Freedom Watch Sues Google, Facebook, Twitter, Apple

{ newsmax.com } ~ Freedom Watch, a government watchdog, has filed a class action lawsuit against Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Apple... alleging antitrust violations and claiming the companies stifle the voice of conservatives. The lawsuit was announced by the group’s founder, Larry Klayman. In a statement, Freedom Watch claimed the companies conspired by "entering into an explicit or tacit agreement, in parallel to each other to restrain trade." CNN fires back at Trump: 'CNN does not lie'

{ thehill.com } ~ CNN on Wednesday fired back at President Trump for his comments lashing out at the network, writing on Twitter that "CNN does not lie."... The comments from came shortly  after Trump stepped up his attacks against CNN  and veteran reporter Carl Berstein over a July report about the 2016 Trump Tower meeting. "Make no mistake, Mr. President, CNN does not lie," the official Twitter account for CNN Communications tweeted late Wednesday. "We report the news. And we report when people in power tell lies. CNN stands by our reporting and our reporters. There may be many fools in this story but @carlbernstein is not one of them." Trump earlier on Wednesday tweeted that CNN "is being torn apart from within based on their being caught in a major lie and refusing to admit the mistake." "Sloppy @carlbernstein, a man who lives in the past and thinks like a degenerate fool, making up story after story, is being laughed at all over the country! Fake News,” Trump tweeted about the July report...

Whistleblower Exposes Key Player 

in FBI Russia Probe: “It was all a Set-up”

{ saraacarter.com } ~ Adam Lovinger, a former Defense Department analyst, never expected that what he stumbled on during his final months at the Pentagon would expose an integral player... in the FBI’s handling of President Donald Trump’s campaign and alleged Russia collusion. Lovinger, a whistleblower, is now battling to save his career. The Pentagon suspended his top-secret security clearance May 1, 2017, when he exposed through an internal review that Stefan Halper, who was then an emeritus Cambridge professor, had received roughly $1 million in tax-payer funded money to write Defense Department foreign policy reports, his attorney Sean Bigley said. Before Lovinger’s clearance was suspended he had taken a detail to the National Security Council as senior director for strategy. He was only there for five months before he was recalled to the Pentagon, stripped of his prestigious White House detail, and ordered to perform bureaucratic make-work in a Pentagon annex Bigley calls “the land of misfit toys.” His security clearance was eventually revoked in March 2018, despite the Pentagon “refusing to turn over a single page of its purported evidence of Lovinger’s wrongdoing,” Bigley stated. Conservative watchdog group, Judicial Watch, recently filed a federal lawsuit against the Defense Department to obtain the withheld records. ovinger also raised concerns about Halper’s role in conducting what appeared to be diplomatic meetings with foreigners on behalf of the U.S. government because his role as contractor forbids him from doing so, according to U.S. federal law... Lovinger has been fired.

California Democratic Party Chair Calls 

For In-N-Out Boycott After Burger Joint Donates To Republicans

{ dailycaller.com } ~ The California dummycrats-Democratic Party chair called Thursday for a boycott of burger chain In-N-Out because of a $25,000 donation... that In-N-Out gave to the California Republican Party on Tuesday. “Et tu In-N-Out?” state party Chair Eric Bauman  wrote on Twitter Thursday. “Tens of thousands of dollars donated to the California Republican Party… it’s time to #BoycottInNOut – let Trump and his cronies support these creeps… perhaps animal style!” The California-based chain now faces a host of customers tweeting with the hashtag #BoycottInNOut after a public filing detailing the donation was posted on Twitter by freelance journalist Gabe Schneider Wednesday. In-N-Out donated a total of $60,000 to the California Republican Party in 2016 and 2017 for “general party expenses,” according to Los Angeles Magazine. Trump has no comment on 

whether Sessions will stay after November

{ washingtonexaminer.com } ~ President Trump on Thursday declined to say whether Attorney General Jeff Sessions would still have a job after the November midterm elections... When asked in an interview with Bloomberg News  whether  Sessions would remain after the midterm elections, Trump declined to comment. "I just would love to have him do a great job," the president said. His comments follow a torrent of tweets over the last week in which Trump has ridiculed his attorney general, publicly questioned why he's refused to take action against Justice Department official Bruce Ohr, whose security clearance the president has threatened to revoke, and revealed he previously tried to fire Sessions. "How the hell is Bruce Ohr still employed at the Justice Department? Disgraceful! Witch Hunt!" Trump tweeted late Wednesday...

Blue-Collar Optimism Soars 

by Thomas Gallatin:  A new Harris Poll finds that a whopping 85% of blue-collar workers say that their lives are headed “in the right direction.” The high optimism level may have much to do with the booming economy. The latest economic numbers indicate that the surging economy shows no signs of slowing down. On Wednesday, the Commerce Department raised its estimate for second-quarter GDP growth to 4.2%, which means that annual growth for the first half of the year now is above 3%. And with all indications pointing up, it has become increasingly likely that growth for the entire year will be at 3% or better. The country hasn’t seen a year like that since 2005.

             On top of the good GDP numbers is news on median household income, which is now up more than 4%. As Investor’s Business Daily reports, “Inflation-adjusted median household incomes in July hit $62,450 according to the latest release from Sentier Research. That’s the highest level since Sentier started tracking this more than 18 years ago. And if you combine Sentier’s numbers with annual Census data, median household income is at all-time highs.”
               IBD continues, “More interesting is the fact that median household income has shot up more than 4% in the 19 months since Trump took office. It had been flat over the previous year and a half. Over the course of President scumbag/liar-nObama’s entire eight years in office, median household income climbed a mere 0.3%, Sentier data show.” Is it any wonder optimism is so high?
               Harris also noted that 51% of blue-collar workers believe that the country as a whole is headed in the right direction, and 80% said that they are “very optimistic” about the future. 88% believed that their children would likely attain a better future than they. Needless to say, the large swaths of the country that liar-Hillary Clinton and dummycrats-Democrats maligned and ignored — and then lost in 2016 — are clearly reaping the benefits of their vote. Go ahead and try convincing them that they voted for the wrong candidate.
