NO COLLUSION Between Trump and Moscow
{ patriotnewsdaily.com } ~ The House Intelligence Committee brought its investigation into the 2016 election to a close on Monday, announcing for all the world to hear that it found NO evidence... that Donald Trump’s campaign colluded with the Russian government in the latter’s meddling. While the committee did conclude that Moscow had its grubby fingers inside the American democratic process, lawmakers concluded that the intelligence community was wrong to say that Russian President Vladimir Putin was trying to help Trump win the election. Rather, they said, the original assessments were closer to the truth: The Kremlin wanted to sew discord and chaos in 2016, a goal the Democrats went out of their way to help them achieve. “We found no evidence of collusion,” Rep. Russia over 2016 election interference, cyberattacks

{ washingtonexaminer.com } ~ Trump administration officials unveiled a new round of sanctions on Thursday against 24 Russian entities and individuals... in response to offenses that include interference in the 2016 election. Some of the targets of the sanctions include the "malicious cyber actors" named in special counsel Robert Mueller's indictment of 13 Russians last month, a senior administration official told reporters on Thursday. The sanctions were also designed to respond to NotPetya, a massive cyber attack Russia launched in Ukraine last year, as well as a recent attempt by the Russians to infiltrate the U.S. energy grid, the official said. "This is just one of a series of actions we're taking" against Russia, the official said. Bolton, meanwhile, has been one of the GOP’s most outspoken hawks for decades. Somehow, a little more than a year into his term, a guy who got elected president running as an anti-interventionist “America First” populist is prepared to cashier the former and hire the latter. An Iranian nuke would change the balance of power in the region, Salman says, negating Saudi Arabia’s current conventional military advantage — and with a man like Ali Khameini at the helm, that’s particularly bad. Everyone has more or less assumed that the Saudis would go nuclear if Iran did, but this makes it even more clear. The big question is how far they may already be along the path. Now military votes could make the difference in Pennsylvania. National Defense PAC is raising funds to deploy military voting law experts on the ground in Pennsylvania to ensure the integrity of an election that Democrats are already crowing that they've won. The Left Calls for Abolishing ICE
by Political Editors: Once again Democrats reveal the reason they lost in 2016 — they simply refuse to listen to the American people, specifically American citizens. One of Donald Trump’s biggest campaign issues was his commitment to crack down on the long-running problem of illegal immigration. In fact, it could easily be argued that this issue coupled with his commitment to get the American economy going again by cleaning up the DC swamp were what separated him from the rest of the political field. And yet here we are a little over a year into Trump’s presidency and Democrats still can’t figure out why America voted for the guy. Instead, they have chosen to go even harder Left. In January, liar-Hillary Clinton’s former campaign spokesman, Brian Fallon, blatantly called for the abolishment of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Fallon argued, “ICE operates as an unaccountable deportation force. Dems running in 2020 should campaign on ending the agency in its current form.” Far from withering on the vine, this clearly extreme and asinine suggestion seems to be gaining momentum within Democrat circles. Just last week, presumed presidential contender Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) was asked on MSNBC, “Should ICE exist?” Harris smartly didn’t take the bait and responded, “Certainly.” The question is, just how long will the Democrats’ base allow their candidates to get away with that answer? Not long it seems.
Jack Mirkinson of the leftist site Splinter blasted Harris, writing: Any serious defender of undocumented people in this country would look at ICE and know that it is a cancer that needs to be excised from the U.S. Pretending that the most diseased levers of state power can be molded into something better is a useless fantasy. ICE must be abolished. Anything less is not good enough.
Kamala Harris is very likely running for president in 2020. It should be a political problem for her that she is not willing to take her criticisms of ICE to their logical conclusion and call for its abolition. She should be asked, over and over again, why exactly she is willing to uphold the legitimacy of such a racist, corrupt, and thuggish organization. Anyone else who decides to run — commie-Bernie Sanders, Kirsten Gillibrand, Elizabeth dinky-Warren, Eric Garcetti, you name it — should be asked the same question.
The leftist publication The Nation also weighed in on the issue publishing a piece entitled “It’s Time to Abolish ICE.” The author argued, “The idea of defunding ICE has gained traction among immigrant-rights groups horrified by the speed at which, under President Donald Trump, the agency has ramped up an already brutal deportation process.”
If Democrats are seriously willing to die on this hill, then they can kiss their 2020 presidential electoral chances good-bye. How in the world does one expect to win over the votes of American citizens by brandishing the non-existent “rights” of illegal aliens, who have by definition broken the law, over and against those of Americans? These same Democrats seem to think that resisting the nation’s immigration laws by creating “sanctuary cities” to harbor illegals is a winning issue. The truth is, much of the Democrat party and its leftist base simply despise America, the Constitution and the ideal of rights of individuals to Liberty and justice. Rather, the Left would seek to superimpose the cause of the illegal alien over and against the rights and liberties of the law-abiding American citizen.
