{rickwells.us} ~ Judge Jeanine whacks a hornet nest with her interview of former Congressman Jason Chaffetz that includes some major information about Attorney General Jeff Sessions... She begins by asking about Mitch McConnell and the almost three hundred bills that have passed the House of Representatives and gone on to die in the Senate. McConnell and his gang of 100 eunuchs  hasn’t passed one of them. Chaffetz says the worst part of their failure to do anything all day is that it includes them not even taking votes, not even considering legislation. He points out that the first vote on the healthcare bill was just a procedural vote to bring it up for debate...   https://rickwells.us/chaffetz-sessions-refused-prosecute/

{rickwells.us} ~ Gen Mike Flynn may not have been the only high ranking member of the Trump administration forced out at the insistence of Vice President Mike Pence... The New York Post reports that the front runner for the replacement to the ousted HHS Secretary, Tom Price, “was the architect of Indiana’s Medicaid expansion under liar-nObamacare and is considered a protégé of Vice President Mike Pence.” Her name is Seema Verma and she is the current Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in the Trump administration, responsible for administering liar-nObamacare. She played a leading role in efforts at the White House to repeal it...  https://rickwells.us/pence-protege-replace-price/

{greatamericandaily.com} ~ Democrats have pinned their hopes on impeaching Trump over the Russian collusion narrative... They are counting on special counsel Robert Mueller to deliver the goods so they can remove Trump from office. But the real truth about any Russian collusion just emerged—and it blew up in the Democrats faces. Democrats and the media have maintained for months that Trump associates colluded with the Russians in the cyber attacks on the DNC during the 2016 election. They focused attention on longtime Trump advisor Roger Stone—a former Nixon operative who delights in being known for “dirty tricks.”...  http://greatamericandaily.com/the-real-truth-behind-russian-collusion-just-blew-up-in-muellers-face/

{wnd.com} ~ In a week full of political frustration, former Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino is blasting liar-Hillary Clinton for blaming racism and uninformed women for her defeat... NFL players for not standing for our national anthem, and the latest failure of Republicans to address liar-nObamacare. Since retiring from the Secret Service in 2011, Bongino ran twice for the House of Representatives and once for U.S. Senate. He is also a conservative commentator and author of the new book “Protecting the President: An Inside Account of the Troubled Secret Service in an Era of Evolving Threats.” Bongino served on the protective detail for Presidents George W. Bush and Barack liar-nObama. In 2000, he was part of the detail protecting first lady liar-Hillary Clinton as she campaigned for U.S. Senate in New York. He says it was a nightmare as liar-Clinton, through her staff, made it clear they were to protect the candidate but never be visible so the public would see her as “approachable.”...  http://www.wnd.com/2017/10/ex-bodyguard-eviscerates-hillary-as-rude-obnoxious-fraud/

{Idailycaller.com} ~ n a bizarre twist in the Russia-Trump collusion narrative, Russia’s media and communications regulator accused CNN International of violating Russian law, and CNN is fighting back... “CNN International routinely violates Russian legislation,” a spokesman for the Russian federal communications watchdog Roskomnadzor, Vadim Ampelonsky, said Friday, according to Russia Today. “Such breaches are common,” Ampelonsky said, but “it doesn’t mean that we should not react.” The Russian government did not specify exactly which laws it believed had been breached... http://dailycaller.com/2017/09/30/cnn-vs-russia-the-battle-weve-all-been-waiting-for/

AMERICA’S DIRTY LITTLE SECRET
by Burt Prelutsky

In the wake of the brouhaha over the NFL’s hissy fit over the National Anthem, we’re all supposed to become engaged in yet another of those tiresome conversations about race. What the hell is there to discuss? Slavery was terrible, Jim Crow laws were shameful. But since slavery ended in America over 150 years ago and Jim Crow ended in the 1960s, not only is institutional racism a thing of the distant past, but white America has been paying emotional blackmail ever since.

We’ve indulged black people by giving them welfare; carving out special admission rules at colleges; and offering them small business loans at lower than normal rates. And then, by insisting that lending institutions not require down payments or the usual paperwork that would guarantee the mortgage payments would be paid in timely fashion, Congress pandered in its customary way to blacks, and in doing so brought on the real estate bubble that bankrupted America, along with much of the world.

On top of all that, the courts required states to gerrymander congressional districts, guaranteeing that the pathetic likes of Mad-Maxine Waters, Brenda Lee, Hank Johnson, John Lewis, Elijah Cummings, John Conyers, Sheila Jackson Lee and Jim Clyburn, would never have to face actual competition on Election Day.

When blacks and their white enablers insist that racism exists in America, they’re merely stating the obvious. You can’t legislate what is in someone’s heart. You can only pass laws that ensure that every American has equal opportunity, and those laws have already been enacted and enforced.

What you can’t do is guarantee results, especially not when so many millions of black Americans seem satisfied with their lot. If they felt otherwise, they would do something about cleaning up their act and quit scapegoating whites.

Those who seem to speak for blacks appear to believe that most white people wake up thinking about ways to keep black people down. The fact is, most of us spend little or no time thinking about blacks, whereas blacks appear to spend 100% of their time resenting us and blaming us. Frankly, I’m not sure how that works. I mean, if I drop out of school and then taunt my peers for acting white if they pursue their studies, how is it somebody else’s fault if I wind up poor and ignorant?

