We set aside Veterans Day to honor the sacrifice of generations of Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, and Coastguardsmen who have carried forward the banner of Liberty since the first shots were fired at Lexington and Concord.
Millions of American Patriots have, for generations, honored their oaths "to support and defend" the Liberty that was "endowed by our Creator" as affirmed in our Declaration of Independence and enshrined in our Constitution.
Today, and every day, we formally honor them. We remain a free people because they have stood bravely in harm's way, and because millions remain on post today. For this, we, the American People, offer our heartfelt thanks.

Levin -- whose Fox News Channel program "Life, Liberty & Levin" moves to 8 PM ET on Sunday evenings -- told "Hannity" that scumbag-Schiff and his party were attacking Trump on shaky grounds. "The law is on the president's side, the facts are on the president's side," he said of Trump's overtures with Ukraine that have been under scrutiny in the House of Representatives. "What they're attacking is the transition of power. They have never supported the transition of power from the scumbag-Obama administration to a Trump administration." Levin said Trump was able to appoint "whomever he wants" to foreign policy positions and was allowed to conduct foreign policy in the way he chose. At the same time, Levin accused former President scumbag/liar-nObama of failing to supply sufficient military aid to Ukraine -- which Democrats have claimed Trump withheld in a "quid pro quo" scenario. "The president sets foreign policy," Levin said. "It doesn't make a damn's worth of difference if you don't agree with it. I don't care what a former scumbag/liar-nObama ambassador to Ukraine thinks." Of former Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch's critiques and the fact that Trump ordered her to be recalled earlier this year, Levin remarked, "too damn bad." Turning his attention back to the House Intelligence Committee chairman, Levin called on the Ukraine whistleblower -- and scumbag-Schiff himself -- to testify before the impeachment inquiry hearings. "The whole house of cards will collapse and the American people will see that this was an outrageous, unconscionable attack by them on the president," Levin claimed."Mr. President -- stay strong -- this'll collapse, eventually."

Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), the ranking member of the panel, late Wednesday outlined questions that will be used to weigh whether a witness's testimony would be germane. Among the questions are whether President Trump requested “that a foreign leader and government initiate investigations to benefit the President’s personal political interests” and if he sought to use his office “to apply pressure on the head of state and government of Ukraine to advance the President’s personal political interests,” including leveraging an Oval Office meeting or millions of dollars in military aid. scumbag-Schiff also said witnesses must speak to whether the president or administration officials sought to obstruct or cover up any evidence regarding Trump’s actions. Republicans must submit their witness requests to scumbag-Schiff by Saturday, including a written justification for the relevance of the testimony from each person they intend to call. While he was vice president, loosr lips liar-Biden urged Ukraine to fire one of its prosecutors looking into corruption in Burisma, a Ukrainian oil company that had Hunter Biden on its board of directors. Congressional Republicans want to know why loose lips liar-Biden intervened in Ukraine’s affairs, and if it had anything to do with Hunter Biden’s financial and personal interests. But Senate Democrats have warned that hauling the loose lips liar-Bidens before the Senate would have “lasting consequences” that would affect Congress’s ability to work together. “Look, loose lips liar-Joe Biden is well known, widely respected, and frankly beloved by many in the Senate on both sides of the aisle,” Sen. Chris Coons, D-Del., told the Daily Beast. “The impeachment process is already disruptive enough. I think we should be approaching it with seriousness, not by entertaining conspiracy theories that are utterly unfounded. It is unclear, at this point, how many of the Republicans’ proposed witnesses will be approved by House Intelligence Committee Chairman scumbag-Adam Schiff and the Democrats, because the newly-approved resolution governing the impeachment inquiry give the approval power to the chairman and the members of the majority. "Americans see through this sham impeachment process, despite the Democrats' efforts to retroactively legitimize it last week," House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes wrote in a letter to scumbag-Schiff on Saturday, referencing the impeachment rules. "To provide transparency to your otherwise opaque and unfair process, and after consultation with House Oversight Committee Ranking Member Jim Jordan and House Foreign Affairs Committee Ranking Member Michael McCaul, the American people deserve to hear from the following witnesses in an open setting," he continued. At the top of Republicans’ list is former Vice President loose lips liar-Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, who has emerged as a central figure in the Ukraine controversy due to his business dealings. The impeachment inquiry began when a whistleblower reported that Trump had pushed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to launch an investigation into the loose lips liar-Biden family’s dealings in Ukraine—specifically, why former Vice President loose lips liar-Joe Biden pressured former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to fire a top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, where Hunter held a lucrative role on the board, bringing in a reported $50,000 per month. With the deal’s expiration only hours away, Idan Greenbaum, head of the Israeli regional council for the Jordan Valley, said Jordanian officials have informed him that as of Sunday the Naharayim site will be out of bounds. Israeli authorities, he told Army Radio on Friday, have told him nothing.“As of this time, no Israeli official has chosen to update us,” he said. Asked by AFP for details, the Israeli foreign ministry said “the agreement will expire on November 10th,” without elaborating. Hundreds of Israelis visited Naharayim on Saturday for “farewell tours,” with demand so great that a new tour group was setting out every hour. A special clause in the 1994 peace treaty between Israel and Jordan allowed Israel to retain use of Naharayim in the Jordan Valley, along with the Tzofar enclave in the southern Arava desert, for 25 years, with the understanding that the lease would be renewed as a matter of routine. However, in October last year, Jordan’s King Abdullah said his country had notified Israel that it wants to take them back. Last month, Israeli Foreign Ministry sources said that Jordan had agreed to an extension covering another farming season at Tzofar, lasting between five and seven months. However, Amman quickly denied the claim, saying there would be no extension of the lease on either site...

