Levin - Mueller-DOJ Coup is Attempt
to Humiliate Trump, Force Him to Resign
{ } ~ Beginning in earnest at the approximate 2:28 point in the video, Mark Levin cuts through the DOJ smoke machine... to get to what really is going on with the Mueller inquisition, saying, “Mr. Mueller wants to interview the President and he wants to interview him under the most onerous circumstances. What is the purpose of an interview like that, based on those 49 general areas?” He continues, “His purpose is to indict the President. Now what’s the purpose of indicting the President? To try the president and to find him guilty. What’s the purpose of a conviction? It’s to remove the President of the United States from office. That’s the bottom line.” He points out, “No president has ever been indicted while in office, not one. No President has ever been forced before a federal grand jury, not one. No President has ever been removed from office by the United States Senate in two-thirds vote of the Senate. Not one. Mueller’s purpose, his purpose is to remove the President.”...Why not just firer Mueller?
Saudi Arabia intercept missiles fired at its capital city
{ } ~ Early Tuesday morning, several news wires had reported the Saudi’s intercepted missiles headed for the capital... Luckily, the Saudi’s were able to intercept the missiles and shoot them down before they reached their targets. The missile launch was claimed by the Iran-aligned Houthis. The Houthis said the launch was meant to attack high-valued economic targets in Riyadh. While the Houthis were not successful this time, it does not appear they will be lying low anytime soon...
Military Analyst Tells rino-John McCain
Torture Works, It Worked On You
by Rusty
{ } ~ Fox News military analyst Thomas McInerney disputed assertions made by Senator rino-John McCain that torture doesn’t work... saying “it worked on him” and “that’s why they call him ‘Songbird rino-John.'” The shocking statements came in the midst of a discussion on rino-McCain opposing President Trump’s CIA director nominee, Gina Haspel. The senator opposes Haspel’s nomination based on her involvement in an enhanced interrogation program – a necessity to combat global terrorism – during the Bush administration. “Her role in overseeing the use of torture is disturbing and her refusal to acknowledge torture’s immorality is disqualifying,” rino-McCain said...
Blue states rally to upend Electoral College,
with addition of Connecticut
by Alex Pappas
{ } ~ Connecticut is joining a growing alliance of liberal states in a "pact" that would supposedly allow them to change the way presidents are picked... by allocating each state's electoral votes to the winner of the national popular vote. The uphill campaign, which if ever brought to fruition would almost certainly face a court challenge, has gained renewed attention amid Democratic grumbling about the Electoral College in the wake of President Trump's 2016 win. While he defeated liar-Hillary Clinton in the electoral vote, he lost the popular vote by 2.9 million ballots. Enter the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, which blue states are joining to commit to allocating their electoral votes to the national popular-vote winner -- regardless of their own state results...What a big mistake that will be. Grow up liberals.

Making a Mockery of Legal Immigration

by Arnold Ahlert:  Many things divide Americans. But most polarizing is the reality that some Americans, mostly conservative, believe in the Rule of Law. Other Americans, mostly progressive, also believe in the Rule of Law — but only if it aligns with their political agenda. Nothing reveals the divide better than the progressive effort to champion illegal immigration and an open-to-all asylum system, while virtually ignoring immigrants who play by the rules.

