Chuck clown-Schumer Spoke On The
Senate Floor And Left Jaws On The Ground
{ americanpatriotdaily.com } ~ “Senator Chuck clown-Schumer gave a speech Tuesday in which he called on Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to bring legislation preventing... President Trump from firing special counsel Rob Mueller to the floor for a vote. “Yesterday’s events could only have been the result of a rigorous legal process with checks every step of the way and with a very high burden of proof,” the Minority Leader stated. “Last night, President Trump said the FBI raid was a disgrace, part of a witch hunt, an attack on our country and mentioned that many people have encouraged him to fire Mr. Mueller. ‘We’ll see what happens,’ he concluded.” clown-Schumer argued that, “for months, Republicans have said that legislation to protect the special counsel is not needed because they’ve been assured by nameless people that the president won’t fire the special counsel.”.“That assurance has been shaken by the president’s comments last night.”...

Hamas's Re-Entry Into Iran's Orbit Contributes To Its Isolation
by Yaakov Lappin
{ investigativeproject.org } ~ Following a split with Tehran due to differences over the Syrian civil war... Hamas recently decided to patch up its relationship with Iran, and Iranian cash is once again pouring into the Gaza Strip. Hamas's new relations with Iran are flourishing just as the Assad regime, a close Iranian ally that has received massive Iranian battlefield and material assistance, commits  another chemical atrocity. "Hamas finds itself at a crossroads in regards to its relationship with Iran, and the puppet organization of the Iranian sphere in the region, Hizballah," Boaz Ganor, Executive Director of the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism, in Herzliya, Israel, told the Investigative Project on Terrorism...  https://www.investigativeproject.org/7399/hamas-re-entry-into-iran-...

What can Trump do about the endless investigations?
by Larry Horis
{ punchingbagpost.com } ~ Ever since the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, Democrats and the New York/Washington media has maintained... an almost daily narrative that President Trump wanted to, was about to, and even tried to fire him. This persisted despite assurances from the White House that there was no plan to remove Mueller – at least not at the time. The thought was never completely off the table, however, because Trump had set forth some red lines that would have him reconsider taking action against Mueller. Trump has no problem with investigating Russian interference in our elections. He has said so several times – although the media does not air his quotes on that subject.  Trump opposed the investigation of collusion and its offspring, obstruction of justice. He also objects to having the investigation go off willy-nilly into matters unrelated to Russian interference in the election. In appointing Mueller, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein gave the Special Counsel more latitude than seemed necessary and appropriate to the stated purpose. If ever there was a red line for Trump, the raid on the office and living quarters of the President’s personal and official attorney, Michael Cohen, is it. All sides can agree on one thing. This is no small matter. A raid on the office of an attorney is not unheard of, but extremely rare. When the President of the United States is the client of that attorney, the significance of the raid is compounded...  http://punchingbagpost.com/horist-what-can-trump-do-about-the-endle...

Trump directs top economic advisers to look at re-entering TPP
by Gabby Morrongiello
{ washingtonexaminer.com } ~ President Trump has directed his top economic and trade advisers to look into re-entering the Trans-Pacific Partnership... nearly a year after he withdrew the U.S. from the multilateral trade agreement in of his first acts as president. Trump told a group of Republican senators during a meeting Thursday that he had assigned National Economic Council Chairman Larry Kudlow and U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer "the task of taking another look at TPP," Sen. Pat Roberts, chairman of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, told reporters at the White House. "We're very excited about seeing those trade opportunities reaffirmed," said Sen. Deb Fischer, R-Neb., who was also present for the meeting. Fischer said Trump also mentioned "the importance" of the North Atlantic Free Trade Agreement, which his administration is currently renegotiating with Canada and Mexico...

Iran’s Nuclear Program, Deviations From JCPOA
by Denise Simon
{ trevorloudon.com } ~ In advance of Iran’s National Nuclear Technology Day, on April 9, this document focuses on a number of steps taken by the Iranian regime... to maintain and further develop Iran’s nuclear capabilities – steps that deviate from the framework of the JCPOA nuclear deal, and that in some cases even blatantly violate it. On December 13, 2016, just six months after the JCPOA was finalized, Iranian President Hassan Rohani sent a letter to Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) director Ali Akbar Salehi instructing him as follows: “As part of Iran’s nuclear program for peaceful purposes, and in the framework of Iran’s international commitments, the AEOI must formulate a plan to produce nuclear fuel for naval transportation, in cooperation with Iran’s scientific and research centers.” It should be noted that nuclear propulsion requires uranium enriched to 60%-90%. Shortly thereafter, on December 26, 2016, AEOI deputy director and spokesman Behrouz Kamalvandi, who was a member of Iran’s nuclear negotiating team, clarified to the Iranian Arabic-language Al-‘Alam TV: “The fuel is in effect for ships and submarines. At this time, Iran has a naval fleet deployed around the world, and with regard to submarines, Iran has long-term plans… “There are various types of nuclear fuel, even fuel at 95% enrichment, which is suitable for developing a nuclear bomb. What is important is that Iran wants to carry this out in accordance with the JCPOA, but this does not mean that if we require 20%-enriched fuel that we will abandon this the plan to enrich uranium to 60%-90%.”...

Lynch's Lying Trip Down Memory Lane

by Jordan Candler:  Ex-Attorney General Loretta Lynch interviewed with NBC’s Lester Holt to address her performance during the exceptionally mismanaged liar-Hillary Clinton email probe. liar- Clinton, you’ll recall, eluded justice despite her nefariously channeling emails through a surreptitious email server, which not only broke State Department rules but also endangered national security — all with the intent of shielding her foundation (a.k.a. “slush fund”) and political aspirations.

