Lobbies, American Jobs And ILLEGAL Immigration Policy Go Hand In Hand
An ole TPP friend had made the following reply: "So now Gianormous Global Corporations are the lobbyists for foreign nations, forced to be so, much as American business is forced to be the Sheriff of Nottingham for the Federal Robbing Hoods."
My Reply:
And, as long as lobbies...which include the likes of Wall Street, George Soros, as well as "green" energy, etc, control the Chamber of Commerce, and the unions, which in turn control the elected officials and the candidates alike, America WILL continue maintaining the very progressive "open border" policy which is very much a socio-economic National Security problem.
My question is: Is the global economy now as intwined and ingrained within the American culture / psyche as SocSec and Medicare is? I say, not YET! But, the moment the US relinquished its WELL EARNED status as a WORLD leader of manufacturing...even bigger than even Germany was post WW1, skilled trade labor began diminishing across the country as well. And, what became the by-product of that? The entitlement / welfare culture.
Has any of you noticed that the "outspoken" Trump has diddly-squat to say about the chokehold that the lobbies I mentioned above, INCLUDING THE UNIONS, are as much to blame, if not moreso, than our tax policies? Hmmm....