If a picture scum-Keith Ellison, deputy chairman of the Democrat National Committee (DNC), taken during the May Day parade in Minneapolis doesn’t end up in ads run by every GOP politician running in November, Republicans are brain-dead. It features scum-Ellison wearing a T-shirt with the words “Yo No Creo En Fronteras” emblazoned on the front. Translation? “I do not believe in borders.
In a sane nation, a prominent member of a national party advocating for the end of national sovereignty — and by extension, the Constitution itself — would be committing career suicide. In this one, scum-Ellison is joined by the likes of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who was so incensed about a raid conducted by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in April that he sent the agency a “cease and desist” letter.
Cease and desist doing what? In a statement detailing the arrest of 225 illegals during a six-day period that month, ICE revealed that “more than 180 were convicted criminals or had criminal charges pending, more than 80 had been issued a final order of removal and failed to depart the United States or had been previously removed from the United States and returned illegally. Several had prior felony convictions for serious or violent offenses, such as child sex crimes, weapons charges, and assault, or had past convictions for significant or multiple misdemeanors.”
Cuomo’s response? The letter sent to acting ICE Director Thomas Homan stated that ICE agents “have become increasingly reckless and reflect a serious disregard for the rule of law.” Cuomo further asserted that if all illegal immigrants working on New York farms were arrested, it would engender a cut of more than $1.37 billion in the state’s agricultural industry production.
It might also engender a cut in the state’s $16.9 billion in welfare spending — second highest in the nation — as well as a cut in the murderous spree conducted by the MS-13 gang-bangers responsible for at least 30 deaths on Long Island alone.
Undaunted by such inconvenient realities, Cuomo has signed an executive orderprohibiting the arrest of any illegal immigrants in state buildings without a warrant, and has announced plans to add another $10 million in taxpayer outlays to a legal defense fund for illegals who get arrested.
Actress Cynthia Nixon, running to the left of Cuomo for the state’s gubernatorial nomination, illuminates the essence of progressive arrogance. “These attacks on immigrants by Donald Trump’s ICE agents don’t reflect American values, and they don’t reflect New York’s values,” she asserted.
Not immigrants, Ms. Nixon. Illegal immigrants. Moreover, there is no “value” whatsoever in ideologically based, selective law enforcement — other than the progressive lust for unassailable power.
Amidst these contemptible machinations, genuine American values are being obscured. “America’s most forgotten men and women may be the legal immigrants who acquire their visas, scale no barriers, and patiently await their green cards and citizenship ceremonies,” writes columnist Deroy Murdock. “Amid the raging DACA debates, the fugitive-city outrages, and [the infamous] Honduran-caravan epic at the San Diego–Tijuana border, these overlooked individuals ring America’s doorbell rather than pry open the back entrance.
Legal immigrants are not forgotten. They are marginalized by a Democrat-Media Complex that knows such people represent a mortal threat to The Narrative™ — a narrative that requires the deliberate conflation of “legal” and “illegal” immigrant, because absent the critical distinction, progressive assertions that Americans who disagree with their agenda are racist, bigoted, xenophobic and nativist ring exceedingly hollow.
Without that conflation, Americans would be constantly reminded of the stark difference between law-abiding and respectful people requesting entry and the activist-abetted, often lawless arrogance of those demanding it.
Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) senior researcher Nayla Rush, who legally emigrated from Lebanon and endured the costs and legal requirements associated with doing so, is taken aback by the attitude of the Central American caravaners — caravaners indoctrinated and enabled by the Pueblo Sin Fronteras (PSF) activist group. “I could comprehend someone wanting a better life, sneaking in, and, if caught, feeling apologetic,” she explains. “But these people are marching in front of cameras, in front of the whole world. They demand to be admitted here. Where does this sense of entitlement come from?
It comes from several realities that make an utter mockery of legal immigration. “The DOJ had made it clear to caravan members that they would be arrested,” explainscolumnist Daniel Greenfield. “But because of the law, they can only be charged with a misdemeanor.
Moreover, changes enacted by the U.S. Sentencing Commission during the last year of the liar-nObama administration generally reduced the sentences for those illegally crossing the border after being previously deported.
Yet probably the most important piece of the entitlement mentality is driven by the bastardization of good intentions that initially precipitated the welcoming of refugees during World War II and the Cold War. The United Nations created the 1951 Convention and the 1967 Protocol that defined the term “refugee,” outlined refugee rights, and illuminated the legal obligations of the world’s signatory nations to protect them. The U.S. became a signatory in 1968.
Yet as Greenfield further explains, policies initially aimed at helping those fleeing genuine oppression or catastrophe have been watered down to include an “economic migrant from a non-democratic country, a country suffering from natural disasters, a civil war or crime,” he writes. The problem? “That’s most of the planet.
Thus it should surprise no one that the Rule of Law, which requires a reasonable amount of timeliness to be effective, is the first casualty. The backlog of cases addressing the combination of illegals and “refugees” waiting to have their status adjudicated has exceeded one million, precipitating 684,000 delayed deportations.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions has taken steps to disincentivize illegal crossings, separating illegal immigrant parents from their children, rather than keeping them in detention together. “If you cross this border unlawfully, then we will prosecute you,” Sessions warned. “It’s that simple.”
That separation policy has long existed, but is now being enforced because the number of attempted border breaches tripled from last April to this April.
Cue the leftist outrage. “This administration is set on tearing families apart, detaining immigrants without justification,” said Vedant Patel of the DNC.
The American Left is attempting to tear the country apart — eviscerating the Rule of Law and calling it “compassion.”
Murdock spoke to a Russian named Boris, who has waited 12 years — and spent $83,000 — in his quest for citizenship. “Those who violated U.S. laws to get here, arrived through acts of disrespect for this country. Why do these people get to go ahead of me?” he asks.
Between now and November, every Democrat should have to answer that question.

