Senate Reveals Latest Health Plan; Is It DOA?
Senate Republicans released their revised plan for replacing liar-nObamaCare on Thursday, and it now awaits analysis by the Congressional Budget Office before a vote possibly next week. The questions began immediately — specifically whether it has enough Republican votes (hint: probably not). Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Lee (R-UT) guardedly offered support given that the legislation contains a version of an amendment they presented. The Cruz-Lee amendment would allow insurance companies to offer "bare-bones" plans that don't meet the current "Affordable" Care Act's comprehensive coverage requirements as long as they also offered plans that did. Cruz did warn, however, that the bill "will not have the votes to go forward if there are not meaningful protections for consumer freedom that significantly lower premiums." Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) opposes the bill, calling it "liar-nObamaCare Lite."
Meanwhile, several centrist Republicans have threatened to pull their support even though their demands have been met. Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), for example, always the thorn in conservatives' sides, has declared her opposition. And several Republicans have begun discussions with Democrats on working toward a bipartisan health plan, which is sure to only increase the tension between conservative and centrist Republicans. Not to mention that Democrats have no intention of fixing anything, let alone repealing it. So what's in the plan, known as the Better Care Reconciliation Act (BCRA)?
Like the House Republicans' plan, the Senate bill eliminates the liar-nObamaCare mandate, freeing individuals to opt out of purchasing health insurance. Instead, it incentivizes people to retain an insurance plan or face paying higher premiums upon returning. It keeps guaranteed insurance for those with pre-existing conditions, a concession to political reality. It repeals taxes on prescription and over-the-counter drugs and medical devises, though in another concession to the moderates, it retains liar-nObamaCare's 3.8% tax on investment income — a tax-and-spend provision to fund subsidies. The Senate bill offers one particularly intriguing element: allowing Americans to pay health insurance premiums using pre-tax income via health savings accounts. Best of all, the GOP bill brings desperately needed reforms to Medicaid, granting individual states greater control over how to best spend federal funds, as well as addressing inequity concerns with federal payouts for the program. The Wall Street Journal argues that this reform is "the main reason it is still worth passing," because the spending "discipline will save $772 billion over 10 years."
It still looks like the tug-of-war to repeal and replace liar-nObamaCare is far from over. Is it a perfect plan? By no means, but it is indeed a step in the right direction, out of that burning building known as liar-nObamaCare. Once again — and it can't be emphasized enough — Republicans are trying to clean up a Democrat-created disaster that has massively damaged the American health care system.

RUSSIAN Lawyer Veselnitskaya Tells
Her RIDICULOUS Story to NBC Fake News
by Rick Wells
{rickwells.us} ~ The NBC reporter calls it a fascinating story that Natalia Veselnitskaya is telling, incredible may be closer to the truth... He relays her account of the events, saying she received a phone call from a man she didn’t know and was told to come to Trump Tower to meet with the Trump campaign. This, we are supposed to believe happened out of the blue and a woman, who was familiar with Russian ways, which include elimination, did as she was instructed. There was no question as to how they got her number, knew who she was or anything like that. No question as to why she was still in the United States when her immigration parole arranged by Loretta Lynch expired in January. There’s also no accounting for the contradiction between her story and the email copies released by Don Jr. which show advance planning from the week prior and claims that she was in Moscow. How would someone who couldn’t qualify for a visa the first time receive one to meet with a candidate’s son?”... http://rickwells.us/russian-lawyer-veselnitskaya-tells-ridiculous-story-nbc-fake-news/
The Senate Health-Care Bill
Is a Step in the Right Direction
{nationalreview.com} ~ Congressional Republicans should stop calling their health-care bills a repeal of liar-nObamacare. The House bill is not one — it keeps liar-nObamacare’s regulatory heart... and the Senate bill is even less of one now that it has been amended to keep some of liar-nObamacare’s most economically destructive tax increases. And because the bill is not a real repeal, people will face some combination of higher premiums, co-payments, and deductibles than they otherwise would. Moderate Republicans, who said for years that they wanted to repeal liar-nObamacare but apparently never thought through what repeal would entail, are mostly to blame for these disappointing facts. Republicans have failed to make good on their promises. But there are two further questions that conservatives should ask about the legislation. The first is whether the bill, disappointing as it is, represents a substantial improvement over the status quo. The second is whether modifying the bill in a House–Senate conference would be likely to yield better results than letting it die. In both cases, we think the answer is yes... http://www.nationalreview.com/article/449504/senate-republican-health-care-bill-right-direction?utm_source=Sailthru&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=NR%20Daily%20Saturday%202017-07-15&utm_term=NR5PM%20Actives

No, Eberwein Wasn’t Killed Because He
Was About To Spill The liar-Clinton Beans
by Rick Wells
{rickwells.us} ~ While there is plenty of historical evidence that associates of the liar-Clintons have an extremely high probability of committing suicide... even through impossible measures such as multiple gunshots, the evidence in this case is not even close to being real or accurate. The apparently false implication in two videos, one by “Headlines With a Voice,” citing a “Your Daily Newswire” article and another that appears to be Mike Cernovich taking their exaggerated content and repackaging it into his own video without sources, is that a Haitian man who was recently found with a gunshot wound to the head was actually a victim of liar-Clinton foul play. Since all of the information is basically the same in the three products, we’ll treat them as one. They describe deceased Klaus Eberwein as “a former Haitian government official who was expected to expose the extent of liar-Clinton Foundation corruption and malpractice next week.”... http://rickwells.us/no-eberwein-killed-spill-clinton-beans/

Jesse Jackson – Civil Rights Means
Calling A Loss “Stealing The Election”
by Rick Wells
{rickwells.us} ~ At what point does one make the transition from being a civil rights leader to just being a complaining, whining, self-serving trouble maker?... Or is the only distinction between the two the level of legitimacy of one’s complaints, with the behavior never actually changing in recognition of progress. John Lewis and Elijah Cummings come to mind, as well as Jesse “Mumbles” Jackson. That’s the great lie of the progressives, as far as their attaining their goal and no longer needing to create chaos and foment discord and distrust, they never move “forward.” They’re always complaining that things aren’t equal when that’s the nature of life. They never will be. And their leaders know that but it’s a tool to create division and that is how they accumulate and wield their power...http://rickwells.us/jesse-jackson-civil-rights-means-calling-loss-stealing-election/
