liar-nObama’s Deep State: 78
Appointees Burrowed Into Government

{fixthisnation.com} ~ A new report from the Government Accountability Office – a watchdog organization meant to keep tabs on the federal government – shows that 78 of President liar-nObama’s political appointees... have burrowed their way into the deep state, where they now hold career positions in the Trump administration. According to the report, which was obtained by The Washington Times this week, these appointees included seven who failed to obtain permission for the job switch from the Office of Personnel Management. Subsequently, they were either denied jobs or left on their own accord. Nonetheless, that still leaves 71 of liar-nObama’s political appointees working in the Trump administration. And how many of them do you reckon support Trump’s agenda on environmental regulations, foreign policy, illegal immigration, spending cuts, and so forth? We’d guess…none... http://www.fixthisnation.com/conservative-breaking-news/obamas-deep-state-78-appointees-burrowed-into-government/

Dems Desperate For Another Katrina Cue
Sniveling Inept Mayor Passing Buck To DJT
{rickwells.us} ~ At first you might be surprised that Elizabeth dinky-Warren was, in addition to being a lying radical libtard Senator from Massachusetts... also a lying radical libtard mayor for Puerto Rico. But that’s not dinky-Warren, it’s really San Juan, Puerto Rico Mayor Carmen Yulin Cruz.  They probably just had the same Democrat Party-provided acting coach and speech writers, in addition to the unmistakble similarities in their voices and appearance. Maybe they’re both part American Indian.  They styles are similar too, as they both blame President Trump for everything that is wrong with the world. If only liar-Clinton had been elected, the storms would not have hit in the first place. She’d have sacrificed white babies to the global warming gods and all of this would have been been easily avoided. Think of it as a really late term abortion for mother nature...  https://rickwells.us/dems-desperate-katrina-mayor/

Brian Fallon

{theblaze.com} ~ Brian Fallon, the former spokesman for liar-Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, was hit with a fact check on Friday... after he claimed the liar-nObama administration was scandal-free. Fallon said: “Tom Price and the rest of the ever- swampy Trump WH is a permanent reminder of how honorable and scandal-free an administration liar-nObama ran.” Since President Donald Trump took office, many prominent Democrats have made similar claims as Fallon. But history paints a much different picture than the one they remember. In fact, Former President Barack liar-nObama had a laundry-list of scandals during his administration...   http://www.theblaze.com/news/2017/09/30/former-clinton-adviser-claims-obama-admin-was-scandal-free-instantly-gets-hit-with-history-lesson

{activistpost.com} ~ The two nations that have been seen as bitter rivals since the Cold War and especially after the American 2016 election which Russia was accused without evidence of hacking... are now moving to build a moon base together according to NASA. NASA and the Russian space agency Roscosmos have announced a new partnership for human exploration of the moon and deep space. Both agencies signed a joint statement on the collaborative effort. It all stems from NASA’s “deep-space gateway” concept, a mission architecture designed to send astronauts into lunar orbit by 2020 the statement sets a mid-2020s goal for beginning the project...  https://www.activistpost.com/2017/09/the-u-s-and-russia-plan-to-build-a-moon-base-together.html?utm_source=Activist+Post+Subscribers&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=9daf0ca4e5-RSS_EMAIL_CAMPAIGN&utm_term=0_b0c7fb76bd-9daf0ca4e5-387888649

Beating the Left at Its Own Game
VewYh5pHVC6x3OvqCGcZ_1T-ig_x7QQpokojgSky8XwLIj3qTcZz1-fLzncYtseYxfRSwd6iUNoCBn9vXKj0iwVZ-1UvSLIdy3-Br_0x4n8TYGWavsES5kJx182cZUA=s0-d-e1-ft#%3Ca%20rel%3Dnofollow%20href=?width=500by Arnold Ahlert:  For a variety of reasons, President Donald Trump is a problematic individual. Yet singlehandedly, he has managed to do the one thing that both enrages and terrifies American leftists and their corrupt enablers:

