Collins Fires Back At scumbag liar-Nadler
Deadline, Slams ‘Hurried And
Partisan’ Impeachment
by VIRGINIA KRUTA
{ dailycaller.com } ~ Georgia Republican Rep. Doug Collins fired back at House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry scumbag liar-Nadler Saturday over his deadline for Republican participation in the ongoing impeachment process... Collins, who serves as ranking member of Judiciary Committee, sent a letter to scumbag liar-Nadler over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend requesting a more balanced approach to the hearings that were scheduled to begin in that committee on December 4. Noting that the current schedule was only slated to include testimony from four academic witnesses, Collins argued that scumbsag liar-Nadler should convene an expanded panel that would “give the American people a wider array of perspectives regarding impeachment. “I further request that you equally allocate those witnesses to the majority and minority’s choosing,” he added. Collins concluded by adding that the Committee should strive to retain “its credibility and its historically preeminent role” in the impeachment process, saying that the best way to do so would be to refrain from “rushing to articles of impeachment or hearing only from scholars with demonstrated animosity towards the President.” “Throughout this hurried and partisan impeachment process, I have consistently requested mere fairness from members of the majority. An equal distribution of experts for the December 4 hearing would be a small concession to demonstrate to the American people this impeachment inquiry is not merely political theater,” he said.

The State of Israel v. Benjamin Netanyahu
The specifics of the PM’s indictment
By RAOUL WOOTLIFF
{ timesofisrael.com } ~ Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu used to crow that “there will be nothing to come from the criminal investigations against him because there is nothing to the allegations.”... On Thursday, November 21, 2019, announcing the first-ever criminal indictment against a sitting Israeli prime minister, Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit upended that claim. It turned out, according to the charges laid out by Mandelblit, that there was something. Quite a lot, actually. The investigations into Netanyahu, he specified, required the filing of bribery, fraud and breach of trust charges against the prime minister, spelled out in a 63-page charge sheet that was delivered to Netanyahu’s lawyers, and to the Knesset speaker, that same day. “The State of Israel v. Benjamin son of Benzion Netanyahu,” begins the indictment presented by Mandelblit and his team of state prosecutors. The three cases against Netanyahu “to be referred from now on as ‘the defendant Netanyahu,'” the charge sheet instructs can be summarized, as they are in the opening of the indictment, as follows: Case 1000 involves accusations that Netanyahu received “gifts and benefits” from billionaire benefactors, including Israeli-born Hollywood producer Arnon Milchan, in exchange for various favors; - Case 2000 involves accusations that Netanyahu agreed with Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper publisher Arnon Mozes “to weaken a rival daily,” in return for more favorable coverage from Yedioth; - Case 4000 — the most serious against the premier — involves accusations that Netanyahu “advanced regulatory decisions” that benefited Shaul Elovitch, the controlling shareholder in the Bezeq telecom giant, to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars, in exchange for positive coverage from Elovitch’s Walla news site. Prosecutors, as the indictment details, are charging Netanyahu with bribery, fraud, and breach of trust in Case 4000, and fraud and breach of trust in Case 1000 and Case 2000...

liar-Pelosi: Compromise on
trade deal ‘within range’
By SABRINA RODRIGUEZ
{ politico.com } ~ Speaker liar-Nancy Pelosi said Monday that House Democrats and the Trump administration have worked out their issues on the USMCA, but she wants to see it in writing before declaring victory... “We are within range of a substantially improved agreement for America’s workers. Now, we need to see our progress in writing from the Trade Representative for final review,” liar-Pelosi said in a statement. U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer had a sit-down with liar-Pelosi and House Ways and Means Chairman Richard Neal (D-Mass.) late last week to discuss the last sticking points with the NAFTA update. They did not strike a deal then but committed to continuing talks this week in an effort to finish negotiations. liar-Pelosi and Democrats have repeatedly said they need to be sure the new pact includes stronger enforcement mechanisms before a House vote could be held. “The NAFTA 2.0 draft lacked the concrete, effective enforcement mechanisms needed to ensure that the agreement became more than a list of promises on paper,” liar-Pelosi said. Lighthizer has been negotiating with a group of nine House Democrats since June to address Democrats’ four major areas of concern: enforcement, labor and environmental standards, as well as prescription drug pricing. Lighthizer’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the status of the deal. The Trump administration and supporters of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement on Capitol Hill and in the private sector have long wanted Congress to pass the deal before the end of the year...

Democrats May Be Looking to
Get ‘Out’ of This Impeachment Spectacle
By David Kamioner
{ thepoliticalinsider.com } ~ With poll numbers headed south on impeachment and even worse numbers showing up about the impeachment inquiry against President Donald Trump... House Democrats may be looking for “an off-ramp” on the process, according to House Freedom Caucus Chairman Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) during a Friday night appearance on Fox News’ “Hannity.” Democrats, he said, are “feeling some heat, some discomfort about pursuing the impeachment, and especially in light of what came out in the last two weeks of … the open hearings,” said Biggs. That exit could be an official censure, a negative vote out of the House Judiciary committee, or a failure to bring the impeachment bill in front of the full House. Dems know that if the soon-to-begin Judiciary Committee hearings sit as badly with the voting public as the earlier impeachment inquiry hearings did out of the House Intelligence Committee, then their once-thought advantage against Trump will continue to turn against them. If a trial begins in the Senate, where the GOP has the majority, and the Republicans play hard ball as the Dems have in the House, then the current Democrat problem could turn into a catastrophe for them and a boon for Trump. In the Senate, the GOP lawmakers could call any witness they choose, including Hunter Biden, Dem primary leader and former Vice President loose lips liar-Joe Biden, Rep. scumbag/liar-Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), members of scumbag/liar-Schiff’s staff — and yes, the CIA “informer” whose complaint to an inspector general about Trump’s July 25 phone call with the president of Ukraine began this latest phase of the continuing Democratic hoax against the president. If that were to happen, one could see the unprecedented spectacle of the presumptive presidential nominee of a major American political party on a witness stand in the United States Senate. The drama would be great — but so would the cost to the nation. If revelations come to light by aggressive GOP cross-examination and witness testimony that the entire trial was based on false claims and vague hearsay, the Dems would suffer badly for it in the general election. Actually, they’re beginning to suffer already...

