I, James Seigfreid, being of sound mind and body, hereby assert and declare that I am no longer affiliated in any way, shape or form with "I Am Listening With Leah Lax and Co-Host Jim Seigfreid" on BlogTalkRadio.com, the person of Leah Lax, or the Campaign to Elect Leah Lax President in the capacity of Campaign Secretary, as lawfully recorded, or any other affiliation assumed or implied, and have provided in writing to said person and campaign a letter of formal resignation dated August 27 @ 10:49 p.m., the contents of which shall remain private as advised. Any and all future communications between said subjects are hereby prohibited and such termination shall be binding. All previous communications via e-mail have been removed from public access, have been sealed in a private folder including hard-copy, and are not for public disclosure or discussion.
