Brilliant! President’s Presser on the
Wall Is Meant for the American People
by S.Noble
{} ~ The President’s press conference was brilliant! The media will trash him, but the important thing is the American people heard it... and they will be the judges. He needs to keep speaking to and for the people. On Wednesday, he found a brilliant way of addressing the misbehavior by Democrats at the Wednesday meeting. They wouldn’t listen. When the Democrats rudely interrupted the Secretary of Homeland Security on Wednesday, the President turned around and sent the presentation to all members of Congress. That’s brilliant. scumbag/clown-Schumer and Pulosi whined after the meeting that they wouldn’t resolve the border crisis unless the government is opened up. The President won’t open the government until the border crisis is resolved. A reporter asked the President if he could declare a national emergency at the border and build the wall. He said he could, but didn’t want to do that just yet. The President sounded more positive than the Democrats, but this presser was for the people. That is who he was speaking to today...
Trump Sends Message
to Congress on Border Security
by Saagar Enjeti
{} ~ Congressional Democrats refused to listen to his border security brief Wednesday, so President Donald Trump sent the slides of the entire presentation in a Friday letter... to every member of Congress as well as reporters.  “It had been my hope that Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen would have the opportunity to deliver a presentation discussing the facts about the depth and severity of the humanitarian crisis and the security crisis that is now unfolding at the Southern Border,” Trump wrote in the letter, adding “however, some of those present did not want to hear the presentation at the time, and so I have instead decided to make the presentation available to all Members of Congress.” A White House official familiar with the meeting conveyed this account of the meeting to The Daily Caller Wednesday afternoon noting that neither Nancy Pulosi or Chuck scumbag/clown-Schumer would even allow Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen to begin her briefing. The meeting instead devolved into negotiations over how to end the partial government shutdown, in a fight centering around border wall funding...
Pulosi Says, She Supported
the Black Lives Matter Movement
by Mike Brest
{} ~ Speaker Pulosi was asked if she supports the Black Lives Matter movement by a student during her town hall event at Trinity University in Washington, D.C., on Friday...  “Another question from a student. Shelly Ward, a senior studying journalism and media studies. Shelly, what’s your question?” MSNBC host Joy Reid stated.  “Congratulations on the election,” Ward said before asking, “Do you support the Black Lives Matter movement?” “Well, I support the recognition that black lives matter, for sure. And I have incorporated that in many of my statements. I think all lives matter, yes,” Pulosi responded. “But there has — we really have to redress past grievances in terms of how we have addressed the African-American community. I had a real privilege yesterday to address the swearing-in of the new black caucus members.”...  She is lying once again.
Dems Lay Impeachment Trap,
But Will the President Step Into It?
{} ~ Certain common aphorisms were never meant to be taken literally. What does not kill you only makes you stronger is a particularly risky principle by which to live... A watched pot will indeed boil. Time does not heal all wounds. Slow and steady does not always win the race. President Trump added a new and, for him, potentially dangerous aphorism this week, when asked about impeachment. He said he was not at all concerned because “you cannot impeach someone who is doing a great job.” Trump was hopefully making an aspirational rather than a literal point because a president can be entirely successful in office yet be rightfully impeached for committing “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” Indeed, no matter how successful a president may be in executing significant policies, the commission of any impeachable offense means, by definition, that he or she is not doing a great job. His statement was unnerving not only because he has said it before but because Trump is entering the most dangerous period of his term so far. With Democrats now controlling the lower chamber of Congress, the White House is about to be hit with a torrent of document demands and subpoenas from a half dozen committees. Some Democrats have already stated their intentions, intemperately or even profanely, like Rashida TlaibDemocrats promised to demand answers on his personal taxes, foreign business dealings, family charity, and other areas beyond the Russia investigation. This reflects a strategy that not only targets Trump but counts on him to be successful. They are relying on his description of himself as a “counterpuncher” to supply the grounds of his removal. Yes, Trump could counterpunch himself into getting impeached...
Dem congresswoman 'dishonored' herself
with profane call for impeachment
{} ~ President Trump on Friday condemned a freshman Democratic congresswoman who profanely said the day before that he should be impeached... “I thought her comments were disgraceful,” Trump said in the Rose Garden, adding he thought the remarked “dishonored” the country and Rep. Rashida Tlaib's family. The newly sworn-in Michigan Democrat, one of the first two Muslim American women elected to Congress, set off a media frenzy after she was recorded at a rally near Capitol Hill on Thursday night. “When your son looks at you and says, ‘Momma, look, you won. Bullies don’t win.’ And I said, ‘Baby, they don’t.’ Because we’re going to go in there and impeach the ************,” Tlaib said as the crowd erupted into cheering. The comments came hours after she was sworn in to Congress and follow up on calls for impeachment she made during her campaign. Several House Democrats said the comments were not helpful and “inappropriate” as the party pushes its agenda on ending a partial government shutdown and a variety of legislative priorities...
The New York Times Is 'Unmistakably Anti-Trump,' Says...
by Political Editors:  Just how bad has The New York Times’s leftist bias gotten? Well, to quote the Gray Lady’s former executive editor, “I’ve resisted critiquing the place publicly, but this [expletive] is bad. It’s making horrible mistakes left and right.”