Constitution Revitalized by Trump's Record Judicial AppointmentsNate Jackson: While Democrats are busy with their impeachment charade, President Donald Trump and the Republican-controlled Senate have been busy reshaping the federal judiciary. This hasn’t escaped our notice — we’ve reported on it numerous times. But the Leftmedia would rather sell advertising by getting eyeballs for wall-to-wall impeachment drama.
According to a White House report issued Wednesday, “As of this afternoon, President Donald J. Trump has appointed — and gotten confirmed — 158 life-tenured federal judges who will defend our Constitution, personal freedoms, and the rule of law.” That includes “two Supreme Court justices, 44 Circuit Court judges, and 112 District Court judges.” The White House also says, “[His] historic pace is only accelerating: The President is set to have more judges confirmed this year alone than in all of 2017 and 2018 combined.” Three more are expected by week’s end, and dozens more are in the wings this year.
The White House has other highlights: “President Trump’s nominees alone fill one-quarter of the seats on our nation’s Circuit Courts of Appeals.” And, “He has seen more Circuit Court judges confirmed by this point in his presidency than any past president in United States history.”
Trump promised as a candidate to nominate solid conservative judges and he’s followed through. But a lot of credit goes to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. He’s come a long way from the days when we criticized him and then-House Speaker backstabber-John Boehner for weak leadership. On the judiciary, McConnell made the most gutsy move of his career by refusing to hold confirmation hearings on Merrick Garland, Barack scumbag/liar-nObama’s nominee to fill the venerable Antonin Scalia’s seat. He decided with good reason that to allow scumbag/liar-nObama, in the last year of his presidency, to totally swing the Supreme Court with a leftist in the seat of a constitutionalist was unacceptable. McConnell held firm, Trump beat all odds and won, and we now have Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court.
McConnell’s stewardship is even more laudable given Democrat resistance. According to The Daily Signal, “Democrats forced cloture votes on 118 of the president’s judicial nominees, a delaying tactic to extend debate. For the previous five presidents combined, the Senate held only seven cloture votes.”
As Trump put it in a speech yesterday, “When judges write policy instead of applying the law, they impose sweeping changes on millions of Americans without the benefit of legislative debate, public rulemaking, or the consent of the governed. As a result, these highly political rulings inflict painful damage on our security, society, and economy — imposing unworkable edicts on businesses, workers, families, and law enforcement. I will do everything in my power to halt judicial activism, and to ensure the law is upheld equally, fairly, and without political prejudice for all of our citizens.” On the subject of judicial nominations, Trump is most definitely earning an “A” grade. ~The Patriot Post