If some creep impregnates a 15 or 16-year-old girl in the neighborhood, how is that someone else’s fault? And if the baby is born to a teenager who is also unskilled, unmarried and basically illiterate, how is any of that the fault of white society?

And if I get killed by the cops during the commission of a crime, how is it the fault of the cops, many of whom are often black, and how the hell is it the result of institutional racism?

On top of all that, the only time I see large groups of black people is when they’re rioting in honor of some black thug they pretend is a martyr; or when a group of black celebrities start chanting at an awards ceremony: “Free OJ!”; or when, during a national disaster, you see them looting stores; or when a bunch of over-pampered athletes express their dislike of the President by showing their contempt for symbols of a nation that better men than they have fought and died to defend.

There are exceptions, of course, and not just such sterling examples as Ben Carson, Clarence Thomas, Walter Williams, Condoleezza Rice, Jason Riley and Thomas Sowell, but the 30% who do get married and raise their children in two-parent homes, who go to work in the morning and come home at night, who serve honorably with the police and the military, and to whom MLK’s call to judge people by their character and not their color is more than a moth-eaten cliché.

● I don’t believe I have ever seen anyone go so quickly from hero to goat as Alejandro Villanueva managed to do recently. Mr. Villanueva was already a hero before he joined the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2014, having served four tours of duty in Afghanistan as an Army Ranger. On Sunday, September 24, he was caught by the TV cameras standing in front of the tunnel leading to the locker room, standing with his hand over his heart during the playing of the National Anthem.

Suddenly, in certain quarters, he was proclaimed the one bright spot in the NFL. His jersey became the hottest-selling item in football sportswear. But then, he apologized. He felt he had thrown his Steeler teammates under the bus by not standing with them out of sight.

I would say they deserved to be under the bus, along with NFL Commissioner Goodell and a great many of the team owners, who are so terrified of offending the 70% of players in the league who happen to be black ignoramuses that they don’t even think twice about giving the finger to the fans, who are mostly white, mostly patriotic, and who are quickly discovering that there are other things to do on a Sunday besides watching a bunch of 300-pound whales shove each other around the grass. Besides, I have never understood how anyone could stand watching a game that has a 60-minute clock, and yet requires 3 ½ hours to play.

I also wonder how many of those millionaires whom Villanueva seems to have confused with Army buddies who are still fighting and dying for $40,000-a-year in Afghanistan are raising the babies they sired with football groupies, and how many of them have been arrested on charges involving weapons, drug possession or domestic violence.

In stark contrast, I, as a New York Yankee fan, am accustomed to seeing fans and players standing at attention during the playing of the pre-game Anthem and again during the 7th inning stretch, when a ceremony is conducted at home plate honoring a military veteran and his immediate family. What’s more, after the fans and players give the honoree a well-deserved ovation, a recording of Kate Smith singing “God Bless America” is played, while thousands of fans stand with hands over their hearts, many of them joining in singing Russian-Jewish immigrant Irving Berlin’s ode to his adopted nation.

● The other day, I saw a young woman that Fox News identified as a Democratic strategist defending liar-Hillary Clinton and explaining what she found so admirable about someone whom many of us regard as a traitor.

One of the items that appears to have clinched the woman’s support was watching Mrs. liar-Clinton stand up to a 13-hour grilling by a congressional committee. She spoke glowingly not only about the intelligence liar-Hillary displayed, but the sheer stamina of the woman.

Even at the time of the hearing, I found it annoying that so much was made of the grilling that you might have thought Mrs. liar-Clinton had actually been stuck on a spit and cooked until she was crispy. No such luck.

The event took place over 11 hours, not 13, and one hour was a lunch break. Of the remaining 10 hours, only half the time was actually spent asking her questions, most of which she avoided answering, which her young fan must have taken as proof of intelligence.

The other five hours or so was wasted by the Democrats on the committee who spent all of their allotted time complimenting Mrs. liar-Clinton on her dedication to the country and to the magnificent fortitude she had shown in standing up to the vicious attacks of their Republican colleagues. But, nary a question about the role she had played in bringing about the massacre in Benghazi; the illegality of her private server; or the bribes from foreign, even hostile nations, she had accepted while Secretary of State.

In spite of all that, I have been enjoying her appearances on TV and hope her book tour never ends. For one thing, it’s good to be reminded how much we owe Donald Trump. In spite of his obvious flaws, it’s important that we acknowledge how narrowly we dodged the bullet, all thanks to him.

Something else I have learned from watching liar-Hillary Clinton blame others for her defeat in the 2016 election is that just maybe I have been a little too quick to accept responsibility for my own failings. Or, rather, what merely appeared to be my own failings.

I now, belatedly, realize that it wasn’t my fault I got a C in 11th grade Algebra. Understand, I’m not blaming the Russians, the Macedonians, James Comey or Wikileaks. That would just be silly. But is it out of the question to imagine that Ricky Malikov intentionally wrote the wrong answers on his test paper, suspecting I might be peeking?

I sure wouldn’t put it past him. After all, I know for a fact he supported Adlai Stevenson in 1956.