According to Jill Abramson, the Times’s executive editor from 2011 to 2014, it has become “unmistakably anti-Trump.” In her upcoming book, Merchants of Truth: The Business of News and the Fight for Facts, Abramson slams the NYT’s unapologetic leftist bias. She writes, “Though [Dean] Baquet [her successor and current executive editor] said publicly he didn’t want the Times to be the opposition party, his news pages were unmistakably anti-Trump. Some headlines contained raw opinion, as did some of the stories that were labeled as news analysis.”
Now, the fact that the Times espouses a leftist bias certainly isn’t news. In fact, that sort of bias among mainstream media outlets is the very thing that inspired the creation of The Patriot Post in 1996. What is significant, however, is the source of the criticism. Abramson, who was the first female executive editor of the Times, is far from a conservative, and yet even she can’t tolerate the leftist propaganda it is passing off as journalism. Abramson faults the Times for its lack of journalistic integrity and its failure to follow the directive of its one-time owner, Adolph Ochs, who vowed at the turn of the 20th century “to cover the news without fear or favor.
In her book, Abramson points to two factors that explain the paper’s decent into the realm of tabloids and propaganda. The first is young versus old. She writes, “The more ‘woke’ staff thought that urgent times called for urgent measures; the dangers of Trump’s presidency obviated the old standards.” The new leftist belief is that all the old values are actually only expressions of oppression.
The second factor is financial incentives. “Given its mostly liberal audience,” Abramson explains, “there was an implicit financial reward for the Times in running lots of Trump stories, almost all of them negative: they drove big traffic numbers and, despite the blip of cancellations after the election, inflated subscription orders to levels no one anticipated.” In other words, instead of reporting the truth irrespective of the financial considerations, the Times compromised its journalistic integrity in pursuit of the almighty dollar. That’s why it’s laughable and profoundly disingenuous when Leftmedia outfits like the Times complain and blame Trump for the American public’s loss of trust in the nation’s major news outlets.  ~The Patriot Post

CONFUSION:   Pelosi Says Constitution Spells Out ‘Two Co-Equal Branches’ Of Government

No Nancy. No.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi must be taking night classes at the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez School of Government.

Pelosi, the 79-year-old third-highest ranking official in the U.S. government, was speaking to the Center for American Progress today when she mistakenly said there are “two co-equal branches” of government, before correcting herself to say there are three.

“First of all, let me just say, we take an oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” Pelosi said.

“Democrats take that oath seriously, and we are committed to honoring our oath of office. I’m not sure that our Republican colleagues share that commitment, and I’m not sure that the president of the United States does, too,” she claimed.

“So, in light of the fact that the beauty of the Constitution is a system of checks and balances— two co-equal branches— three co-equal branches of government,” she corrected with a laugh.

“A check and balance on each other,” she continued. “Con— Constitution spells out the pri— pa, uh, the duties of Congress and one of them is oversight of the president of the United States, another one of them is to impeach the president of the United States,” Pelosi said.

In November, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez rallied supporters on Facebook to pitch in and help Democrats take back “all three chambers of Congress.”

“…the Progressive movement works and it wins in all districts…If we work our butts off to make sure that we take back all three chambers of Congress– three chambers of government…,” she said during the virtual appearance.

She clarified that she meant the “presidency, the Senate and the House.”

According to the Constitution, the three branches of government are the legislative, executive and judicial.

Below: Nancy Pelosi is continuing to promote the false narrative that President Trump is involved in a cover-up and therefore may be guilty of an impeachable offense. Millie Weaver joins Alex to break down the propaganda being used to overturn the democratic election of 2016
