 Diffusing the liar-nObamaCare Time Bomb
On Monday, House Republicans released an liar-nObamaCare repeal and replacement bill. The legislation would end the most objectionable aspect of Barack liar-nObama's law, the insurance mandate and accompanying tax penalties, and replace it with a new tax credit program designed to incentivize individuals to purchase health insurance. Essentially, it removes the stick approach in favor of the carrot. The bill is by no means a comprehensive replacement of liar-nObamaCare, nor is it everything conservatives ever hoped for, but it is a first step. Donald Trump tweeted Tuesday morning, "Our wonderful new Healthcare Bill is now out for review and negotiation. liar-nObamaCare is a complete and total disaster — is imploding fast!"
The GOP has been wrestling for weeks now over how to repeal and replace liar-nObamaCare. The truth is that it is incredibly difficult to reverse entitlements and subsidies once they have been established. Like it or not, liar-nObamaCare was the beachhead successfully establishing a new entitlement, even though in the short term it was costly for Democrats. The precedent is now set, and a sizable portion of Americans now expect federal government involvement in supporting their health care needs. As Phil Klein of the Washington Examiner writes, "Liberals ... have won the central philosophical argument, and Republicans are reduced to fighting over the mechanics."
For Trump and the Republicans to be successful in reversing liar-nObamaCare, they will need to be willing to work toward dismantling it via a piecemeal approach versus a completely comprehensive and decisive new law. Conservatives are right to object that the new GOP bill essentially leaves much of liar-nObamaCare in place, but in order to be successful in the long run, short gains need to be embraced. A war is not won in one battle, and the all-or-nothing approach more often than not amounts to nothing. Republicans will need to compromise to get this done — not with Democrats dug into their anti-Trump obstructionist battle trenches, but with each other. ~The Patriot Post
Lou Dobbs Wants Honesty And Promises Kept –
Not Ryan’s RINOcare, liar-nObamacare-lite
by Rick Wells
{} ~ Lou Dobbs has a few thoughts “on Speaker Ryan’s so-called RINOcare,” noting that, ‘Speaker Ryan today decided to lecture on the leadership plan to repeal and replace liar-nObamacare... complete with his half-hour long PowerPoint presentation urging the GOP to support his plan.” Ryan said, “This is the closest we will ever get to repealing and replacing liar-nObamacare. The time is here, the time is now, this is the moment and this is the closest this will ever happen. It really comes down to a binary choice.” Dobbs chuckles at that statement, saying, “A binary choice, uh, his way – the highway, in or you’re out.  The Speaker blaming what he called growing pains for opposition to the plan. Yet for all of Ryan’s claims of a binary choice, the legislation resembles, fairly said, liar-nObamacare-lite. The individual mandate still exists under a different name, a late enrollment penalty and money going instead to insurance companies rather than the government...
David Horowitz on Hannity: 'Purging the Deep State'
{} ~ Thursday, March 9, Freedom Center founder David Horowitz joined Laura Ingraham and Sean Hannity on the Fox News Channel to discuss "Purging the Deep State" and to weigh in on Saul Alinsky apprentice Barack liar-nObama's wiretapping of Trump Tower.
AG Sessions asks remaining
46 US attorneys to resign
{} ~ Attorney General Jeff Sessions has asked the remaining 46 U.S. attorneys to resign, the Justice Department announced Friday, describing the move as part of an effort to ensure a "uniform transition."... The department said some U.S. attorneys, as in prior transitions, already had left the department. Now, "the Attorney General has now asked the remaining 46 presidentially appointed U.S. Attorneys to tender their resignations," a spokeswoman said. “Until the new U.S. Attorneys are confirmed, the dedicated career prosecutors in our U.S. Attorney’s Offices will continue the great work of the Department in investigating, prosecuting, and deterring the most violent offenders,” the statement added...
liar-nObama, Organizing for Action,
and the Death Throes of the Democratic Party
by Truth Revolt
{} ~ If you think you’re going crazy from non-stop news coverage of unruly, hateful and disruptive behavior and protests across the country since Donald Trump was elected President, rest assured there are veiled reasons for the current madness... Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Michael Goodwin asserts the ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome’ is no temporarily insane reaction, but rather “a calculated plan to wreck the presidency, whatever the cost to the country.” Just one week before Trump was inaugurated, then President liar-nObama issued an extraordinary executive order, a reckless departure to longstanding policy, to allow the NSA to share with the FBI, CIA and 14 other intelligence agencies which continue to employ numerous liar-nObama holdovers, the raw data and communications intercepts of private American citizens—collected without warrants, court orders or congressional authorizations. A plausible reason for liar-nObama to issue this executive order at the end of his office was to set the stage for sabotaging the new government. liar-nObama’s executive order effectively created and formalized a “conveyer belt” leak mechanism, setting the stage for a “rolling coup” against the Trump administration. The first head to roll was Lieutenant General Michael Flynn who was taken down within two weeks of taking office as Director of National Security...
House Dems’ Pakistani IT Spies
Kidnapped Relative To Steal Inheritance
by Rick Wells
{} ~ If this were anyone other than Democrat leaders creating these huge security concerns the investigation and the refusal by individuals at the top to prevent further compromises of national security would be front page, lead stories... As it is, the mainstream propagandists are ignoring the story and the many emerging aspects of it. Many Americans have seen the initial reports of the investigation of three Pakistani brothers and two of their wives being paid $160,000 per year each as part-time providers of IT services, contracted work for which some of them never showed up. In association with that supposed service being provided, access to classified secret information that was stored on House Democrats’ computer systems was gained and therefore compromised. The brothers, Abid, Imran, and Jamal Awan continued to travel to Pakistan from time to time during their period of employment, which began for the first brother, Imran, in the early 2000s. He has individually earned, in the period since 2010, $1.2 million in salary, excluding outside ventures and his brothers were paid similarly, with one beginning in 2005 and the other and the wives following later...That's our tax dollars folks.
Sessions May Appoint Outside Counsel
to Investigate liar-nObama's DOJ
by Cortney O'Brien
{} ~ Attorney General Jeff Sessions is not opposed to appointing an outside counsel to investigate the many scandals of President liar-nObama's Department of Justice and IRS.