All of which is to say: liar-Clinton deserved to be prosecuted. But Lynch — then the nation’s highest law enforcer — preemptively communicated how the investigation would ultimately conclude when she conversed privately with liar-Hillary’s husband  during the probe. According to CNS News’ Susan Jones, “Lynch told Holt that because of her tarmac meeting withliar-Bill Clinton, she would have recused herself from theliar-Hillary Clinton case if legal experts had advised her to do so, but they did not.” Well, of course they didn’t — most, if not all, of them are careerists and leftists who, like Lynch, tried everything they could to ensure liar- Clinton’s coronation.
Still, Lynch acted as if Comey’s personal exoneration of liar-Clinton was wrong. When Lester inquired, “Did he usurp your authority?” Lynch retorted: “Well, it certainly was an unusual move. It was a different way to deliver a recommendation to the attorney general. I have not had any of my other law enforcement agencies deliver a recommendation in a case to me in that way.” She then advised Comey “to speak to why he took those actions.
Of course, Comey at least pretended to be equally leery of Lynch, though she denies it. In the interview, Lester mentioned that “Comey says you want to call it ‘the liar-Clinton matter.’ He wants to call it ‘the liar-Clinton investigation.’” Speaking of Comey, Lester described this disagreement as something that “bothered him.” However, Lynch now contends that “concerns were not raised” in their dialogues. Who’s the bigger liar?
According to NBC News, “Lynch again insisted she and the former president did not talk about liar-Hillary Clinton … or any other criminal investigations. Instead, Lynch said liar-Bill Clinton told a ‘long but charming story’ about grandchildren. The two also chatted about ‘issues of the day,’ such as Brexit.” That’s about as truthful as claiming Comey’s upcoming book tour isn’t about profiting off his firing and accentuating his anti-Trumpness.
Apparently, Comey and Lynch weren’t just competing when it came to figuring out how to handle theliar-Clinton probe; they’re competing even now. The “he said/she said” imbroglio is not necessarily going to help their case, nor is it necessarily going to fuel the anti-Trump bandwagon. Ironically, and more importantly, it also underscores the extent to which liar-nObama’s Justice Department was far more political than it was impartial.

ALERT ALERT

Breaking:  FBI Admits Comey Leaked Memos
 That Were Classified   Material!

The FBI turned over the Comey memos to Congress today after missing their deadline earlier in the week.

Congressional leaders threatened to impeach deep state leaders if they continued to stall on the memos.

Fired FBI Chief James Comey wrote about the memos in his book and leaked the documents to reporters last year. Congress has not yet had a chance to look at the memos — Until tonight.

AND—– THE MEMOS ARE CLASSIFIED!

Meaning Fired FBI Chief James Comey leaked CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS TO THE PRESS.

From the report:

From the DOJ to Congress:

Therefore, pursuant to your request, we are providing the requested memoranda in both the redacted and unredacted formats for your convenience. Consistent with your request, we are providing an unclassified version of the documents redacted to remove any classified information.

The DOJ wrote Congressional leaders this evening.

Hannity: Good news for Trump, crushing blows for the left

GOP Congressional Leaders Nunes, Gowdy And Goodlatte Release Statement On Comey Memos

House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Ca.), House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) issued a statement on the memos later tonight.

The House chairmen note that the memos prove that fired Director Comey never felt obstructed or threatened from his relationship with the president.

And… former Director Comey leaked at least one of these memos for the stated purpose of spurring the appointment of Special Counsel.

The Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence published the statement tonight:

Today House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Ca.), House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) issued the following statement:

“We have long argued former Director Comey’s self-styled memos should be in the public domain, subject to any classification redactions. These memos are significant for both what is in them and what is not.

Former Director Comey’s memos show the President made clear he wanted allegations of collusion, coordination, and conspiracy between his campaign and Russia fully investigated. The memos also made clear the ‘cloud’ President Trump wanted lifted was not the Russian interference in the 2016 election cloud, rather it was the salacious, unsubstantiated allegations related to personal conduct leveled in the dossier.

The memos also show former Director Comey never wrote that he felt obstructed or threatened. While former Director Comey went to great lengths to set dining room scenes, discuss height requirements, describe the multiple times he felt complimented, and myriad other extraneous facts, he never once mentioned the most relevant fact of all, which was whether he felt obstructed in his investigation.

The memos also make certain what has become increasingly clear of late: former Director Comey has at least two different standards in his interactions with others. He chose not to memorialize conversations with President Obama, Attorney General Lynch, Secretary Clinton, Andrew McCabe or others, but he immediately began to memorialize conversations with President Trump. It is significant former Director Comey made no effort to memorialize conversations with former Attorney General Lynch despite concerns apparently significant enough to warrant his unprecedented appropriation of the charging decision away from her and the Department of Justice in July of 2016.

These memos also lay bare the notion that former Director Comey is not motivated by animus. He was willing to work for someone he deemed morally unsuited for office, capable of lying, requiring of personal loyalty, worthy of impeachment, and sharing the traits of a mob boss. Former Director Comey was willing to overlook all of the aforementioned characteristics in order to keep his job. In his eyes, the real crime was his own firing.

The memos show Comey was blind to biases within the FBI and had terrible judgment with respect to his deputy Andrew McCabe. On multiple occasions he, in his own words, defended the character of McCabe after President Trump questioned McCabe.

Finally, former Director Comey leaked at least one of these memos for the stated purpose of spurring the appointment of Special Counsel, yet he took no steps to spur the appointment of Special Counsel when he had significant concerns about the objectivity of the Department of Justice under Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

As we have consistently said, rather than making a criminal case for obstruction or interference with an ongoing investigation, these memos would be Defense Exhibit A should such a charge be made.”
