As a fan of history in my high school, I grew up idolizing America as a model nation where individual liberty and independence have the "right of way" over anything else. While watching the debate over the debt ceiling, I have noticed that somewhere along the way people got addicted to dependence on government handouts so much that they forgot the fact that "dependence" is opposite to "independence"! They forgot the fact that social welfare is a form of slavery to the state that will eventually cost our liberty!
Someone, save the nation from this slippery slope of over dependence on the state ! I hope tea party will be able take this revolution to its logical victory!