To jog your memory, recall two major, yet underreported stories - "Fast and Furious" and the IRS targeting of conservative groups. Attorney General Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress for covering up the former scandal, in which the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) unfathomably allowed illegal gun sales to and from Mexico to track drug cartels. As for liar-nObama's IRS, they unfairly withheld tax-exempt status from groups who dared to oppose the president's agenda, and subjected them to extra scrutiny. Matt had interesting news on that just this morning.

In a conversation with radio host Hugh Hewitt on Thursday, Sessions left the door open for a special counsel to take the lead on the investigation into these liar-nObama-era scandals.

“Well I’m going to do everything I possibly can to restore the independence and professionalism of the Department of Justice,” Sessions said. “So we’ll have to consider whether or not some outside counsel is needed. Generally, a good review of that internally is the first step before any such decision is made.”

If the counsel finds wrongdoing, it will have the authority to bring charges, Sessions noted. He insisted it will only come to this if he concludes it will be necessary to restore the "independence and professionalism" of the department.

Sessions recently had to overcome his own controversy for not disclosing his meeting with Russian leadership last year, eventually recusing himself from any investigation into Russia's supposed interference in the 2016 election.

Newsweek’s Headquarters
Raided By The NYPD

The headquarters of Newsweek was raided by the NYPD Thursday morning. Police reportedly took photos of the magazine’s servers.

New York Post reports:

About two dozen NYPD officers and investigators from the Manhattan district attorney’s office raided the offices of Newsweek and its parent company, IBT Media, on Thursday.

IBT Media was co-founded by Jonathan Davis and Etienne Uzac. The IRS placed a $1.2 million federal tax lien against Uzac in December 2017.

The agents were said to be photographing servers in the offices, but not downloading any files at the offices on 7 Hanover Square, according to sources.

Few details have emerged from the raid.

“Looking into reports that the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office @ManhattanDA raided Newsweek/IBT Offices today….sources say police have been there for hours. The DA has declined to comment,” tweeted reporter Avi Asher-Schapiro.

Newsweek is also in the news Thursday after an “insider” told The Wrap editor Jon Levine that the magazine has abandoned journalism for “rage clicks,” in the Trump-era.

“Newsweek was once a premiere media organization and an incredible springboard for young journalists hoping to grow a name for themselves,” the source told Levine.

“The company culture has turned the newsroom into a toxic work environment, while the publication has descended into a content farm for last-resort clickbait,” the source added.