Last Friday during a speech in Alabama, Trump changed The Narrative. For a year, the NFL took its cues from an addle-brained Pied Piper known as Colin Kaepernick, who initiated taking a knee to protest what he called the “systematic oppression” of minorities. During an Aug. 28, 2016 press conference Kaepernick went even further. “There’s a lot of things that need to change,” he lectured. “One specifically? Police brutality. There’s people being murdered unjustly and [police are] not being held accountable. People are being given paid leave for killing people.
What was the genesis of that assertion? The media-driven Narrative emerging from Ferguson that an innocent Michael Brown, holding his hands in the air, was murdered by police officer Darren Wilson. And despite all evidence to the contrary, “Hands Up Don’t Shoot” gave the American Left the slogan it needed to fuel the divide-and-conquer identity politics that forms the heart of progressive ideology.
That Kaepernick showed up at another interview wearing a T-shirt replete with photos from a 1960 meeting between Malcolm X and Fidel Castro, and expressed support for one of the 20th century’s foremost oppressors? Or that he showed up for practice wearing socks with pictures of pigs dressed like police officers?
None of it mattered to the social justice warriors any more than the inconvenient reality that police officers were not killing black Americans at a rate any higher than whites. Harvard Professor Roland Fryer, a black American who was sure his 2016 study would reveal otherwise, called it “the most surprising result of my career.”
Far less surprising? In 2016, police fatally shot 233 blacks, the vast majority of whom were armed and dangerous. That same year, a staggering 7,881 black Americans were murdered — mostly by their fellow black Americans. Police brutality? In 2015, a police officer was 18.5 times more likely to be killed by a black male than an unarmed black male killed by a police officer. And in the last 10 years, black males have comprised 42% of all cop-killers, despite representing only 6% of the nation’s population.
None of it matters. The Left has its agenda, the centerpiece of which is that America is an inherently racist and oppressive nation in need of “fundamental change.” Change that now requires a steady barrage of reminders in every aspect of life, even those that ought to be sanctuaries from politics.
As night follows day, hypocrisy abounds. The same NFL Commissioner Roger Goodall that now champions thoughtful dissent is the one who refused to allow Dallas Cowboy players to wear a decal on their helmets commemorating the murder of five Dallas police officers, killed while working to protect people at an organized protest of police brutality. Thirteen years ago the league forced Denver Broncos quarterback Jake Plummer to remove a “40” decal on the back of his helmet that was a tribute to Pat Tillman, an NFLer who quit in his prime to join the Army Rangers and gave his life defending our country. The league even threatened to fine players who commemorated the victims of 9/11 before backing down. And as Jacobson further reminds us, Tim Tebow “was viciously attacked and mocked by the professional media when he took a knee for prayer, yet NFL players are lionized in that same media for taking a knee while the National Anthem is played.” In other words, some “principled” stands are more equal than others.
That goes double for the media. Outlets comfortable with branding Trump as a racist were equally comfortable colluding to suppress stories about Barack liar-nObama’s 20-year relationship with the racist Rev. Jeremiah Wright. The media were also comfortable downplaying or ignoring the reality most Americans believe race relations worsened in the eight years liar-nObama was president.
And in a genuine Ministry of Truth effort, networks that decided to air the anthem protests left out crowd shots of angry fans.
Unlike most Republicans, Trump has the ability to flip the script, much like Ronald Reagan did when he reminded Americans the Soviet Union was an “evil empire” and America was a “shining city on a hill.” Reagan eviscerated the American Left’s Narrative that communist thugs must be accommodated. In doing so he brought the Soviet empire, well, to its knees.
And just like progressives, Trump understands that repetition is key. Thus he has followed his speech with a series of tweets reminding millions of Americans that the progressive worldview does not have to be considered sacrosanct. In short, if Americans cannot be browbeaten into silent acquiescence, or made to feel guilty — and more important, if Trump cannot be successfully painted as the nation’s divider in chief — the Left is staring at the edge of the abyss.
That’s the real reason the overwhelming majority of anger has been directed at Trump, not his supporters. The Left is keenly aware he is the most forceful anti-Narrative champion a long-suffering Middle America has seen in decades. And not just with regard to football and other sports. Trump has flipped a plethora of progressive Narratives, including the ideas that liar-Hillary was a shoo-in, half of America are “deplorables” who “cling to guns God and religion,” the mainstream media is unbiased, and progressives are the most open-minded and tolerant people in the nation.
And the more celebrity players who make millions for playing a game, and owners who often get taxpayer-subsidized stadiums to play them in, choose to pretend they are victims of an unwarranted assault on their constitutional rights, the more Middle America will begin to realize what this fight is really all about:
It no longer is about kneeling at the start of football games,” explains  columnist Dov Fischer. “Rather, it is about the soul of America.
It is a soul long-stained by “the progressive attempt to undermine all shared public institutions by turning them into left-wing megaphones and in the process condoning the use of violence, obscenity, and racialism,” as historian Victor Davis Hanson aptly describes it.
A Remington Research Group survey reveals that 64% of Americans believe NFL players should stand and respect the National Anthem. And ratings are down another 11% compared to 2016. Thus, despite every effort by the media to frame the argument as one of racism and police brutality, Trump has successfully reframed the argument as one of respect and patriotism. In doing so, he has revealed that the decades-long progressive assumption they could always frame The Narrative to their advantage is no longer a given. Nothing terrifies the American Left more than that.  ~The Patriot Post

{wnd.com} ~ The U.S. Supreme Court Monday afternoon canceled oral argument in the troubling legal challenges by “sanctuary states” to President Donald Trump’s “travel ban” executive order. Hearing was scheduled for Oct. 10 in the appeals of Trump, President of U.S., et al. v. Int’l Refugee Assistance, et al. and Trump, President of U.S., et al. v. Hawaii, et al.