Iran, Russia, China to Hold Joint
Wargames in ‘Message to the World’
by Adam Kredo
{ freebeacon.com } ~ Iran, China, and Russia will hold in the coming weeks their first-ever joint war drills, which leaders say are meant to send a "message to the world"... about increased military cooperation between the rogue countries. The commander of Iran's navy, Rear Admiral Hossein Khanzadi, said Wednesday that the Islamic Republic will team up with Moscow and Beijing within the next month to hold the mass war drills. "When we talk about joint wargames, we are talking about two or more countries with a high level of relations in various political, economic and social fields, which culminate in cooperation in the military sector, with wargames usually being the highest level of such cooperation," Khanzadi was quoted as saying in remarks to Iran's state-controlled press. "A joint wargame between several countries, whether on land, at sea, or in the air, indicates a remarkable expansion of cooperation among them," the military leader said. The joint war drills will be aimed at sending a message to the world, particularly Western nations, like the United States, that have sought to constrain Iran's expanding military ambitions. "The joint wargame between Iran, Russia, and China, which will hopefully be conducted next month, carries the same message to the world, that these three countries have reached a meaningful strategic point in their relations, with regard to their shared and non-shared interests, and by non-shared I mean the respect we have for one another’s national interests," Khanzadi was quoted as saying. The Iranian military leader emphasized the importance of performing military drills in the sea, where the Islamic Republic has been particularly troublesome for Western nations. Iranian naval vessels routinely harass American military ships and have played a role in various sabotage efforts aimed at disrupting international shipping lanes. "The wargame seeks to deliver this message to the world that any kind of security at sea must include the interests of all concerned countries. We do not condone the kind of security that only caters to the benefits of one specific country at a specific time and which disregards the security of others," Khanzadi said. "Seas, which are used as a platform for conducting global commerce, cannot be exclusively beneficial to certain powers.

Republicans Will Live to Regret
Joining Climate Alarmists
By Gamaliel Isaac
{ americanthinker.com } ~ Anxiety about global warming is skyrocketing in the Western world to the point one psychiatrist says, "I believe that everyone now has some climate anxiety." It's no wonder. Western leaders stoke the fires... On November 28, 2019, the European parliament declared a global climate emergency. Its members were responding in part to a children's crusade to save the planet. In March 2019, millions of children in over 120 countries skipped school to embark on what has become a series of "climate strikes." Young speakers raised alarming scenarios like what would happen when people without food and water "sought sanctuary and were faced with cages and guns instead." "Climate crisis" and "climate emergency" are replacing the neutral-sounding "climate change." Then there's the threatening "extreme weather," which has become a major focus as warming has stalled over the last two decades. Climate alarmists blame rising, man-made CO2 emissions for supposedly ever more frequent and intense hurricanes, tornadoes, volcanic activity, drought, flooding, and snowstorms. Never mind that twenty years ago, David Viner, a senior research scientist of the climatic research unit of the University of East Anglia, predicted that "children just aren't going to know what snow is." Tony Heller, a contributor to
realclimatechange.com, made a video showing news clips of "extreme weather" from the 1930s, when carbon dioxide levels were low. He narrated: "It was by far the hottest decade on record in the United States. The deadliest flooding in human history occurred in China in the 1930s. ... The worst droughts in U.S. history also occurred in the 1930s. Eighty percent of the U.S. was in drought during July 85 years ago. The heat and drought led to massive dust storms. The U.S. also had some of its worst flooding on record during the 1930s. ... The most intense hurricane in modern U.S. history occurred in 1935. ... Climatologists simply omit the 1930s from their graphs." While the fear of global warming, which propels so many to engage in protests, is real enough, the motives of climate alarmist leaders, by their own account, are mixed. A spokesperson for the climate change activist organization Extinction Rebellion (XR) said the group makes unsubstantiated predictions of billions of deaths within just a few years because "alarmist language works." In 1988, the former Canadian minister of the environment told editors and reporters of the Calgary Herald: "No matter if the science of global warming is all phony ... climate change provides the greatest opportunity to bring about justice and equality in the world." Ottmar Edenhofer, co-chair of the U.N.'s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change working group from 2008 to 2015, explained, "One has to free oneself from the illusion that international climate policy is environmental policy." The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)'s latest report calls for governments around the world to take over finance, restructure entire economies, and undertake massive international wealth transfers to equalize incomes around the world. The U.N. is considering taxing financial transactions, international air travel, and fossil fuels to redistribute the wealth. Even Rep. commie-Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's former chief of staff, Saikat Chakrabarti, admitted that the motivation behind introducing her vaunted Green New Deal is to overhaul the "entire economy." For politicians, a motivation to jump on the climate alarm bandwagon is that it wins votes. Prime Minister Trudeau's campaign for a carbon tax helped him win the 2019 election. According to the National Post, the Canadian voting public overwhelmingly supported parties that supported the carbon tax, leading CBC News to declare Canada's carbon tax "the big election winner" and "the only landslide victor" in this election...
