The Trump v Comey Tape That Wasn't—or Was?
QnZyg0_2EqakMIwLy2A82CaMkxe82cBKPPcYR0ABMKzFBSo5JlA-uvAGE3QlLZpDUMUKIMS8QJdK7m8TU0MMSuAGvcYbfGwum6cBLgUDWZGU3Glh6wULNucXCm7hkw=s0-d-e1-ft#%3Ca%20rel%3Dnofollow%20href=
By Mark Alexander:  On Thursday, Donald Trump answered a question regarding his conversation with former FBI Director James Comey, a question which, in retrospect, he should not have baited.
In late May, after firing Comey, Trump wrote, "James Comey better hope that there are no 'tapes' of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press!" That was a shot across Comey's bow ahead of his illegal release to The New York Times the contents of official memos he "recorded" about his conversation with Trump. Comey leaked those memos a few hours after Trump's remark, which the administration anticipated.
In Comey's Senate testimony earlier this month, which we detailed in "Comey v. Trump: Obstructing the Truth," he offered a very convoluted explanation for leaking his official FBI record of their conversation to the press, suggesting it was Trump's remark a few hours before that leak which prompted him to do so. However, Comey had, clearly, already determined he was going to leak those documents, and affirmed in his Senate testimony, "I thought that might prompt the appointment of a special counsel." (And some suggest Comey is not "political"?) In effect, Comey indicted himself.
Newt Gingrich offered this assessment of the original tape tweet: "I think [Trump] was in his way instinctively trying to rattle Comey. He's not a professional politician. He doesn't come back and think about Nixon and Watergate. His instinct is: 'I'll out-bluff you.'"
Well, the bluff failed, and in our repeated assessment, Trump (and whoever is vetting his social media posts), needs a cease and desist order to stop the self-inflicted unforced errors, which are fueling the DemoMSM propaganda machine's successful efforts to derail the Republican agenda.
On Thursday, Trump answered the Comey tape question he baited, writing, "With all of the recently reported electronic surveillance, intercepts, unmasking and illegal leaking of information, I have no idea whether there are 'tapes' or recordings of my conversations with James Comey, but I did not make, and do not have, any such recordings."
Of course, that follow-up has set all the MSM talkingheads' hair on fire. But the screeching and screaming aside, it's not a difficult path to interpret Trump's original tape-bait comment in the context of his follow-up remark, given that, indeed, it was issued amid "all of the recently reported electronic surveillance, intercepts, unmasking and illegal leaking of information." Ask yourself, based on all of the felonious leaks by Barack liar-nObama's deep state holdovers in the last six months, do you think it possible that Trump's conversation with Comey was recorded by a "third party"?  ~The Patriot Post

{rickwells.us} ~ You’d never know this was the same Kellyanne Conway that CNN Fake News, along with other mainstream media networks was blasting just a few months ago as being an unreliable and unworthy interview and source of information... It seems that the reports of her demise and their dismissing of her worth were a bit premature. This was a full range exchange on the Trump White House and the way it’s being reported by CNN in a give and take format into which Conway masterfully engineered observations of the reporting and criticisms of the network’s anti-Trump bias. They start off with and maintain a strained mutual cordiality during the interview, which both clearly know is going to be confrontational, with Alisyn “Alinsky” Camerota attempting the gotchas and Conway deflecting and exposing their agenda. Typical of what passes for news at CNN is the first attempt to once again craft a connection between President Trump and Russia and to imply that President Trump is under investigation for wrongdoing in the election... http://rickwells.us/kellyanne-conway-slams-cnn-over-propaganda-ignoring-positive-trump-actions/

Why America’s Battleships

{taskandpurpose.com} ~ There’s a mystique to battleships. Whenever inside-the-Beltway dwellers debate how to bulk up the U.S. Navy fleet, odds are sentimentalists will clamor to return the Iowa-class dreadnoughts to service... Nor is the idea of bringing back grizzled World War II veterans as zany as it sounds. We aren’t talking equipping the 1914-vintage USS Texas with superweapons to blast the Soviet Navy, or resurrecting the sunken Imperial Japanese Navy superbattleship Yamato for duty in outer space, or keeping USS Missouri battleworthy in case aliens menace the Hawaiian Islands. Such proposals are not mere whimsy. Built to duel Japan in World War II, in fact, battleships were recommissioned for the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and the Cold War. The last returned to action in 1988. The Iowa class sat in mothballs for about three decades after Korea except for USS New Jersey, which returned to duty briefly during the Vietnam War. That’s about how long the battlewagons have been in retirement since the Cold War. History thus seems to indicate they could stage yet another comeback...http://taskandpurpose.com/americas-battleships-will-never-make-comeback/

