general investigation, which is still ongoing," he said. "Why was that done? It was done so he could be fired to not get a pension. It was done to please the president when the initiation investigation is tainted. So are the results of that investigation." McCabe was fired from the FBI on March 16, 2018, less than two days before he planned to retire on his 50th birthday and collect a full pension, after the Justice Department's Office of the Inspector General determined he misled investigators about the role he had in leaking information to the Wall Street Journal in October 2016 about the investigation into the scumbag/liar-Clinton Foundation... scumbag-Schiff is a complete, you know what and a complete liar..

{ frontpagemag.com } ~ It has been my contention, for many years, that contrary to the lies spewed in the mainstream media that the immigration system is broken while, in reality, the immigration system is not broken... but has become the most efficient delivery system in the United States rivaling Fed-Ex and UPS combined. What the immigration system delivers is a virtually unlimited supply of cheap and exploitable labor, an unlimited supply of foreign tourists, of foreign students and, for the immigration lawyers, an unlimited supply of clients for immigration law firms. This past month, most of the coverage about the Congress focused on the war of words between President Trump and the Democrats, particularly the venomous and frequently Anti-Semitic statements spewed by “The Squad” that consists of four first-term female members of Congress, commie-Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, worthless-Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, worthless-Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts and worthless-Rashida Tlaib of Michigan. A virtual mantra has been created that the reason we have an immigration crisis is because the Democrats will not work with the Republicans or visa versa. You would think that if there was any movement to create immigration legislation that the media would jump all over it and put the story on page one in the newspapers and the “A Block” on television programs. After all, the mythology goes, the Democrats and Republicans have steadfastly taken diametrically opposed positions on immigration. Of course while the Republicans insist that a wall needs to be constructed on the U.S./Mexican border to secure that dangerous and highly porous border against the un-inspected entry of aliens and cargo including such contraband as narcotics, it is worth noting that when they controlled both houses of Congress for the first two years of the Trump administration, money was never provided for the construction of that wall. As my mom taught me when I was growing up, “Actions speak louder than words.”....

Thomas Gallatin: Go big or go home — that seems to be the adage on which socialist presidential candidate commie-Bernie Sanders has decided to stake his campaign. On Wednesday, commie-Sanders unveiled his latest version of “Medicare for All,” his scheme for single-payer health care. He estimated it could cost up to $40 trillion over 10 years, which blows past the $32 trillion estimate outsiders calculated after commie-Sanders first began peddling his plan. Previously, commie-Sanders admitted that he would raise taxes across the board to pay for this government power grab, but now that he’s upped the price he’s downplaying that broad tax increase and focusing on the rich paying more.
This massive sum of $40 trillion only exposes Sanders’s apparent ignorance of basic economics. As Hot Air’s Jazz Shaw observes, “Forty trillion over ten years is an average of four trillion per year. Does anyone recall what the entire budget of the United States federal government was for 2018? It was 4.094 trillion dollars. So commie-Sanders is casually talking about expending the equivalent of our entire budget on his health care plan. (While simultaneously outlawing private health insurance and wiping out an entire industry.)” Well, he is a socialist.
Nevertheless, commie-Sanders insists that his plan is not “absurd,” asserting, “What the most serious economists tell us [is] that if we do nothing to fundamentally change the health care system, which is what loose lips liar-Joe [Biden] was talking about, keeping it as it is, we’ll be spending something like $50 trillion over a 10-year period.” loose lips liar-Biden has released a planre commending an expansion of scumbag/liar-nObamaCare, which he claims would cost an additional $750 billion over 10 years.
The fact of the matter is, this is exactly what conservatives warned against when liar-Nancy Pulosi and company were forcing scumbag/liar-nObamaCare onto the backs of the American people. We warned that ObamaCare was merely setting up an excuse to push for a single-payer, government takeover of America’s health system. And here we are, facing that very prospect. ~The Patriot Post