President Trump issued a proclamation rather than an executive order on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017, announcing the permanent version of his travel restrictions put in place by his Department of Homeland Security. The White House issued a Fact Sheet and a Q&A document.

Thereupon, the high court’s order directs that “The parties are directed to file letter briefs addressing whether, or to what extent, the Proclamation issued on September 24, 2017, may render cases No. 16-1436 and 16-1540 moot.” This is now the second time lawsuits against Trump’s efforts have been made irrelevant by Trump’s updates to the policy.

The new, now-permanent enhanced vetting and screening procedures are tightly focused on the specific problems of obtaining information to determine which temporary visitors or immigrants are safe and which are threats. Different procedures apply to different countries based on the actual challenges that apply to each country. Non-Muslim countries like North Korea are covered, whereas only about six Muslim countries are on the list.

Trump is fighting to “Make America Safe Again.” He was elected in part to reverse the reckless foreign policies of Presidents Barack liar-nObama and liar-Bill Clinton. The establishment’s attitude of favoring foreigners ahead of American citizens allowed Islamic terrorists to enter and remain in the country despite red flags and kill nearly 3,000 Americans on Sept. 11, 2001. Our nation was placed at risk by the likes of liar-nObama Secretary of State liar-Hillary Clinton and Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano.

Trump announced upon signing his original executive order: “We want to ensure that we are not admitting into our country the very threats our soldiers are fighting overseas.” Freedom Watch filed a “Friend of the Court” brief in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit in support of Trump’s actions.

But while working to implement his agenda, President Trump is discovering the new reality of modern American government: Judges and lawyers increasingly think that the courts run the country, not the president or the Congress. For decades and indeed a century, we have allowed judges to usurp more and more power. They have grabbed raw, unchecked power never intended by the Constitution. The expansion of the judicial role is reaching dangerous levels. That is why as early as 1994 I founded Judicial Watch and – after a run for U.S. Senate – also founded Freedom Watch.

Trump had originally suspended visitors – on a temporary basis – from seven “failed states,” which happened to be Muslim, whose chaotic or corrupt governments cannot provide reliable screening information to keep out potential terrorists, in his Jan. 27, 2017, executive order “Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States,” 82 Fed. Reg. 8,977. Then FBI Director James Comey confirmed in congressional testimony that it is impossible to screen visitors because dysfunctional countries lack records for us to check, or records can be corrupted.

Trump’s executive order is fully authorized by the law under 8 U.S. Code § 1182(f) and his role as commander in chief and head of foreign policy. Yet liberal lawyers and judges claimed that because they imagine Trump to be a bigot (because they say so), the lawful actions of the commander in chief therefore can be overturned by the courts. The courts now assert the power to commandeer and nullify the power of the presidency.

Trump’s statements about Islamic terrorism on the campaign trail are being twisted to suggest hatred of all Muslims. Yet as reported by CNN, when town-hall attendees asked whether Trump would consider putting a Muslim in his Cabinet or on his ticket, he respond: “Oh, absolutely, no problem with that.”

The Supreme Court was set to decide whether off-hand comments as a private citizen running for office should replace the official deliberations of a government official informed by government processes. Where Trump as president developed tightly focused orders to comply with the law, his unofficial loose talk as a candidate was held by activist judges to represent the “real” reason for his executive orders and the careful design of the order is a mere ruse.

Trump’s team is slowly learning that they not only have to do the right thing but do it in the right way. Trump’s executive order should have made clear that the problem was the inadequate information to screen out dangerous visitors from harmless ones. Failing to emphasize and document this invited attacks in the courts.

The Supreme Court was also set to address the concept that anyone in the world now has rights under our Constitution, so that all of the world’s 7 billion people are entitled to come to the United States at will. Liberal lawyers and judges decided that foreigners can bootstrap the right to enter the country because the feelings of a U.S. citizen might be hurt, or some small group of left-wing professors want to invite a Palestinian terrorist to speak to a brown-bag faculty lunch. Under this new theory, the entire planet has rights under our U.S. Constitution. The Supreme Court pushed back in partially lifting an injunction, but that question was to be heard Oct. 10.

The lawsuits will be back again, and the issues will eventually return to the Supreme Court. But what needs to be asked is why the courts are supervising and overturning the actions of the commander in chief and president established by our Constitution.