{rickwells.us} ~ Democrats are masters of mislabeling, putting a pretty sounding, deceptive name on an ugly, horrendous, financially disastrous piece of legislation... That’s how we got the Affordable Care Act and it’s the kind of thing that also results in identifying illegal alien squatter offspring as “DREAMers,” the beneficiaries of the similarly inappropriately titled DREAM Act. The assumption and association made with the title is that it is a law that allows the illegals to “dream” or to live their dreams, which it does, in violation of federal law. There actually is no act but a proposed, multiple times failed, piece of legislation that does not carry the weight of law. It carries only the weight of the rampant lawlessness of the liar-nObama regime and others, such as Dick Durbin and Republican Orrin Hatch, who first introduced it in 2001. It’s not a law, it’s a documented violation of the law, initiated by Hussein liar-nObama and one that President Trump could easily undo with a memo or executive order... http://rickwells.us/court-rules-against-in-state-tuition-for-illegal-alien-foreigners/

What Sharia Prescribes:

{gatestoneinstitute.org} ~ Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, of the "Ground Zero mosque", once again wrote a deeply inaccurate article reprimanding Americans for their supposedly "right-wing caricature" of Islamic law sharia... which he insists is not a threat to American law. In his recent article "The silly American fear of sharia law", he denied that sharia is incompatible with US laws and the constitution. Oh, really? Imam Rauf tries to blame sharia's amputation and stoning on Biblical Law: "Sharia is not about amputations and stoning. These extreme punishments carry over from earlier, biblical law" and "Within the history of Islam, they have rarely occurred. What Islamic law does prescribe are the same do's [sic] and don'ts of the Ten Commandments." Imam Rauf's article is, to say the least, misleading -- especially regarding the Ten Commandments. Sharia is not only incompatible with Western legal system but is the direct opposite of Western values; it has violated all ten of the Ten Commandments... https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/10570/sharia-ten-commandments

{rickwells.us} ~ In his incessant effort to drive the acceptance of a caliphate in the United States, the former resident White House liar, Hussein liar-nObama, told this whopper in 2010, “Ramadan is a reminder that Islam has always been a part of America.”... He then went on to stretch one event with President Jefferson and the Ambassador from Tunisia in 1805, an accommodation to a scheduling conflict between normal American meal time and the Ramadan schedule he had to adhere to, as if it were a daily and routine thing. It was a one of a kind, as liar-nObama well knew, but lying is how liar-nObama communicates. liar-nObama followed in the path of his fellow globalists liar-Clinton and Bush in making an even bigger deal of his favored ideology, Islam. Just like much of President Trump’s actions, they’ve undone or ended the dictates and actions of his predecessor...http://rickwells.us/america-1st-no-ramadan-celebration-year-trump-white-house/

{
jewishworldreview.com} ~ Last summer, police in Bucks County, Pennsylvania picked up a man carrying an unmarked vial of red liquid. During questioning, the 33-year-old explained that the vial contained human blood and fentanyl, a painkiller 50 to 100 times more potent than morphine. The liquid’s street name:  “BLOOD.” All-caps is apparently the going style for the substance's street name, but we'll stick to "Blood" from this point forward because frankly, using BLOOD over and over again makes this article look like it was written by the Count from "Sesame Street".

Officers sent the vial, which contained about a half a teaspoon of red fluid, to forensic toxicologist Laura Labay.

“It was the strangest thing,” she told PopSci. “If you look at whole blood in a test tube, it’s thick. This looked like blood but it was more watery.” Some sort of fine powder swirled around inside it, and it smelled like cough syrup.

In her laboratory at NMS Labs in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, Labay confirmed that the specimen did indeed contain human blood. But it also carried a lot more than fentanyl.

Lab tests detected 13 different substances in the "Blood", including residues of ethanol, codeine, ephedrine, THC, and 11 milligrams of of methamphetamine—a full dose. The results were recently published in the Journal of Forensic Sciences.