TEA PARTY -> Lois Lerner Case Explodes:
IRS Docs Link McCain’s Office To Tea Party Attacks

Since announcing his brain cancer was terminal, Arizon Sen. John McCain has continued to make headlines, but not due to his medical status. Instead, it has been one controversy after another revolving around him, and now one more had been added to the list.

This one is based in his dislike not for Ted Cruz or Rand Paul, but of the tea party.

McCain has never really endeared himself to conservatives, and he made his feeling public about the tea party movement at a breakfast hosted by the Christian Science Monitor in 2015, according to a Yahoo report.

“I think also — I probably shouldn’t say this — but some of (the tea party) appeals to the bad angels of our nature rather than the better angels of our nature,” McCain said.

This attitude ties into the latest scandal swirling around McCain.

One of a number of scandals that plagued President Barack Obama and his administration involved the IRS targeting tea party groups after 2010. It seemed that their tax-exempt status requests were denied or delayed due to intense political partisanship in the agency.

In May 2013, The Washington Post reported that the IRS’s exempt-organizations division director Lois Lerner “let slip” the week prior “that low-level IRS staffers had focused extra scrutiny on conservative groups with words such as ‘tea party’ or ‘patriot’ in their names.”

In addition, “internal reviews have shown that Lerner knew about the targeting in 2011 — but neither Congress nor the public knew until (2013).” Despite this, Lerner was never prosecuted and was allowed to retire with her taxpayer-funded pension intact.

This did not change, even after House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Kevin Brady, a Texas Republican, and Tax Policy Subcommittee Chairman Peter Roskam, an Illinois Republican, wrote a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions. In it, they begged him to reopen a probe into the matter, according to Jay Sekulow, chief council for the American Center for Law and Justice, writing in a commentary for Fox News.

When President Donald Trump was sworn into office, some held out hope that the perceived injustices from Obama’s tenure would somehow be made right. However, in September 2017, Trump’s administration had already preemptively declined to pursue criminal charges against Lerner “based on the available evidence,” according to Fox News.

But more has since been uncovered about the scandal. Government watchdog group Judicial Watch has obtained and released “internal IRS documents, including material revealing that Sen. John McCain’s former staff director and chief counsel on the Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee, Henry Kerner, urged top IRS officials, including then-director of exempt organizations Lois Lerner, to “audit so many that it becomes financially ruinous.”

Judicial Watch dd0e

JW President @TomFitton: Much of what you know about the IRS scandal is thanks to JW... Our new docs show the scandal is bipartisan in nature. A McCain staffer suggested Lois Lerner audit all of the 501(c)(4) groups in a way that'd be financially ruinous.

Meeting notes from April 30, 2013, involving Kerner, Lerner, “and other high-ranking IRS officials” were obtained by JW. With the meeting taking place only 10 days before the IRS scandal exploded into the public view, they are particularly incriminating against Kerner and Lerner:

“Henry Kerner asked how to get to the abuse of organizations claiming section 501 (c)(4) but designed to be primarily political. Lois Lerner said the system works, but not in real time.”

“Henry Kerner noted that these organizations don’t disclose donors. Lois Lerner said that if they don’t meet the requirements, we can come in and revoke, but it doesn’t happen timely.”

“Nan Marks said if the concern is that organizations engaging in this activity don’t disclose donors, then the system doesn’t work. Henry Kerner said that maybe the solution is to audit so many that it is financially ruinous. Nikole noted that we have budget constraints.”

“Elise Bean suggested using the list of organizations that made independent expenditures. Lois Lerner said that it is her job to oversee it all, not just political campaign activity.”

Thus far, there is no evidence that McCain knew about or directed Kerner to take such action. It is plausible that Kerner, knowing of McCain’s dislike of the tea party, opted to be a proactive and loyal staffer by urging the IRS to take action against the groups.

But McCain’s personality does little to keep him far removed from the scandal and tongues are wagging with speculation as to his involvement. Regardless, McCain’s frosty relationship with President Donald Trump has not made the Arizona senator many fans among Trump supporters.

New suspicions about him betraying the tea party won’t help matters at all.

Chelsea Handler Says Fox Doesn’t Work With
Black People, Obviously Doesn’t Watch Network

Humor is supposed to be based on truth. After all, the reason we laugh at a joke or scenario is because it triggers a feeling of recognition about reality, especially if it’s presented in an unexpected way.

It doesn’t look like “comedian” Chelsea Handler has a very firm grasp on truth or reality, however.

After a production error during a Fox News broadcast was called out by users on Twitter, the raunchy and sex-obsessed Handler tried to bash the network … but ended up showing off her ignorance instead.

“Fox News honored Aretha Franklin by using a graphic that contained a photo of Patti LaBelle,” the comedian and television host posted on Twitter Thursday evening.

That part was true enough: Fox admitted that they made a mistake on a background slide during a tribute to the late soul singer, and accidentally showed a faded photo of LaBelle. The main image still showed Franklin, who passed away on Thursday in Detroit.

Broadcast television is complex, which you would think Handler understands after being involved in TV for many years. Honest mistakes happen on every network. But no: In Handler’s alternate reality, the only explanation for the mistake was racism.

“It’s probably hard for anyone who works at Fox News to tell black people apart because they’ve never worked with any,” she declared.

Chelsea Handler  @chelseahandler

Fox News honored Aretha Franklin by using a graphic that contained a photo of Patti LaBelle. It’s probably hard for anyone who works at Fox News to tell black people apart because they’ve never worked with any.

Was she trying to be bitter or funny? It was hard to tell, but either way, that statement shows just how isolated the Hollywood left is from reality.

If she really believes that Fox has “never worked with any” black people, maybe she should try an experiment: Actually watch the channel for a minute.

She would probably tune in to the face of Harris Faulkner, the enthusiastic and Emmy-winning host of “Outnumbered,” which airs every single weekday.

Or, maybe she could get a clue from Deneen Borelli, another well-known face of Fox News for nearly a decade. How about the venerable Juan Williams, co-host of “The Five” and a “Fox News Sunday” regular for over 20 years?

Nah. They apparently don’t count, because Handler would rather live in an alternate reality of ignorance than admit she was the one making racial assumptions.

We’re not finished! Moving on to frequent guest contributors to Fox News, how about Candace Owens? Brandon Tatum? Ben Carson? Larry Elder? All of these smart individuals are familiar faces at Fox, and all are — look closely! — African American.

That’s saying nothing of the behind-the-scenes staff at Fox, a good number of whom are of course black. In fact, it’s completely possible the photo mix-up was accidentally made by a black employee. Handler openly assumed the race of the staff members who made the error, while knowing nothing.

Once again, the left has tipped their hand and revealed just how elitist and out of touch they are.

Handler has likely never turned on Fox News in her life, yet she thinks she’s an expert on it. She eagerly diminishes and waves away the contributions of black Americans to one of the most popular news stations in the nation, while lecturing others about race.

This type of attitude implies that only “liberal approved” black voices count. If they don’t parrot a 43-year-old white comedian’s politics, they’re invisible to her.

That arrogant view, and not an honest editing mistake, is perhaps the real outrage here … and it’s exactly why so many black voters are walking away from the left.
